Abstract

The major purpose of the present study was to assess the BEHAVIORAL DISORDERS of students in Islamic Azad University of Khoy. The participants of this study were the whole number of students in this university in (1385-1386). The sample size of population of the present study was 335 among whom 191 students were males and 141 students were females. The instrument applied in this descriptive study was(S-C-L-90-R) test. The descriptive statistics was used in this research to examine the level of students' susceptibility. A T-test was used to compare their susceptibilities regarding gender, marital status, and their place of living. And finally the test of variance analysis was applied to explore the different levels of students' vulnerability based on their majors (field of study) in the university. The students' mean scores respectively are: PARANOID IDEAtions (1.59), DEPRESSION (1.33), Obsessive Compulsion (1.27), Interpersonal Sensitivity (1.16), Anxiety (1.2), somaticization (1.14), Psychosis (1.03), Hostility (0.97), Phobic Anxiety (1.2),Global Severity Index (1.19), and Positive Symptom Distress Index ( 1.95).Comparing the results based on gender indicates a more susceptibility of female students than male ones in most cases. It is also noticed that the students of agriculture have significantly higher vulnerability than others regarding their majors. The difference of mean scores shows that non-Azari language students have higher susceptibility in Positive Symptom Distress Index than Azari language students. Regarding their marital status, it is found that the level of Psychosis among singles is higher than the married ones.
