Abstract

This cross sectional study was performed to evaluate the levels of PROFESSIONAL self-concept in the NURSING STAFF employed at the hospital of Kerman University of Medical sciences. 520 NURSING STAFF were asked to complete a questionnaire (Ar thusrs ) which consisted of 26 specially formatted questions. Results showed that most of the participants had a positive attitude towards their profession. Age & type of job, work experience and level of education had a significant relationship with the level of self concept, while sex and marital status did not show a significant relationship.
