Abstract

The present study aims at studying the relationship between the Intra-organizational factors with the ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE of I.R.I police university students in order to pave the ground for policy making for I.R.I police and I.R.I police university senior managers.I.R.I police university commanders and senior students were the statistical population of the study. This study examined the relationship between the variables of the LEADERSHIP STYLES of the line commanders, TRAINING, and ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE in the university with the ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE. The differences of the viewpoints of the commanders and students in relation to the mentioned issues were also discussed. The findings of the study proved significant relationships.
