Abstract

The aim of this research improvement of Tehrani male high school students relationship with their parents by problem solving process. In this research, fifteen school districts were selected by the cluster random sampling. Three of these high school and 40 students is each school were randomly selected. The subjects filled out the parent-child questionnaire fifteen of the student subjects with parent-child conflict were assigned to excremental and fifteen of them to control groups excremental group was given 10 sessions of problem solving skills. Instrument of the research was conflicts Tactics (CT) scale. Data analysis indicated that problem-solving skills training significantly reduced verbal and physical aggression of the students against their parents. Additionally, use of reasoning strategies significantly in creased.
