Abstract

This research has been planned evaluate of the relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, JOB BURNOUT and MENTAL HEALTh of the employees of an industrial complex.For this purpose' Iran khodro's male employees chosen as the population and the sample 150 men were selected by random sampling.In order to collect information, three questioners were used: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, MENTAL HEALTh (GHQ) and JOB BURNOUT. Data was analysed by descriptive statistics. For evaluation of the correlation between variables, analysis 0 f variance (ANOVA) was used.Data analysis for the first hypothesis showed that EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE has a basic role in JOB BURNOUT. There was positive correlation between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and MENTAL HEALTh. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE caused 50% of MENTAL HEALTh problems. Relationship between MENTAL HEALTh and JOB BURNOUT was not significant.
