Abstract

 Papillion Lefebvre syndrome is an uncommon inherited disorder of Keratinization characterized by the redness and thickening of palms and soles associated with periodentosis and a tendency to frequent phylogenic skin infections. It is genetically transferred through recessive autosomes ; it is also equally prevalent for both sexes. Medicinally, Etretinate , Isotretinion and Acitretin have been successfully prescribed for the improvement of cutaneous eruption, lessening of gingival inflammation and saving the teeth.
