The KNOWLEDGE and ATTITUDE about cesarean section and vaginal delivery before training T- test in two groups did not show any significant difference. But after the training, the T-test KNOWLEDGE and ATTITUDE showed a significant difference in the case group. ELECTIVE CESAREAN SECTION in case group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion: According to the finding of the study; education about cesarean section and vaginal delivery with focus group discussion can promote level of KNOWLEDGE among the pregnant women and improve their ATTITUDEs towards cesarean section and vaginal delivery.
