Lean is an inspired thought that recalls the leading companies all over the world to the new business. Lean management is a sophisticated practice built around several key conceptual and physical tools. Implementing such a management thought breaks old patterns and installs new ones. It also results in many benefits including: higher quality products and services, increased market share, margin expansion, revenue growth, higher productivity, better customer focus, faster response to changing market conditions and higher asset efficiency. To accomplish this, an organization needs a whole new set of tools, and a framework for applying them, therefore a system is needed.The industry of switch board and electrical panel in supporting projects and variety of industries is faced with the necessity of high quality, low cost, innovation, flexibility and faster delivery. This research deals with designing the lean management implementation process in Mazandaran Switch Board Company (MSB Co.) according to the step by step procedure proposed by Thomas Jackson and Karen Jones (1996). Business renewal process. focus and standardization stages of strategic improvement circle were implemented in MSB company. This implementation resulted in determination of development keys including learning levels. five-year development plan, annual improvement themes, and plans and team structure needed to do them. The business renewal process team is responsible for designing and implementing lean management system, and the researcher has played the steering role. The other teams, including deployment and action teams, have been organized by their manager or others responsible. For the MSB Company, the production and engineering keys were determined as strategic keys for development.Also, market share, and speed to market in the first circle of improvement were selected as improvement themes.
