Abstract: 

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of psychological capital on job performance with considering the mediating role of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research method was correlation and the research statistical population was the male and female employees of Telecommunication Company in Isfahan city, among them two hundreds and eighty five employees were selected using convenience sampling. Research instruments were Psychological Capital Questionnaire (Nguyen et al, 2012), Job Performance Questionnaire (Nguyen et al, 2012), Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (Spector, 1985) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (Speier & Venkatesh, 2002). Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of structural equation modeling (SEM) indicated that, psychological capital has a direct effect on job satisfaction (β =0. 21) and organizational commitment (β =0. 26), job satisfaction has a direct effect on organizational commitment (β =0. 48) and organizational commitment has a direct effect on job performance (β =1. 18). Also psychological capital has an indirect effect on job performance through job satisfaction and organizational commitment (β =0. 56). Overall, the results of this study show that job satisfaction and organizational commitment are mediator variables in the relationship between psychological capital and job performance.

Abstract: 

Worshiping celebrities is a complex and multidimensional issue that cognitive flexibility and emotional regulation are among the most important factors that can be effective in celebrity worship. This study aims to investigate the role of cognitive flexibility and emotional regulation problems in predictionof celebrity worshipamonguniversity students. The statistical population of the study consisted of students of faculty of art and architecture of Guilan University in 1397, among which 280 female and male students were selected by convenience sampling method. Celebrity worship attitude scale (McCutcheon et al, 2002), Cognitive flexibility inventory (Dennis & Vander Wal, 2010) and difficulties in emotional regulation scale (Gratz & Roemer, 2004) were presented to the participants. Finally, data analysis was done by SPSS-24 software using multiple regression methods. According to the results, cognitive flexibility and difficulty in emotional regulation significantly predict celebrity worship (p<0/01). According to the findings of the research, applying programs and interventions to increase cognitive flexibility and the ability of emotional regulation can reducecelebrity worship that is associated with many physical and psychological disorders and negative social and cultural consequences.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of attributional retraining on mental health of children of divorced parents. The study utilized a quasi-experimental design with pre-test post-test and control group. The population included male children of divorced parents who studied in middle schools in Sari (2016). The sample comprised of 34 individuals who were selected through convenience sampling method, and assigned into two groups of 17 (experimental and control groups). Both groups completed General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). Then, the experimental group received attributional retraining educational package for 11 sessions of 45-minutes. After the intervention, both groups were assessed once more. The data were analysed through multivariate analysis of covariance. The findings demonstrated that attributional retraining significantly improves all components of mental health (psychosomatic symptoms, anxiety, social functioning problems, and depression symptoms) in the experimental group members.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was to study the effect of Transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, innovative behavior with considering mediating role of work engagement. The study was correlational and the statistical population included all employees of Isfahan Azad University. Of which, 200 people were selected through convenience sampling method. Research instruments consisted of Transformational leadership Questionnaire by Bass & Avolio (2013), Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire by lee & Allen (2002), Innovative Questionnaire by kanter (1988) and Work engagement Questionnaire by Etrihkt (2006). Data were analyzed with use of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and result revealed that there were significant direct effect of transformational leadership on work engagement, organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior (p<0/01). Moreover, there were significant indirect effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior through work engagement (p<0/01). Hence, based on research's results it could be concluded that, transformational leadership as a most important variable, directly and indirectly increases work engagement, organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the research was to examine the efficacy solution-focused couple therpay and acceptance and commitment couple therapy on marital burnout of couples. The research method was uasi-experimental with Pretest, Posttest and cotrol group. The statistical society consisted of the all clients of the centers: kimia, besharat, tamasha and tohid in 1396 in Isfahan city who referred to these centers due to communication and marital problems. Among them, 24 couples were selected through available sampling from among couples. Then, 8 couples (16 persons) were randomly assigned to three groups and the couples of the experimental groups were paired separatly every week solution-focused couple therpay (7 weeks) and acceptance and commitment couple therapy (12 weeks). The subjects' data were collected by the marital burnout questionnaire of Pines (1996). Results of multivariate analysis of covariance indicated that the differences among the groups were significant (p 0. 001). Results of benferony follow-up test indicated that in comparison with the solution-focused couple therapy, the acceptance and commitment couple therapy were more effective in reducing the marital burnout and three components of it (physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion and mental exhaustion)(p 0. 001).

Abstract: 

This research sheds light on the effectiveness of life skills training on psychological hardiness and spiritual well-beingof high school girl students. The statistical population of this study was 2nd grade high school female students (12th district of Tehran) of 95-96. 90 students were selected using cluster sampling method and responded to Kobasa's(1979) Psychological Hardiness Questionnaire and Pulotzin and Ellison's (1982) Spiritual Well-being Questionnaire. 24 students who scored lower in these questionnaires were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental and control group. The experimental group was trained in 8 sessions of 90 minutes. The research design was a semi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test with control group. By finishing the experimental plan, a post test was taken from two groups and was followed after two months. The results of analysis of covariance showed that life skills training increases psychological hardiness (p<0/001)and spiritual well-being (p<0/001)‚ of high school girl students. Following up the grades ofexperimentalgroup after two months indicated sustainment of intervention effect on both groups.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of perceived social support in the effect interpersonal forgiveness on social health. The research method is descriptive method of correlation type. The statistical population of this study consisted of all male and female students of Payame Noor University of Talesh in the second half of the academic year of 2016-2017. Among them, based on Morgan's sample size table, a sample of 327 Students were selected by random sampling method and Completed Keyes Social health questionnair (2004), Zimet et al perceived social support scale (1988), and Ehteshamzadeh et al interpersonal forgiveness scale (2010). Data were analyzed by using descriptive Indicators, and path analysis method. The results showed that the perceived support from the others, friends' support and family support were directly effect on the social health of the students, respectively(P<0/01). Realistic understanding has the most indirect effect on social health (P<0/05), and after that, suffering control variable was effective on social health of students (P<0/01). Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that social support and forgiveness play a role in the social health of students.

Abstract: 

The goal of this research is to anticipate life quality of the retired's branch on the base of psychological well-being and the resiliency. Our research design was relational and the population was the who are members of civil servant pension found in Tehran. 150 persons were selected through accessible sampling. Abstract: 

The main objective of this research was to provide a package of psychological capital training based on Islamic values and its effect on organizational excellence on employees of Isfahan Municipality. To evaluate the statistical assumptions, test and box test were used. In order to determine. Multivariate analysis of covariance analysis was used to investigate the effectiveness of Islamic-based psychological capital-based interventions on dependent variables. In the first stage, the research was qualitative and using Delphi technique. The data from interviews with humanities, religious scholars and ethics experts in the field of hope, self-efficacy, resilience, optimism were examined and a package of psychological capital was provided based on Islamic values. In the second stage of the study, quantitative studies were carried out and semi experimental methods were pre-test(n=60) and post-test with control group(N=3000). The results of quantitative research in two groups of control and traning in completing the “ Organizational Excellence” questionnaire, Islamic psychological package showed that the mean score of organizational excellence in the experimental group in the post-test phase was more than the control group (P<0/01). Therefore, the study of Islamic psychological capital model has been able to increase the index of organizational excellence.

Abstract: 

The aim of the present study was studing the relationship between satisfaction of Basic psychological needs and the Emotional Regulation disorders with the mediation of early maladaptive schemas, among the students. The statistical population of this study consisted of all undergraduate students at Bu-Ali Sina University who were studying in 1393 in seven faculties of chemistry, basic sciences, engineering and engineering, economics and social sciences, literature and humanities, art and architecture and agriculture., Are formed. (N=700). The design of this research is descriptive and research method has been correlated. To do so, we selected 364 students (166 females and 198 males) using multiphase cluster sampling. All the students were studying in BA degree at Bu-Ali Sina University of Hamedan, Iran. The study was conducted using a descriptive-correlative design. We used Fundamental Mental Needs' scale proposed by Gardia, Dessie and Ryan (2000), Young's early maladaptive schemas (1998), and Emotional regulation disorder (2004) to collect data. Research design was descriptive and its method was correlational. To analyze the data, we used structural equation model, correlation coefficient and T-test by using Amos 16 soft ware. The results showed that the empirical model of the data had a good fit with the conceptual model. According to the results, autonomy (0/003) and competence(p 0. 0001) as two componets of fundamental mental needs scale can influence the emotional adjustment disorder, in both direct and indirect ways. More over, The need to autonomy(0/011) and competence(0/02) can influence the early maladaptiveschemas. In general according to the results, with decreasing the range of fundamental needs satisfaction, the more maladaptiveschemas will be made and finally some more disorders in emotional regulation would be emerged.

Abstract: 

From the perspective of the evolutionary psychology, the range of adolescents, the period of the review of psychological symptoms can be considered. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of attachment styles in adolescent’ s risky behaviors. The statistical population of the study was 2570 male high school students in Najaf Abad city (Isfahan) in the academic year of 2012-2013. A multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used to select 247 of them. Measuring tool included scale attachment styles (Collins & Read, 1990) and Iranian Adolescent Risky Behavior Scale (Zade Mohammadi & et al, 2012). The results of stepwise multi-variable regression analysis indicated that Safe attachment style of hazardous driving components, violence, smoking, and alcohol use high risk behaviors with 4, 6, 8, and 11 percent of their variance, respectively, and negatively predicted respectively. The avoidant attachment style predicted components of drug use and friendship with the opposite sex by explaining 13 and 8 percent of their variance and ambivalent attachment style, predicting the components of friendship with the opposite sex and sexual relationship and sexuality by explaining 6 and 5 percent of their variance. These results indicate that attachment styles play an important role in the tendency and prevention of risky behavior in the students and young adults.

Abstract: 

This study has been done with the aim of determining self-determination training and gender on the help-seeking behavior of University students. The study was a semi-experimental study with pretest-post-test, follow-up with control group. The statistical population included all students of Farhangian University of Birjand in 2016-2017. The statistical sample includes 80 students of Farhangian University (40 females and 40 males) who have voluntarily registered and randomly been placed in test and control groups. First the training package was developed and its validity was evaluated and confirmed. Then 12 training sessions were given to for the students of test group. The research instruments was the help-seeking questionnaire of Ryan and Pentrich (1995). Data was analyzed through two-way multivariate covariance analysis and the results showed that self-determination training is effective on help-seeking of students in post-test and follow up stages (p<0. 001). The effect of gender in post-test and follow-up is significant on acceptance of help-seeking (p<0. 05) and in follow-up stage, the interaction of self-determination training and gender has not meaningful effect on any of variables.
