Background & Objectives: Continued evaluation, recognition of strengths and correction of weaknesses are necessary to improve clinical education; in this regard, opinions of students as the main element of education process can help us to develop futures programs.Materials& Methods: In this descriptive research 44 senior midwifery students studying at Tabriz Nursing and Midwifery Faculty were selected. Their Opinion about problems of midwifery clinical education was evaluated by a questionnaire consisted of 7 sections: demographic characteristics, clinical instructors, the students, clinical teaching environments, educational planning and Evaluation.Data were analyzed by using Descriptive Statistics in SPSS.Results: The problems mentioned by the students were, in order of importance: student factors (82%), clinical teaching environments (61%), Educational planning (56%), Evaluation (56%) and clinical instructors (36%).Conclusion: Findings showed that many of the clinical education problems can be reduced by providing facilities for students, creating interest in them and recruitment of competent instructors.
