Abstract: 

Nowadays, the leaders of the organizations need to acquire specific competence and traits to carry their organizational responsibility effectively in the national and international situations. One of the most significant competences is intelligence. In this regard, the leaders who perform intellectually in social, cultural, emotional, and cognitive fields are more successful than other leaders. This study thus, aims at measuring leaders’ strategic intelligence within organizations. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed among the employers of public organizations in Kohkiloye va Boyer Ahmad province. A descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling was used to analysis data. The results revealed that the leaders’ strategic intelligence was measured by practical, emotional, cultural and social intelligence as well as creativity, wisdom and Self-directedness. However, the results showed that creativity and practical intelligence had the greatest impact on measuring leaders’ intelligence. Moreover, the findings indicated that the selected leaders showed the medium level of intelligence in all dimensions of strategic intelligence indicating that they had the medium-leveled strategic intelligence. Furthermore, it was found that the increase in the managers’ educational degree and managerial experience lead to a good rise in their strategic intelligence.

Abstract: 

Following the development of communication technologies and looking to expansion of virtual organizations, Virtual Communications that have been established enormous part of the development process of these type of companies is considered one of the important problems of management of virtual organizations. So existence of effective communication strategies at different levels of communication is one of the key factors in achieving the goals of these organizations. This study, has been investigated the effectiveness of communication strategies at three levels of communication with employees, suppliers and customers on achievement to organizational goals. So, at first a framework based on the findings of previous researches was determined and then a conceptual model based on Library Studies was developed. After testing the model of expertise, According to the designed framework communication strategies used in the organization have been determined, then in order to evaluate their effectiveness in the form of three hypothesis and questionnaire measuring instruments have attempted. The results of this study shown that communication has effect on achievement the organization's goals and helped the organization to achieve goals strategies in two levels, communication with staff (p-value=0. 006) and customers (p-value=0. 001). ­ Finally effective communication strategies and also key communication strategies of organizational goals were identified.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this paper is designing the market future scenarios of Mahan Sepahan Steel Company. In order to design scenarios the method of Global Business Network (GBN) is used to construct scenarios. This method is based on the uncertainty and the most common scenario building in the world and efficient way to design scenarios, especially at the organizational level. According to the scenario planning stages in this method, firstly time horizon and scenarios subject were identified. Then with data collection and semi-structured interviews with experts, environmental factors affecting the market of company including trends, predetermined elements and factors of uncertainty were identified. In the next stage by structured interviews with 22 experts and managers of the company, two critical uncertainties were identified which are: "Sanctions" and "Government support". Then by using the critical uncertainties and creation scenario matrix and by referring to all of the information gathered in previous stages, four scenarios were designed: "limited market and share declining", "extensive internal market and increased competition", "extensive internal and external market", "free and fully competitive market".

Abstract: 

By rapidly developing of premier technologies in communications and computer, the global economy growth scheme is essentially changed and followed by the knowledge as an important capital, is replaced by physical and fiscal assets (Chen et al, 2004). Implementation of human resources planning systems is amongst of under developing technologies in new era. Most of the managers are in doubt that these systems can be useful for organization and make value added (Charamilus Asiatis et al, 2005). This paper considers the effects of obtained results of ERP implementation on knowledge creation and job performance. The features used in this research are in order to collecting of questionnaire information’ s that include three questionnaires of ERP benefits, knowledge creation and job performance. The validity of questionnaires is confirmed by correspondents and its reliability is also confirmed by using alpha cronbach. Results show that ERP benefits and it’ s all dimensions including operational benefits, management benefits and business process and IT/strategic planning benefits have significant effect on knowledge creation. ERP benefits and Knowledge creation has also positive and significant effects on job performance.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is investigation of firms' ownership structure on return of investment strategy based on idiosyncratic risk. So, a sample composed of 270 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange is examined during 1378 to 1389. Portfolio study approach based on dual sorting is used to test the relation between later variables. The results show that against what was expected, higher institutional ownership in ownership structure amplifies return of investment strategy based on idiosyncratic risk. It seems that probably either institutional ownership in Tehran Stock Exchange is not accurate proxy for portfolio diversification and investors expertise or its effect should be explore in factors other than portfolio diversification and investors expertise.

Abstract: 

Intellectual capital (IC) has devoted a special position in business strategy and management to itself. Measurement of IC improves the management and utilization of this valuable asset. Furthermore, strategic IC is different for various sectors, putting it beside the complexities relating to identification, categorization and indexing, makes the IC measurement a problematic issue. This study is focused on evaluating the strategic position of IC and it’ s measurement in Iran insurance industry as a knowledge-based and growing sector. So in the first step, strategic position of IC is evaluated among important firm’ s resources through ranking of insurance resources by use of a suitable Fuzzy TOPSIS technique. Considering the high strategic order of IC in insurance resources portfolio, in the second step suitable indicators for IC measurement in three different aspects of IC including asset, investment and effect is proposed. Insurer companies can improve the management, monitoring and development of their IC using these indicators.

Abstract: 

Improvement and equipping of manpower and especially knowledge management, New information and skills, to comply with changes in the world and the development of skills needed to create an environment in order to maximize potential, Knowledge and skills appropriate for the educational needs of these people. This study examines the management skills of high school in Qom situation will determine their training needs. This skills Consists of 14 skills, skills of Wilson (1980) in 3 Skills Robert Katz (1974) has been prepared after consideration of Scientific theories. Methods of research, descriptive and objective from type of application. The questionnaire was distributed among 302 teachers in 27 public high School objective has been to explore in the city of Qom in Iran. Firstly, a T-test to test the skills of existing managers, Friedman's test was then to prioritize these skills from the perspective of a high school teacher, Finally, to evaluate the correlation between the skills discussed.

Abstract: 

In functional strategies codification of strategic management models we need to define and preference the common processes and their elements. Although prestigious organizations and researchers have done researches in order to satisfy what mentioned, there is not yet a clear and integrated instruction which considers proceedings of all these attemptes process orientedly. This article with considering all of these attemptes, first defines the most important common and mutual scopes for codifying functional strategies, next considers primary preferences for elements of mentioned scopes and, finally provides a schematic of preferencing of processes and their elements.

Abstract: 

Now days, companies give their utmost effort to create competitive advantage though utilization of appropriate trainings for their sales representatives. In this case, the importance of training and development of sales personnel of companies who primarily provide products and services increases. Therefore the more effective the training methods applied, the more attainable the ultimate goals of the company shall be. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of developing skills of insurance reps on creating competitive advantage based on Resource Based View (RBV) in the Iran Insurance Company. Data collection in this research is done though descriptive empirical methods to gain Applicable goals. The findings of this research illustrates that in the view of managers and employees of Iran Insurance Company, the goals of improving sales reps’ vision, creating skills and necessary capabilities and developing special knowledge tends to create competitive advantage in the VRIN framework.
