Abstract: 

The success of the organizations will be achieved through the performance of their employees philosophic-mindedness is style of thinking that use successful peoples. The aim of this study are to determine possible relationship between philosophic-mindedness and research performance of faculty members of the field of physical education in azad university. The statistical population were 123 faculty members with PhD degree. Sample is the available population, i.e. 92 (76%) of 123 participants completed the questionnaire. Measuring tool included standardized philosophic-mindedness questionnaire (PMQ). Research performance was measured by researcher-made questionnaire that included research activities. The obtain results were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics that included mean, frequency, standard deviation  and inferential statistics that included spearman correlation. The results showed that there is no a direct correlation between philosophic-mindedness and research activities (p>0.05). According of the results there is significant relationship between some the aspects of philosophic-mindedness (comprehensiveness and flexibility) and the aspects of research performance of faculty members of physical education (p<0.05).

Abstract: 

In this study, the correlation research method was used. The statistical society included all students (2500) in Salmas branch studying in 88-89 academic year. The sample (335) was selected using multi-stage cluster method based on Morgan’s table. To collect data, two questionnaires were implemented namely as: social competence and McMaster’s family measurement. Data analysis indicated that there was a significant relationship between overall family function and social competence. There was relationship between positive attitude on the assigned roles and social competence and also between emotional assimilation within family and social competence. It can be concluded that if family function is improved, social competence and its variable will increase accordingly.

Abstract: 

This study sought to investigate the effect of one period of exercising on male university students’ stress level. 30 male students of Islamic Azad University, Zanjan Branch studying within 1389-90 academic year were selected randomly to be studied. The subjects were assigned randomly in two equal groups of 15 (control and experimental0. To measure the stress level, PSI Questionnaire was used in pre and post tests. After collecting pre-test data and explaining exercising practices, the experimental group practiced jogging for 8 weeks, each week 3 30-minute sessions with 65% to 75% excessive heart beat rate. Descriptive statistics was used to describe the subjects’ personal traits and stress level in pre and post tests. To compare the data of the two groups, independent t-test and to compare the data of each group paired t-test (p<0.05) were used. Results indicated that there was no significant difference between personal traits and stress level within experimental and control groups in pre-test indicating the homogeneity of subjects in the two groups. There was significant difference between the experimental group’s stress level in pre and post test stages indicating the effectiveness of one period of exercising in reducing the stress level. There was no significant change in the control’s stress level in pre and post test stages. The present study indicated, in accord to the previous findings, the reducing effect of the exercising period on the stress level of male students. I t can be suggested that to reduce stress level sports exercising can be used due to its effectiveness and lack of negative side effects infrequently seen in medication.

Abstract: 

The present study focused on 56 fourth-grade primary schoolboys in educational district 3, Alborz province who were selected through multi-stage cluster random method. It was done by experimental method having pre-test, post-test, control and experimental groups. The sample was randomly assigned to two groups of control and experimental after being paired in variables as IQ (Rion Test), gender, age and last year GPA. The students’ learning extent in math, science, geography and dictation was assessed through a 40-item researcher-made achievement test with a convenient index of reliability and validity before and after administering plays. The data gathered were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistic. The results indicated that mixing games such as Haftsang, drawstring, squash, chair play, and puppetry had a positive effect on improving the students’ learning respectively of dictation, math (divide lesson), geography (climatic areas lesson and directions), and science (respiratory system).

Abstract: 

The present research seeks to localize the most well-known conceptual behavioral model of Johnson and Way blended as “SHRM” in IRICO (Iran Railing Industry Company). To achieve this end, these concepts were defined both theoretically and operationally after identifying the model’s variables and related concepts. A questionnaire consisting 35 items was designed and the data gathered were analyzed using single sample student t-test and Friedman’s test. The results indicated that organizational goals, strategies, and culture, and also human resources management systems, strategies and organizational environment match Johnson & Way’s model. Based on Friedman’s test, the most important variables rated in IRICO were: organizational environment, human resources management improvement methods, human resources management systems and strategies, organizational culture, strategies and goals and, at last, risks and opportunities of human resources management.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research was to examine the effectiveness of educational games on students’ learning of mathematical concepts. The statistical society included all primary first-grade schoolgirls in Rey city within 89-90 scholastic year. The sample consisted 50 students based on Kokran formula who were selected through multi-stage sampling and were randomly assigned to two groups of 25 (control and experimental). To collect data, two 30-item questionnaires on concepts of teaching numbers (notation) and contrasting numbers (>, <, =) were used. The 6 games were administered within 10 sessions. This quasi-experimental research was of pre-test, post-test with control group and follow-up type. Descriptive and inferential statistics (paired and independent groups t-test) were used to analyze data. The results indicated that educational games were effective in the students’ learning of mathematics concepts of notation, <, >, and =.

Abstract: 

The aim of the study is designation of the effectiveness level of communication skills training on marital conflicts and the quality of life among married women in Islamic Azad University, Tehran Science and Research Branch. The statistical society of this study consisted married female university students who agreed to take part in communication courses held by the research team. The tools applied for this study consisted the marital conflict questionnaire and the short scale of assessing quality of life given by WHO, research plans, the pre-test and post-test plans. At first, the pre-test was conducted for both groups. Then, the Experimental intervention (communication skill training) was offered to the test group. After all, the post-test was given to both groups. The result of analyzing the assumptions, using the statistical analysis of co-variance, indicated that training the communicative skills caused the marital conflicts to be decreased, and had a positive impact on quality of life.

Abstract: 

Organizational justice is a dynamic concept affecting organizational welfare and is an ambiguous phenomenon for which decision making is necessary. One important function organizational managers do is to determine staff’s potential and to prepare grounds for their growth and ultimate performance. Actually, organizations’ achievement depends on attachment to goals and organizational justice which is the subject of this study. As one effective way to improve performance is organizational justice, it has been the main subject of this study focusing on staff’s satisfaction, cooperation and motivation. For this end, the statistical society included managers, specialists and ordinary staff of official organizations in Tabriz city and due to limitations, only six organizations were selected for data collection. The results indicated that exercising organizational justice based on priorities, organization and activity types can improve managers’’, experts’ and ordinary staff’s performance taking into account their cooperation, satisfaction and motivation.
