This research sought to investigate factors effective on creating and enforcing organizational commitment in Alborz province school managers. The statistical population included all male and female managers (1094) from among whom 270 people were selected using simple random method. The research was of descriptive-survey type and practical. Measurement tools were demographic and also a researcher-made questionnaire. To analyze data, multi-variate regression was used and the results indicated that factors of occupational satisfaction, organizational justice, humane relations, competency, establishing reward and punishment system based on efficiency score, sharing in decision making and aiming, occupational security, management style and gender were effective on organizational commitment.
