Abstract: 

The goal of this paper is responding to this question that "Does employees needs have any effect on their organizational entrepreneurship tendency in Central Staff of National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)?" Variables of this study include different needs (achievement, power, esteem, self-actualization, physiological, and social needs) as independent variables and employee tendency to organizational entrepreneurship as dependent variable. To collect data, we applied two questionnaires with sufficient validity and reliability which have been used in last studies, after some corrections, to measure types of needs and tendency of employee. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients for both questionnaires obtained 85.65% and 86.68%, resectively. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS software, correlation, and multiple-variable regression of the research hypothesis test results at 95 percent confidence level. This indicates that there is a strong relationship between collective needs and, organizational entrepreneurship tendency in research population. Based on findings of multiple-variable regression, all hypotheses of research are supported.

Abstract: 

The aim of this article is identifying influencing factors of Science and Technology Policy (STP) in National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company. In this study, we review concepts of public policy, S&T policy, innovation systems and functions of innovation systems. Then we study position NIORDC in oil industry and interview to expert.Influencing factors are categorized in six categories. We collect 136 completed questionnaires and analysis to t-test and confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability is computed with six separated Cronbach's alpha. Finally, six factors are confirmed: policy-base, legal regulations, market, structure, technological and education and Learning.

Abstract: 

In today's challenging world, understanding and assessing the organizational culture is essential to generating and sustaining movement toward corporate vision. Among different culture assessment methodologies, the "Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI)" which is based on the Cameron and Quinn framework is utilized in this paper. Due to the subjectivity of judgments in the process of assessing the organizational culture the Grey Systems Theory is used. In fact this paper proposes the new methodology of "Grey Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (GOCAI)" by combining the "Grey Systems Theory" and the OCAI. The procedure of GOCAI and the mathematical equations are also described in the paper. In order to show the performance of the proposed GOCAI, this tool is utilized to assess the current and the desired culture of the structure engineering and productivity department of National Iranian Oil Company.

Abstract: 

Exact and systematic planning to make, hold, and increase employees' motivation is from important methods for increasing organizational productivity. This program needs a full-scale ecamination and to perioritize effective factors to improve motivation and human force productivity. Therefore, in this article, the factors affecting employees' motivation are identified and classified by fuzzy network analysis model. The research results show that there is a positive and significant relationship among reward system, motivation factors, and human resources productivity. Also, among the options of reward system, the factors of internal (inherent) reward, non-financial external reward, and financial external reward had the most impact on increament of motivation and productivity factors. The research results of priotitization of motivation factors in Fars Oil Distribution Company show that sense of fair able income according to the task, fulfillment of performance evaluation, providing the opportunity of progress for all employees, coordination between job specifications and employees' abilities, and a manager competency are very critical for improving the organization productivity.

Abstract: 

In contrast to opinions of some researchers and organizational ideologists, the role of organizational features in work creation has been considerable, and if relationship between these items in process of preneurship is expressed correctly, reaching to entrepreneurship can be expected. So, relationship between organizational features (five features: managerial support, encouragement and award, delegation of authority, time chance, and organizational structure) and entrepreneurship in Pars Oil and Gas Co. are aims of this research, in a way that the organization by establishing the mentioned factors, promote its competitive preferences. Methodology of this research is descriptive-correlation. Statistical population of this study is the experts of this company. Data were collected by a questionnaire with Chronbach's alpha of 0.95. Findings of the study indicate a significant positive relationship between organizational characteristics (except for management support) and entrepreneurship in Pars Oil and Gas Co. In other word, the rate of organizational entrepreneurship will decrease by decrement of establishing organizational factors. At the end, According to findings, some suggestions have been presented for establishing and strengthening entrepreneurship system in organizations.

Abstract: 

Due to a lot of rich oil and gas resources is one of the main bases of Iran petrochemical industry is considered as one of the main factors of economical development. But exploration and converting these resources into the high value products via petrochemical processes need advanced technologies, which are mostly under control of developed countries. Since, technology transfer is one of the most effective ways of achieving technology, various technology transfer projects are defined and executed recently in Iran petrochemical industry to obtain it. But, most of these projects face various challenges that lead to low effectiveness or failure the field of technology transfer. This research was conducted to investigate the executive and managerial challenges of technology transfer in international technological alliances of Iran petrochemical industry by a case study on "Methanol To Propylene (MTP)" project, which was one of the recently most important and challenging projects that was implemented with the aim of transferring technology. This research was done via a mixed qualitative-quantitative methodology and has provided some valuable findings and suggestions for improving the efficacy and the success ratio of technology transfer projects and technological alliances in Iran petrochemical industry.

Abstract: 

By entering the twenty-first century, the most important challenges that organizations are faced with is increased stress among their employees. Now, this question is very important that how this stress impact on employee performance, employee satisfaction and commitment? Objective of this research is presenting a model that can explain the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Sample contains 103 employees of Iranian Offshore Oil Drilling Company. Structural equation modeling technique was used to evaluate the proposed model. The results indicate good fitting for proposed model and showed a significant and negative relationship between job stress variable and job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables. It was also found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment.
