Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: Identification of constructs that influence on EO and also investigating their impact on EO is very important. Our study aims to investigate the impact of organizational culture on EO in Zamyad Company. Methodology: This study is practical, descriptive survey, and quantitative. Our sample contains the experts of Zamyad Company who are about 180 people. We used all of the people in our sample for analyzing because they were few and limited. 133 completed questionnaires were returned. We used simple and multiple linear regressions for analyzing the collected data. Besides, assumptions of regression investigated using Durbin-Watson test.Findings: With confirmation of our hypothesizes, these findings has build:1) Organizational culture has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company.2) Adaptability of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company.3) Involvement of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company.4) The mission of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company.5) Consistency of organizations has a significant and positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation of Zamyad Company.Conclusion: For managers to identify factors influencing in EO. With regard to confirmation of our hypothesizes, we conclude that managers should control the organizational cultural for implementing entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, all of the dimensions for organizational culture (including: adaptability, involvement, mission, and consistency) have a significant and positive impact on organization’s entrepreneurial orientation.

Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: Nowadays pay attention to Work Commitment & Self Control Culture in organization, actually is an ethical and humanistic view to work and organization. Because ethics in professional ethic lead to commitment to duties in the best way and without external control and the improvement of work result, social situation, inner satisfaction and calmness of person. Current study was done by the aim of the And Explanation of Strategies of Work Commitment & Self Control Culture Institutionalization of Mazandaran Province Azad University Units' personnel.Methodology: Social statistics were consisting of 1600 persons of Azad University Units' personnel which 310 persons were selected as sample statistics from Morgan table. Data were gathered through questionnaire and then hypothesis were tested.Results: The result of regression tests between variables showed that there was a significant relationship between cultural – social factors and self control culture, individual-personal factors and self control culture, family- training factors and self control culture and cultural – social factors and work commitment, individual-personal factors and work commitment and family- training factors and work commitment. And also the result of correlation test showed that there is a relationship between Work Commitment & Self Control Culture, cultural – social factors and, individual-personal factors, cultural – social factors and family- training factors, individual-personal factors and family- training factors. The Friedman results also indicated that among studied variables, family- training factors by rate of 3.40 and cultural – social factors by rate of 2.80 have the most and the least importance in the view of respondents.

Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: As we know, during the past seven centuries “the message of Sa’di” in regard to these three dimensions was transmitted and still transmits to the triple audience. In this paper the third aspect was more significantly regarded as an approach for content analysis of the text.Methodology: The method in this research is content analyzing of Golestan on the basis of the sociological theory of Pierre Bourdieu (1930-2002), the French sociologist.Findings: Among the cultural traits, beliefs play a main role on increasing the cultural capital rather than the others. This main role of the beliefs is because of its permanent during the later centuries and also the main reason for the unity of people in Persian speaking lands. It is worthy to note that the significant criteria for evaluating of the other cultural traits results in the beliefs. In Bourdieu terminology, the objective cultural capital depends on subjective cultural capital.Conclusion: Since this paper is submitted to the field of the Cultural Affairs--Management of Cultural Affairs, main effort was identifying the basic constituents of cultural traits, viz., beliefs, values, norms, roles, symbols, and cultural industries; and these traits how effect on increasing of cultural capital in our contemporary time as well. It is worthy to note that my supervisor and advisor highly recommended selecting above mentioned traits for my research.

Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: Among the most important cultural issues of cultural engineering, education and the education of teachers in the education process and the good citizens of the community have a fundamental role. Cultural engineering education must include all four components of the system: teachers, professors, students, curriculum content and educational structure. This paper examines the impact of secondary school teachers and cultural engineering components and consequently has a good citizen training. This study aimed to identify the role of secondary school teachers in five districts of Tehran in engineering education in the areas of educational, cultural, social, political, and functioning properly is to educate citizens.Methodology: This paper is a descriptive and analytical study was conducted. This article is a case study of high school students and teachers in five school districts in Tehran. Conceptual framework of the proposed model and the model is Cheyenne.Results: Results indicate that cultural engineering dimensions, components and various parameters such as the (cultural), education, social and political.Conclusion: This study tries to introduce the three (cultural) political social engineering, cultural, educational, secondary school teachers in five districts of Tehran to clarify this aspect.

Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: Cultural impact on financial and management systems and its subsets, such as the tax systems of each country is granted, so Framework and model for this effect seems to be necessary to test with these models the relationship between cultural values on the tax systems in different countries to be reviewed. This research aimed to clarify the relationship between Hofstede's cultural values with the values of the tax system.Methodology: the research type is experimental and nature of research is Descriptive – survey. To collect Literature, library research methods used and for Hypothesis testing, information is collected by questionnaire. Questionnaire that measured Cultural variables are as the same as questionnaire that was designed by Hofstede and for quantifying of variables of the tax system values we used a questionnaire which involve the definitions of variables and opinion of tax and financial experts. After the questionnaires were distributed and collected Used the Kolmogorov - Smirnov to test normality the data. Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient tests was used to test hypotheses.Finding: the findings of this research demonstrate the relationship between cultural dimensions (individualism, power distance, uncertainty avoidance and maculinity) and tax systems values (simplicity and visibility).Conclusion: this study draws on the cultural frameworks by hofstede (1980) and gray (1988) to develop a theoretical model of the influence of culture on tax systems. Eight hypotheses were tested experimental that this hypotheses related Hofstede's cultural dimensions with the values of simplicity and visibility of the tax system .The results of this study were confirmed four hypotheses from eight existing hypothesis.

Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: شناسایی عواملی که بر گرایش کارآفرینانه سازمان موثر هستند و بررسی تاثیر این عوامل ضروری است. هدف پژوهش حاضر نیز بررسی تاثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر گرایش کارآفرینانه سازمان در شرکت خودروسازی زامیاد است.روش پژوهش: روش این تحقیق بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی، بر مبنای نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی و بر مبنای نوع داده های استفاده شده از نوع کمی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارشناسان شرکت خودروسازی زامیاد (180) نفر است. آزمون های رگرسیون خطی ساده و رگرسیون چندگانه برای آزمودن فرضیه ها استفاده گشت. همچنین مفروضات آزمون رگرسیون نیز توسط آزمون دوربین-واتسون لحاظ گشت.یافته ها: با تایید فرضیه های پژوهش یافته های زیر حاصل گشت:1) فرهنگ سازمانی بر گرایش کارآفرینانه کارشناسان شرکت خودروسازی زامیاد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.2) میزان انطباق پذیر بودن سازمان بر گرایش کارآفرینانه کارشناسان شاغل در شرکت زامیاد تاثیر مثبت دارد.3) میزان درگیر شدن کارشناسان شرکت زامیاد در کارشان بر گرایش کارآفرینانه آنها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.4) رسالت سازمان بر گرایش کارآفرینانه کارشناسان شرکت زامیاد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.5) میزان پایداری کارشناسان شرکت زامیاد بر گرایش کارآفرینانه آن ها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.نتیجه گیری: برای ایجاد گرایش کارآفرینانه در افراد یک سازمان باید روی فرهنگ آن سازمان تمرکز کرد و در جهت هماهنگی ارزش ها و هنجارهای افراد با هنجارها و ارزش های سازمان قدم برداشت. در این راستا تمامی ابعاد فرهنگ سازمانی (شامل انطباق پذیری، درگیر شدن در کار، رسالت سازمان و پایداری کارکنان) بر گرایش کارآفرینانه سازمان موثر هستند.

Abstract: 

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: این پژوهش با هدف مشخص نمودن راهکارهای نهادینه سازی وجدان کاری و فرهنگ خودکنترلی در کارکنان واحدهای دانشگاهی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران انجام شد.روش پژوهش: در یک جمع بندی کلی، تحقیق حاضر، یک تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد. همچنین از آنجایی که نتایج این تحقیق می تواند به طور عملی، مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، یک تحقیق مورد پژوهشی کاربردی می باشد. همچنین برای تجزیه تحلیل داده ها از ابزار آمار استنباطی استفاده شده است.جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر به منظور انجام مطالعات میدانی شامل کلیه کارکنان واحدهای دانشگاهی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی در استان مازندران (1600 نفر) می باشد.یافته ها: جهت تبیین راهکارهای نهادینه سازی وجدان کاری و فرهنگ خودکنترلی کارکنان واحدهای دانشگاهی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران، تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از آزمون های مختلف نظیر آلفا، رگرسیون، همبستگی، فریدمن و دیگر آزمون های مورد نیاز با به کارگیری نرم افزارهای کامپیوتری مانند SPSS و Excel انجام گردید.نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین راهکارهای فرهنگ خودکنترلی و وجدان کاری کارکنان واحدهای دانشگاهی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران نشان می دهد که عوامل فرهنگی- اجتماعی، فردی- شخصیتی، خانوادگی- تربیتی بر نهادینه سازی فرهنگ خودکنترلی و وجدان کاری کارکنان تاثیرگذارند و مسئولان امر در سازمان باید به آن ها عنایت و توجه کافی را لحاظ کنند.

Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: Today in most developed countries, organizations are transmitting from bureaucratic and administrative status to entrepreneurship status. The main goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between Organizational culture and corporate entrepreneurship.Methodology: This research method is descriptive – survey. In this study Statistical Community includes 200 educated Staff and experts. According to Morgan Table the needed sample is n=150. Sampling is randomly simple. The instrument which was used for data collection is a researcher made questionnaire which was corrected and verified by supervisor and advisor. Also to make this study more reliable the exploratory factor analysis was used and because subscribe to the Extraction was more than 0.5, it was concluded that the entire question were valid. For the final conclusion Alfa – Cranach’s was used. Coefficient of Organizational culture equals 0.874 and coefficient of corporate entrepreneurship 0.869. Kolmogorov – Smirnov test and spearman correlation coefficient were used to consider date as normal ones.Findings: Regarding the result of Friedman test, “Innovation and risk taking”, “attention to team”, and “attention to members” can be prioritized respectively.Conclusion: The results indicated that there is a positive significant relationship at the 95% confidence level, among all of the organizational culture dimensions and entrepreneurship. Also statistical results show that all the dimension of organizational culture have positive and meaningful correlative.

Abstract: 

Introduction and aim: Today the man is anxiety for the future of the earth and it’s heirs. Perhaps if next land generations could defend today a owners, employees and Customers of current organizations from it’s right, the biggest war would make between today and tomorrow and so now that they don’t afford it, some of pride land owners consider mottos that we also think about next generations. The review of social responsibility promotion alternatives among managers must pay a necessary attention to organizational responsibility dimensions, economic and legal functions, because the more strong the meaningful relationship of these three components, the better reinforcement the required alternative.Methodology: The research from functional aim perspective and from data collection method perspective is considered from descriptive-measuring type that is has been used from questionnaire for collecting research information.Findings: It was determined using K-score (k2) test that there is a meaningful relationship between legal and economic and organization components.Conclusion: the final result of research show that at organizational responsibility port including components of moral, behavioral regulation and compliance, the effective and reasonable cultural and social activities, managers commitment amount, and supervision amount on organizational affairs, attachment making at specialist forces and manager practice, the performance virtue of effective and program at social responsibility promotion are effective.Given they have been evaluated poorly it is necessary that they are considered seriously. At economic part, the administrator corruption decline, poverty decline, public welfore increase between cleanness at administrative, economic and trade activities, reasonable and suitable yield, between costs decline and efficiency increase, customers opinion supply were effective components. In order to promote a social responsibility promotion and reasonable and suitable training, health and safety. Legal responsibility, employee right compliance. Stakeholders right compliance were effective components that they have been evaluated poorly.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Aim: Awareness of the barriers of research for effective planning in order to improve the quality and quantity of research in universities seem to be necessary. So this study was done in order to identify the main barriers of research and evaluate the current situation in the Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch.Methodology: The research was descriptive, survey. 113 people were selected by simple random method from statistical population whom was faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Sari branch (162 people) in 2011 academic year. Researcher made questionnaire with 26 questions in 5 point likert was used which its face and content validity was confirmed and its reliability was 0.75. Data were analyzed by factor analyses and one sample t test using SPSS.Findings: “Research social culture” and “instruction base” were the most important factors and “supportive system” was the least important factor of research barriers in Islamic Azad University faculty members’ point of view.Conclusion: Precise identification of barriers of research and overcome them in order to increase the quality and quantity of academic research is essential.
