Abstract: 

Introduction and the goal of research: The administrative system of the state is also the lack of efficiency and accountability, despite all the efforts in order to its reformation. One of its main factors is inattention to Islamic values and its fundamental role in reforming and the health of administrative system. Hence, this study is to explain the effective factors on the health of bureaucracy and development of moral values.Research method: This study is used by descriptive-analytical method. The society and statistical sample of this study consist of the organizations and institutions that they have done the model of administrative reform or they are doing it.Results: According to the results of the content analysis can conclude that the health of administrative system and the growth of moral values in it, On the one hand, influence the ontological and anthropological principles governing the beliefs of organization people, On the one hand, they influence the trivalent factors, internal and external organization.Conclusion: According to the greatest role of human resources and organizational health and the theory of two-dimensional to the human firstly, it’s necessary that they removal workers, inner reform and spiritual development by training-educational programed.

Abstract: 

Introduction: The main objective of the present paper is to examine the effect of organizational culture on knowledge management. Hence, it considers job involvement, consistency, adaptation and mission as main components of organizational culture and investigates their relationship to knowledge management.Methodology: The present descriptive, field study is an applied research the population of which is composed of all employees of Standard Administration of Guilan Province involved organizational knowledge activities. The sample size was determined to be 63 individuals using Cochran's formula. And a questionnaire (with Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient=0.868) was distributed among the sample population. After questionnaires were collected, obtained data was analyzed by SPSS statistical software.Findings: Research findings indicated that all components of organizational culture are highly related to knowledge management with "adaptation" having the strongest relation.Conclusion: Based on positive value of correlation coefficients obtained through statistical analysis it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management. There is also a direct, positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and the four aspects of organizational culture (job involvement, consistency, adaptability and commission). “Adaptability” is the highest and the most powerful relationship with (and effect on) knowledge management. Therefore, an improvement in knowledge management can be achieved through supporting and developing different aspects of organizational culture.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Goal: Given increasing dissemination rate and volume of information and, hence, rapid speeds of social and economic changes nowadays, organizations are consistently faced with complicated missions and challenges. Therefore, to reach their goals and obtain their objectives in the global competition arena, organizations have no options but respond properly to these transformations and integrate their operations by practicing a dynamic and flexible structure. Culture as one of the most significant factors affecting all organizations provides an opportunity for them to move towards achieving more flexibility and patternability. In other words, finding any solutions for consistency and uniformity within an organization (designing structure and determining methods of managing human resources) depends on culture.Method: The present study aims to examine the relationship between “culture and its dimensions” based on Edgar Shine Model and “complexity of organizational structure” at three levels, i.e. horizontal, vertical and geographical based on Richard L. Deft Model. This research has a main hypothesis and nine sub-hypotheses which are developed based on the study’s conceptual model.The data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed at two levels, i.e. descriptively and deductively. At the description level, data (extracted from general questions) were presented in form of frequencies, percentage and charts. At the deduction level, data were analyzed using SPSS output and then Alpha Cronbach coefficient as well as Spearman coefficient were used to ratify or reject the hypotheses.Findings: The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between “culture” and “complexity of structure”. There is a relatively insignificant relationship between “culture artifacts and culture’s main assumptions” and “complexity of structure”. There’s a relatively very significant relationship between “culture’s main assumptions” and “complexity of structure”.

Abstract: 

Introduction and Research Goal: This article explains the spiritual quotient, professional ethics and benefits of reinforce them with use of external and internal study. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between SQ and staff’s professional ethics in executive organizations.Method: This study is kind of survey study.Findings: The results with using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient showed that there is a significant relation between most component of SQ and professional ethics.Conclusion: Can be claimed that organizations with pay attention to improve their staff’s SQ and establishing units for set charter of ethics and control provisions can be seen more success.

Abstract: 

Research Introduction and Objective: This Vast world makes balance between its two opposite poles such as masculine and feminine, north and south active and inactive logical and intuitive, lighting and darkness, internal and external. etc. Although these dimensions seem completely opposite of each other but they are strictly attached for their being and that their combination result in massive mutation in the world and a one –sided orientation toward one dimension causes mess and turmoil in universe. Human as a dynamic system like the world needs to make a balance between his desires and propulsion to preserve his existence.This essay tries to identify humans balance dimensions in today marketing system besides figuring out the roots of peace in modern complicated society in this regard two main sources of Islamic teaching and practical experiences of organizational experts are analyzed based on Fuzzy Delphi system.Method: The method of this research is applied research, Population consisted of 40 HR managers in service and industry organizations. in this research in order To refine indicators and expert opinion aggregation of fuzzy Delphi approach is used.Findings: In this study, according to Islamic teachings have been identified eleven Dimension Balanced man including: Teaching and learning, Work, Family, Physical health, Worship, Environment, Social responsibility, Thinking and reasoning, cognition, Divine love and ObedienceEleven dimensions, three stages of filtering and aggregation of expert opinions is located.Results: The results of the essay after three phases of polling from experts caused the identification of six fundamentals of learning, work, family, health, spirituality and taking responsibility which is the essential option of in implementation of personal development programs and efficiency promotion of human resources in contemporary organizations.

Abstract: 

Objective of the research: Empowering employees is one of the most effective techniques to increase productivity and efficient use of their capacity for individual and organization goals. In this paper an attempt has been made to the concept of a functional approach to the explanation of the concept of empowerment Dimensions, empowerment and initiatives in cultural organizations will introduce conceptual model.Method: According to the fact that the result of this research is used to promote empowering employees' of cultural organization, this paper is based on goal applied. In addition, considering method of data gathering, it is survey.The research tool for data gathering has been questionnaire.Results: The results of the t- test shows component of the state strategy executive, management support, organizational culture, organizational structure and cultural organization of Tehran municipality in terms of the sample is too weak. Individual and job characteristics and components of the sample are in satisfactory.Condition: The results show: Among all variables there was a. significant correlation. This assumption is confirmed by the linear relationship between variables, furthermore, significant correlations, none of the coefficients greater than 0/9 and it doesn't mean that there is not much shared variance between d and can be used in the analysis. The highest correlation between organizational structure and the nature of the job.

Abstract: 

Objective of the research: Family, as the most basic and important member of the social institutions, provides the indispensible needs of human beings and plays an undeniable role in the upbringing of the generations and the transfer of cultures and values. From a historical standpoint, family-orientation in Iran is one of the indexes of the values of cultural systems. The unavoidable changes in the new period can affect the family's structure and functions. The aim of this research is to combine and merge the results of accomplished researches in the realm of family so as to identify of strengthening and erosive factors in Iranian families.Method: This research is practical in objective and is of meta-analysis nature in terms of the documentary method of studying. The statistical sample is 64 research-based works concerning the factors affecting the family institution which have been gathered up to the point the data is complete.Findings and Results: The results of the research showed that most works are scientifically endorsed in terms of having common theories. Due to the reliance on particular variables, there is a kind of reductionism in the study. There is a need for a more solid and comprehensive theory-making in the analysis of the family institution in the ecosystem of the Iranian-Islamic culture. In the final analysis, a specific pattern of the factors affecting the family was derived, which is the result of the factors being analyzed by the researchers, in 11 subject topics which are as follows in order of priority:"cultural factors( includes Faith, beliefs and moral Values), family cooperation, mental and physical well-being, individual growth, the manner of managing the family life, the economic affairs and financial well-being, the cultural, social and political climate of the country, the age difference between the couples, the duration of matrimonial relationship, public services and transport and the consideration of society's sanitations".

Abstract: 

Introduction: The Internet phenomenon, as the most powerful mean in electronic communication network and information technologies, has made it possible for people with different ideas and cultures to access the essence, structure, exchange, maintain, propagation and attain integrated data, quickly from all around the world.Aim: the main aim of this study is acknowledgment of the impact of Internet applications’ role on the students’ cultural identity.Method: this study is done with two methods of predicative and survey. The statistical population is all the students of the Islamic Azad University and the sample size of 250 was estimated with Cochran’s formula.Findings: the regression analysis of internet factors of cultural identity shows that of all variables which entered the final model (amount and time length of internet using, commercial and communicational and informational pattern) described the variance of the dependent variable.Results: of all the factors which are responsible for the application patterns to be desirable for the students, there are attending chat environments, finding friends, weblogs, social networks, presenting ideas, attitudes, feelings and freedom in delivering issues. Also, the internet application patterns has affected the ascension of students’ culture and their knowledge of cultural identity through omitting geographical borders on a local scale and making the cultural heritage, cultural symbols and subcultural available for them.
