Abstract: 

The development of tourism in urban areas plays an important role in diversifying the economy of local communities and is therefore one of the sources of job creation, income, and sustainable development of urban economy. Tourism development depends on providing conditions which make the industry more secure. The main purpose of the present study was to identify and analyze the problems of tourism industry development in Khoy county based on the views of local people with an emphasis on the role of Shams Tabrizi's Tomb in this regard. The current research was descriptive-analytic and the data collection was performed using library studies and observation (distribution of questionnaire). The statistical population of the study consisted of 383 local residents in 1396. The Cochran's sampling was used to find the participants of the stud. In order to analyze and categorize the obtained data and testing the main hypothesis, one-sample t-test was run using the SPSS software. The findings of the study confirmed that from the perspective of the local people, Khoy, with the Mazar-e Shams, has the capabilities and potential of tourism development and can become one of the tourism centers of the province and even the country. But in this context, there are a number of challenges, barriers and problems such as indicators of infrastructure facilities and public infrastructure, health and quality of the environment, tourism attractions as well as urban management. The effect and influence of these factors on tourism development and tourist attraction is positive. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that these factors are one of the challenges of tourism development from the view point of the local community and also the physical activities undertaken to develop tourism through ShamsTabrizi are not sufficient.

Abstract: 

The Qeshm geopark with an area of about 30 km2 is located in the western part of Qeshm. This geopark is considered as one of the most important attractions of Hormozgan province in terms of tourism. The purpose of this study was to estimate the geopark recreational value in Qeshm by the cost method, the results of which can be used as an effective tool for planning and management of developmental projects. This method is based on an estimate of the relationship between the number of visitors to a recreation center, and the distance of their residential accommodation from the resort and the average cost of the cruise. To this end, considering Qeshm geopark as the center, 6 half-circles with a constant 95-kilometer distance were drawn to cover the entire country. Then, using the existing statistics, the area and population living in each region were calculated. At the next stage, the socioeconomic data obtained from the supplementary questionnaires by the visitors were analyzed. According to the available data, the relationship between the cost of traveling and the number of visitors to the resort was analyzed. Then, considering the different entries and adding them to the total cost of availability, the new ratio of visitors and the demand curve of geopark was drawn. Finally, the daily recreational value of the Geopark was calculated by calculating the sub-curve of a demand of 5055970000 Rials ($ 11, 243), which represents the high recreational value of this geopark. Also, it was shown that the largest number of Geopark visitors was under the age of 40, and the majority of respondents had diploma and college degrees. The number of visitors had increased as the income level had increased.

Abstract: 

Tourism is the third most productive industry after oil and automobile industries. For this reason the authorities are very sensitive to its development and are working to make it more beneficial for the communities. During the recent decades, we have witnessed one of the most important economic activities of countries. This industry as a global system is mainly a global production. The researcher of the present study used an applied descriptive – analytical method. Data collection was accomplished through library and documentation as well as field surveys. Using direct observation, the researcher analyzed the relationship between the indices using the feature selection technique and cross – information analysis. In fact it was necessary to formulate a comprehensive plan that addressed the status of the industry in order to achieve good conditions. The results of the analysis indicated that the factors affecting tourism from the viewpoints of: the people; advertisements with 0. 701, the authorities; cooperation with 0. 679; and finally from the tourists’ views management with 0. 677 were the most important ones.

Abstract: 

Tourism is a weather and climate related element, in such a way that suitable weather and having enough information about the climate conditions of the destination has become one of the most important factors in tourism attraction. Climate comfort is the basis of development in tourism activities. Using the indexes of Tourism Climate Index (TCI), Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET), and climatic data, thirteen synoptic stations which possessed the climatic comfort throughout the year in the province were selected for investigation. In this way, first the climate data of the understudy stations were retrieved from the meteorological organization of the province. After the data processing using Excel software, a data bank was prepared for each of the features and for each month of the year. Later, in order to find the TCI index, information about this indicator was transferred to the TCI calculator software and the PET index was transferred to the RayMan Software too. Then, using the technique of GIS, maps of the studied indexes were prepared for each month of the year and the stations. The results of the study showed that, the tourism conditions of comfort in the studied stations during the year had the worst comfort condition based on TCI indicator in January, February, April, July, August, March, May, October, November and December (with three classifications of, marginal, acceptable and good), while during the other months (with three classifications of, very good, excellent and ideal) had the best condition in terms of tourism comfort. Also, based on PET indicators June, July, August, May and September had better comforting conditions for tourists, but the rest of the year was seen to have the worst comfort condition for tourists.

Abstract: 

Cities are often considered as important tourism destinations due to the presence of several historical, cultural and natural attractions. Regarding the placement of Holy Masumeh's Shrine and the sacred mosque of Jamkaran in Qom, it is considered to be the most important Shia’ s religious and the second largest pilgrimage center in the country. Furthermore, since this city is located at the route intersection of 17 provinces, it is the most important focal point of transportation network in Iran. Hence, identifying influential factors that increase visitors’ satisfaction by meeting their expectations will usually help to attract more tourists and subsequently increase the length of their residence. The current study is an applied research in terms of time, nature and a descriptive-analytical method has been used to analyze the obtained data. The statistical population of the study were the visitors who entered Qom in the summer, 2017. 384 participants were selected as the sample of the study. In order to analyze the data and evaluate the visitors’ satisfaction, each element of the urban tourism product (primary, secondary and lateral) was classified and analyzed based on the Jansen-Verbeke’ s and Kano models. The results of this study showed that the most important satisfaction priorities based on the Verbeke’ s model in the Functional Requirements group are respectively friendly behavior of mutual respect, responsiveness and hospitality of the people, and diversification of urban tourism attractions respectively (complementary to pilgrimage and religious tourism), and the most important priorities in the Motivational Rquirements group included participating in evening events and nightlife as well as the presence of road signs in the city, providing maps and brochures for the tourists.

Abstract: 

در طی دهه های گذشته بهبود معیشت روستائیان مورد توجه بسیاری قرار گرفته و به عنوان یکی از اهداف توسعه پایدار روستایی مطرح بوده است. یکی از راهبردهای اصلی برای بهبود اقتصاد روستا، گردشگری کشاورزی یا اگروتوریسم است که می تواند روستا را به سمت توسعه و پایداری سوق دهد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر گردشگری کشاورزی بر اقتصاد روستایی در شهرستان ساوه است. این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی-پیمایشی و با برگزاری کارگاه های مشارکتی(PRA)، پرسشنامه (منطبق بر مدل نظری و پیشینه تحقیق) و مصاحبه حضوری انجام شده است. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss استخراج شده و جامعه آماری کلیه ساکنان روستای قردین (انار دهکده قردین) بخش مرکزی شهرستان ساوه با نمونه آماری براساس فرمول کوکران (184 نفر) است. نمونه گیری تصادفی و چندمرحله ای است. نتایج آزمون بارتلت حاکی از همبستگی و مناسب بودن متغیرها داشت. عامل تمایل به توسعه گردشگری روستایی-کشاورزی با مقدار ویژه 285/3 بیشتر از گزینه دانش و آگاهی (561/2) بود و متغیرهای مربوط به هریک از عوامل و میزان بارهای عاملی به دست آمده پس از چرخش عامل ها به روش وریماکس نشان داد که تمایل به توسعه گردشگری روستایی اولویت اول را دارد و در همین رابطه پیشنهاد می شود که انار دهکده قردین به فعالیت هایی مانند فرآوری های انار روی آورد و زراعت راهبرد معیشتی قرار دهد و زمینه آسیب پذیری در روستا یعنی فصلی بودن تغییرات و کمبود آب را جدی بگیرد.

Abstract: 

One type of tourism is literary tourism which can be considered as one of the clusters of culture and tourism that includes writers, related places of stories and books, literary festivals, films and media productions, and so on. Due to the cultural and literary richness of Iran, this country is one of the most prominent areas in this field that can benefit from this intangible heritage. Neyshabour, which is located in Iran, is literally a privileged and famous place and this city can be considered for developing this branch of tourism but, despite its high capacity, literary tourism in Neyshabur does not still suffice. In this research, using qualitative method and focus group technique, solutions were identified for marketing of literary tourism in Neyshabur, which included six categories: (a) creation of advertising bases, (b) directing of passengers who travel to Mshad towards Neyshabur, (c) to conduct literary festivals, (d) familiarization of the residents of Neishabour with tourism capacities, (e) designing and making souvenirs related to the literature of Neyshabour and finally (f) designing games appropriate to the literary tourism of Neyshabur.

Abstract: 

The customers of each organization are the focal point of that organization. This idea of customer expectations in order to satisfy their needs and the provision of appropriate services and even superior quality of service to organizations is inevitable. The hotel industry is not the exception either. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of its methodology. The statistical population of this study was formed using all permanent clients of hotels in Kurdistan province who stayed at least one night in a hotel in this province. Since the exact statistics of the population of the clients of the hotels in the province is not available and the community is unlimited, the sample size was determined by the Cochran formula based on which 384 persons were selected. The sampling method was simple and categorized. The dependent variable of research is customer loyalty, which was measured by the variables of service quality (independent) and customer satisfaction (mediation) based on the Surkalo & Moghimi (1392) questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model were used to investigate the hypotheses. The results of the research showed that the quality of services is high in the customers' view. Also, the data represented customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results showed that the components of service quality and satisfaction have a significant effect on the customer loyalty.
