Tourism has been known as a human activity in the last five decades and has been characterized by high growth. On the other hand, the development of villages like cities is what planners have meant to achieve. Therefore, the necessity of paying attention to tourism, as a suitable solution for rural development is agreed upon by all experts. This Research aims to evaluate and analyze the effects of tourism on rural economic development in the central part of Noor in Mazandaran Province, including seven rural districts. This Research is of applied nature and the study has been done descriptively and analytically which is a mixed method of library and field studies. The necessary data were mainly qualitative. In the field study, a questionnaire was distributed among the participants whom were selected through simple random sampling method. After the analysis of the collected data using the Excel Software and SPSS, factor analysis method, cluster analysis as well as the TOPSIS technique, the results of the study showed that income generation through tourism has been mostly in domains of selling the agriculture products, tourism services, and local products. Also, according to the results of the study, the village of Abbasa and the Kardikala village have had the most and the least benefits from the tourism industry in the Region respectively.
