Abstract: 

Aim: The aim of this research was to study the variables associated with creativity in Iran.Method: The research method chosen was meta-analysis in which all research reports were collected by using internal and external information data bank. Some twelve studies from throughout of Iran (2004-2013) involving some 3015 participants were used in this meta-analysis. Data were analyzed using Pearson coefficient effect size method for fixed effect model. All statistical operations accomplished by Comprehensive Meta-Analysis, Version 2.0.Results: results showed that the mean of mixed- model of effect size was 0.496 for fixed effect model and 0.497 for random effect model in which both were significant in 0.001 level. The mean of mixed- model of effect size (0.496) in this research showed the moderate to high on creativity.Conclusions: Also the results showed that there is significant effect size between cognitive styles, internal and external motivation, gender, emotional intelligence, epistemological believes, dimensions of goal direction, mental well-being, personality characters, teacher’s activity and characteristics, intelligence, age, parent’s marital satisfaction, critical thinking, happiness, thinking styles, and direction goal with creativity.

Abstract: 

Background: Nowadays, tourism is considered to be the most important commodity trade as well as being a criterion for prosperity of life and lifestyle, especially in developing countries. These factors can enhance the cultural capital of societies, as well as promoting the national integration and pride to the full.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the stance of the relationship between indicators of tourism as well as protecting the cultural heritage by promoting the cultural capital of Iran.Methods: As far as objective is concerned this research is applied and is descriptive and survey as far as data collection is concerned. Some 350 senior managers and cultural experts from 31 provinces were selected using cluster sampling method. The main research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with a calculated Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 816.0. To test the hypothesis of the study, factor analysis and structural equation analysis and multiple determination coefficients were used.Findings: The results showed that components of "tourism" in the status quo, 71% and 43% in good condition to explain and predict changes promoting cultural capital. Results indicated that between "tourism" and "preservation and protection of cultural heritage" and the promotion of cultural capital in Iran there was a significant positive correlation and these two variables and parameters correctly can enhance the cultural capital of Iran, especially in conditions forecast.Conclusion: The ideal situation for tourism and cultural heritage is reduced to the status of the findings, having a creative approach to cultural policy in the context of strategic management culture can be a way out of this problem, it can also open the door to the planners and pave the way for the realization of the cultural policy promotion.

Abstract: 

Background: Philosophy for children have important role in challenging and creativity thinking for children.Objective: The aim of this research was to study the effects of teaching philosophy with method community of inquiry on questioning and attitude to creativity to the blind students with 9-11 age group. Some 28 blind girls and boys students were selected randomly to carry out the test.Method: Some 14 persons for experimental group and some other 14 persons for control group were selected with simple random sampling method. The samples were assessed by questioning and CAS questionnaire. To study hypothesis, experimental (pre-test- post- test) method was employed and then community of inquiry Lipman, Robert fisher and Philip cam thinking stories they were used to teach them. Data were analyzed using ANCOVA.Results: Findings showed that, philosophy for children with method community of inquiry caused improvement of questioning (0.001) and attitude to creativity (0.001) of blind girls and boys were improved.Discussion: Philosophy for children have important role, in reinforcement questioning, critical thinking and creativity for blind child.

Abstract: 

Background: Entrepreneurial management is clarifying the process of creating an opportunity to create value through innovation and advantage of opportunities. Although there is not enough literature and resources in this relation, however, the role of entrepreneurship in government agencies is gaining momentum.Aim: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship of risk perception and decision making styles with entrepreneurial behavior.Method: The sample consisted of some 101 Tehrani cultural managers who were randomly selected. Descriptive methods, Pearson correlation and multiple regression weres used to test the hypotheses. Devices for data collection in this study consisted of Entrepreneurial Behavior Questionnaire (Shafi Abadi, 2011), perceived risk (Benten, 1993) and decision-making styles (scott and Bruse, 1995), respectively.Data: The results indicate that risk perception is inversely related to entrepreneurial behavior. In the entrepreneurial behavior, detecting targets (266.0- = R, 05.0> P) is significantly associated with risk perception. also the style of decision-making style as predictors of entrepreneurial behavior were reasonably and effectively perceived.Conclusion: The subject of this study reminds the entrepreneurial management, the way that entrepreneurial management in various public areas can provide areas for improvement and that this system can reduce stagnation and inactivity.

Abstract: 

Background: employing appropriate teaching methods is considered to be among the basic needs of improving quality of teaching. Most educational psychologists and educational trainers believe that learning setting should be organized in such a way that each student be able to practice based on acquired capabilities.Objective: This research was performed to study the effect of employing various teaching methods (traditional, oral question, scientific display and group discussion) on creativity and academic achievement of students.Method: The research was performed by quasi-experimental method. Statistical population were consisted of students of different majors from the Teachers’ Training Universities in Alborz province in which according to proportional stratified random sampling methods, some 270 students were selected as sample size. Study tools were Abedi creativity questionnaire test and researcher-made questionnaire of academic achievement. One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Multivarieate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) and Tukey's test were used to test hypotheses.Results: Results showed that the amount of student’s creativity and academic achievement is different in terms of various teaching methods (lecture, oral question, scientific display, discussion, group participation). Also, study results showed that student’s creativity and academic achievement was increased by discussion and group participation more than other methods. Therefore, methods of scientific display, oral question, and traditional method (lecture), respectively affects students’ creativity.Conclusions: Students trained by modern education methods have higher creativity and academic achievement.

Abstract: 

Background: Recent improvements in organizational culture and having access to the productivity of organizations through creative solutions have proved to be very crucial. The review of literature of the research shows that the organizations which lay more emphasis on productivity through creative problem solving are more successful than the other organizations.Objective: The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relationship between creative problem solving and organizational culture and productivity of education managers in Lorestan province in 2012-2013.Method: The research method used was correlational. The population consisted all managers and employees of education department in Lorestan provice. Some 68 managers and 163 employees were selected as the sample. The data were collected through Robin’s questionnaire. It consisted of 68 items which were divided into three dimensions: productivity, organizational culture, and productivity of organization.Results: The results from the multivariate regression analysis showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the creative problem solving and organizational culture and productivity.Conclusion: According to the research findings it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between the creative problem solving and organizational culture and productivity.

Abstract: 

Background: In spite of the increasing importance and necessity of paying attention to the stance of creativity in today’s world in terms of individual and collective life of human, the concept is yet ignored among the managers. The concept of creativity is among the most complex human behaviors and most researches in the field of creativity are mostly scattered, inconsistent and incoherent on the subject. This research tried to offer a clear application to manage creativity.Objective: This study aimed to unite the scattered and inconsistent literature on creativity in the form of a theory.Method: Exploratory-qualitative approach, meta-analysis, and content analysis methods were employed in this research. Some 490 researches which were conducted during 1950 to 2012 on creativity were studied.Results: Processing data derived from research led to the discovery of the systems theory of creativity. This theory is based on hierarchy of variables including size, elements, components and indicators. Creativity and innovation phenomenon indicates that the system is composed of multiple dimensions. Creativity and innovation system inputs or factors affect creativity that includes four factors: personal, departmental, professional, and organizational. What is Creativity? Creativity refers to the system and consists of three individual creativity, group creativity and organizational creativity. Why creativity reflects the importance and necessity, or what the result will be the creation of systems that include output and outcome factors.Conclusion: Based on the multiple levels of creativity (dimensions, factors, components and indicators) as well as the relations governing them, creativity can be managed at organizations.
