In the last two decades, globalization of production and intensive competition have forced companies and governments to evaluate their attitudes toward national competition and policies. In confrontation with this situation, World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is an appropriate solution.While the aim is to introduce WCM, the paper presents other relevant issues such as:the comparison of the results of producer companies" WCM performance with the performance of other companies in the same industry, the establishment models of WCM, and the presentation of a suggested model

The present article involves a theory about the Alternations and changes that have taken place in the field of rhetorical sciences. It also makes reference to the books and written materials which have been written in this field. As well as, the traditional and modern methodologies of eloquence are discussed. In the introduction, the formation manner of eloquence and the influence of Holy and Glorious Quran on its formation, and some views in this respect have been discussed.Then, an analysis on the primary principles of eloquence formation and establishment is presented.A discussion about the subdivisions of eloquence -namely word, meaning, order, and analytic composition - is the other part of the present article. As well as, the author have discussed about the traditional and nontraditional advocates and critics of it. In this regard, the views of every advocate and critic - who all believe that they are right in defining the principles of eloquence - are evaluated. At the end, the important events which have dominated or is dominating the field, as well as the details of what has happened to eloquence from the beginning untill now, have been con5idered with great care.

This paper focuses on the derivation and systematic estimation of energy carriers demand functions in industry sector. The method of derivation consists of two stages. In the first stage, the energy derived demand is obtained from indirect Tran slog cost function associated With other inputs such as capital, labor and raw material. In the second stage, the cost of energy is defined as a function of a class of oil products (Gasoline, Krosen, Gas Oil, Liquid Gas, Fuel Oil, LPG), natural Gas; and electricity. The systemic method of this research is more exact in comparison with the single equation estimation, and by using this systemic method, all the effective factors on energy carrier demand could be measured simultaneously and in an interactive manner.The results show that if the aim of the increase of energy price is higher revenue for government, it will be possible due to inelasticity of demand, but if the aim is the decreaye of energy consumption, it will not be easily attainable due to some reasons such as economy structure and inflexibility and rigidity of technology in industry sector.

Personality (or in other words, the qualities that make up a person’s character) plays a determining role in the lives of human beings, and just for this reason, it has attracted the attention of psychologists. A plethora of research has been done on the subject of personality. In all of the researches, it has been proved that physical exercise is the most effective determining factor which affects personality. It is considered as a tool that enhances human well-being. It is quiet clear that those completely or partially blind tend to become socially withdrawn (unsociable) due to physical inactivity, and this trend leads to undesirable consequences for the individual in particular, and the society at large. The present investigation aimed at comparing certain characteristics of blind Goal-ball athletes and blind non -athletes. The instrument for the study was a sixteen -factor questionnaire (Cattell), of which five factors were employed. The study population was comprised of 75 blind male non -athletes and 75 blind Goal-ball athletes who had been selected by chance. The results of study revealed that there are significant and meaningful differences between athletes and non-athletes with unstable personality (A), with independent and stable personality (E), and those with strict and logical personality (M). There were no significant differences in terms of emotional stability (C) and trust (O) between the two groups.

Human spirit tranquility or in other words, "soberness" means having stability in will and resolution, and not giving way to anxiety under no circumstances. Holy Qur’an has introduced "dkhr of Allah" (or His mentioning) as the most preferable and superior tranquilizing drug and the healer of hearts amongst the waves of worries and anxieties; and the Almighty has considered it as the signs of faith, and one of His great blessings:"Those who believe, and whose hearts have rest in the remembrance of Allah. Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest!" [the Thunder (ar’rad): 28].According to the verse, remembrance of God controls and halters anxieties. The firm faith - which originates from the full study of subtleties and amazing secrets of the world - makes the hearts brimful of "Love, Joy, Tranquility, and Assurance". By having belief in God, the human will be free from the bond of slavery of others except Him, and when he becomes familiar with that Infinite Being, all things lose their dignity and become insignificant in his eye, except Him. And asa result, the loss of secular things does not disturb his soul The present article sets forth some factors such as faith, prayer, and mentioning (of God) which are the source and origin of the human souls Tranquility.

The impact of spiritual mentality, on the one hand, and confrontation with touchable realities of war and the devotion and bravery of the war warriors and martyrs on the other hand, led the poets of Islamic Revolution and Imposed War to go beyond the report-like description in explaining the realities. By using religious and mystical heritages, they have attained a symbolic language, while realistic, has relationship with their own religious and mystical mentality on the one hand, and with the religious and mystical ideals of the warriors, on the other hand. Therefore some parts of such poems are not restricted to the boundaries of realism, but follow a theological and mystical symbolism, and while shaped in realism, are changed into a social symbolism.In the Literature of Revolution, the depth of revolution poems profit from religious and mystical literature had been to an extent that this symbolism has become permanent in it. Consequently, we witness the emergence of a new symbolism which unlike the major sections of pre-revolution contemporary literature, has theological and religious roots. This new symbolisms a compound which is counted among the social symbols of contemporary literature with respect to image, but regarding the meaning, it is full of mystical symbols which is the heritage of ancient literature. In fact, it could be said that social symbolism of Islamic Revolution is a connection between the traditional mystical literature and contemporary literature. After discussing about social symbolism, the authors of the paper have tried to analyze and interpret several poems of distinguished poets from the viewpoint of social symbolism.By virtue of the plurality and variety of symbols, it has been proved that social symbolism is not just an incident in the poems of Holy War, but a deeply rooted and continuous CU/7"enwthich makes them distinct and different from the past.

The importance of physical education in a comprehensive, integrated model has been well-documented, and we must actively pursue this model of integration if we are to dispel common perceptions, survive a discipline, and continue to have a positive impact on students (Heitman & Kneer, 1976; Humphrey, 1990).Physical education will be much better understood when it is correlated as often as possible with other subject matter areas. There is hardly a subject in the modern school that doesnot lend itself at some time or other to the topic of physical education. The impact of sports alone is considerable. They relate to numerous social, commercial, and psychological aspects of society. They can be written about in English, humanized in geography, appraised for their beauty, symmetry, and form in the art class.What forms might be assumed by an integrated physical education curriculum in the schools? Fogarty (1991) suggests two forms of integration:1. Internal Integration (within the field of physical education).2. External Integration (integration with other subject matters).What are the potential benefits and problems of adopting an integrated curriculum, whether internally or externally integrated?Placek (1995) gathered responses from a group of elementary and secondary teachers who attended on a workshop on integration and were ~ked to write down their perceptions of advantages and problems of initiating an integrated curriculum. The teachers listed the following advantages:(1) Students benefit by increased learning, (2) students learn that physical education and other subjects are linked, (3) physical education benefits as it is seen as not just "play" but a real subject, and (4) teachers benefit through opportunities for team teaching.

Muslim Arabs entered Iran in the seventh century (A.D.) with their victory over Sasanian Empire. During the first few centuries, the sociocultural condition in Iran was naturally influenced by the changes which had been occurred in the political scene. This influence was the result of the encounter of two distinct social regimes which had different cultural values and traditions. According to historians, the so-called Iranian-Islamic civilization has been formed in the third century (10th c. A.D.). Two centuries of encounter between the two different socio-cultural regimes resulted in the cultural integration of the regimes, and finally formed a new framework.Although the new cultural configuration was based on Islamic values, many of its . components had Iranian origin. The most important issue in the first few centuries - mostly called as the "Transition Period" - was this fact that Iranians had tendency towards Islam and it attracted them. By analyzing the initial reaction of Iranian society in confrontation with Arabs and Islam, the present article tries to reach a comprehensive and better understanding of the growth and development of Islamic culture in Iran.

The scientists of ethics, philosophers, and gnostics have paid an especial attention to the plagues of tongue or in better words, plagues of speech. Their advice - specially for the beginners of the path of insight & perfection - has commonly been deliberate & judicious speaking, taciturnity, and finally silence. In the sacred Mathnavi, attention has been paid to the ethical & moral aspects of silence which we call it pious silence" and "wise silence".In this section of Mathnavi which is the joint point of morals & mysticism, the following subjects have been discussed: being truthful & veracious, considering justice in speech, speaking politely, using well-considered speech, taciturnity, quietness in front of the ignorant, silence before the men of God, and finally silence when & where being confidant(é) is required. Besides these two types of silence, Mawlavi has considered a new type of it, namely "mystical silence". About the "mystical silence" the following matters have been surveyed & discussed: silence of the disciple before the spiritual leader, silence in the mood of perplexity, silence in the mood of love, silence in the mood of zeal, silence where & when keeping divine secrets is required, and finally submission to the will of God and having no complaint.

In the holy books, the story of Adam (p.b.u.h.) - the father of Man and the first prophet - is the symbolic story of all noble humans who follow the right path with their own free will and as a result, achieve the eternal salvation and enter the Heaven. In comparison with Adam (p.b.u.h.), Satan is considered as the symbol of evil beings who follow the wrong path, go astray, and eventually go to the Hell as a result of their own wicked deeds.In the present article, first the story and status of Adam (p.b.u.h.) have been reviewed from the viewpoint of the Holy Quran and then a reference has been made to Satan and his wicked attributes which resulted in his fall The article also explains in brief the ways by which Satan tries to tempt and deviate humans from the right path. And finally different views on the story of Adam (p.b.u.h.) and Satan have been pointed out.

Though anxiety has bad effects on the mental health of students and affects the education and instruction process, but relatively little studies have been done on the rate and reasons of Iranian students anxiety. In the present article, it has been tried to specify the incidence rate of high school students anxiety, find those who have pathologic anxiety, and finally introduce them to the therapeutic centers. The comparison between the effectiveness of two techniques - namely, Cognitive Therapy (Beck Model) and Meichanbaum Mental Inoculation Model in decreasing students anxiety - has also been one of the aims of this study.The results of the study show that 24 percent of students are suffering from high anxiety. Also according to this study, Meichanbaum Mental Inoculation Model is more effective than Beck Cognitive-Behavioral Model in reducing anxiety amongst students.
