Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to design a suitable model for professional development of elementary school principals in the horizon of 2025 provinces of West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, Ardabil and Zanjan in the academic year 2019-2018. The kind of qualitative research and grounded theory method (systematic plan) in this study have been the criterion of action. The statistical population was consisted professors, experts and experts of educational management in the northwest of the country (Iran). Purposeful and snowball sampling continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation using semi-structured interviews with 12 members of the sample reached. To obtain validity of the data, two methods of review participants and review of Experts non-participants in the study and the reliability of data Interviews Implementation exactly and objectively were used. With Using the results of the investigation and theoretical research and content analysis conducted interviews, Basic indicators of professional development of school administrators identify and In sum up, explores 435 open codes by the combination of which 34 pivotal codes are adopted and after the merge, 14 selective codes are developed and in three stages including: open coding, axial coding and selective coding, paradigmatic model or Ideal pattern of professional development of school principals in six main categories of Casual Conditions (Empowerment, Policies), Core Category (the professional development of school Principals), Context Conditions (Environmental conditions, organizational conditions, globalization), Intervening Conditions (internal to the organization, external to the organization), Strategies (Individual, organizational, national) and Consequences of Professional Development of school Principals (individual development, Organizational development, Social development) has been presented.

Abstract: 

With an interpretive approach, this paper seeks to provide the graunded theory on how to distribute power and parallel leadership in large urban schools using the Charmaz’ s method. The research focuses on the main question of what are the backgrounds, key processes, intervening factors, and consequences of leadership sharing in parallel in schools. Therefore, the data were collected from semi-structured interviews with 30 perpusful samples from school community members (principals, deputies, teachers, students and parents), field observations and reflective notes of researchers during six months in Sanandaj. Data were analyzed by neoclassical method and continuous comparison analysis with three-stage theoretical coding and 520 initial codes, 51 axial codes and 17 selective codes were counted. In this study, it was first revealed that the implementation of parallel leadership cannot be effective unless all those involved in the school have a correct understanding of how students learn, and ultimately it is the teachers and students themselves who determine the success of these efforts. As important as parallel leadership is in educational matters, it is important to create an organizational atmosphere and school culture in which leadership spontaneously emerges from teachers, students, parents, and other staff. Second, the establishment of parallel leadership reinforces the parallelism of school self-government and the concept of schools as unique entities with specific characteristics or cultures. Third, the importance of context and position in the implementation of parallel leadership and the need to avoid unrelated patterns were emphasized, and finally, the implementation of parallel leadership is in schools need of developing a learning and intelligent schools.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to analysis structural relationships of professional learning community and teacher commitment with mediator role of collective efficacy. In order to do so, 323 Elementary teachers of Jiroft city were chosen as the research sample through cluster sampling. Required data regarding the variables of research were collected using the questionnaire of school professional learning community (Lee et al., 2011), the teachers' collective efficacy scale (Tschannen-Moran and Barr, 2004) and the teachers' commitment scale (Park, 2005). Reliability and construct validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis, respectively. Hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The results showed that professional learning community has a positive effect both on collective efficacy and on teachers' commitment. The effect of collective efficacy on the teachers' commitment was also positive. Investigating the indirect effect of professional learning community on teachers' commitment indicated that collective efficacy has a mediator role in the relationship between professional learning community and teachers' commitment. Finally, it was concluded that principals need to improve collective efficacy in order to increase teachers' commitment. In this regard, the creation of appropriate organizational conditions, including professional learning communities, plays a decisive role.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of servant leadership on organizational identity with the moderating role of spiritual intelligence. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive-survey in nature and method. The statistical population is the Education Department of District 3 in Mashhad. The 108-person sample was selected randomly based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tools are standard questionnaires of servant leadership, organizational identity and spiritual intelligence. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Smart PLS software was used for data analysis. Research findings show that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational identity. Spiritual intelligence moderates the impact of servant leadership on organizational identity.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between organizational learning and organizational training climate in the job performance considering the mediating role of organizational learning capacity among employees of Tabriz Agricultural Jihad. The statistical population of this study was all 600 employees of Tabriz Agricultural Jihad. Using Morgan table, 234 people were taken as the sample size. The research method was descriptive correlational. Four standardized questionnaires, i. e organizational learning, training climate, job performance, and organizational learning capacity were used to collect the data. The obtained data were analyzed using correlation method and structural equation model. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between organizational learning variables and job performance (β =. 40), organizational training climate and job performance (β = 1. 4), organizational learning and organizational learning capacity (β =. 41), organizational learning capacity and job performance (β =. 64). Organizational learning and the organizational training climate have an indirect effect on job performance through organizational learning capacity. Therefore, the mediating effect of organizational learning capacity is confirmed in this study.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between managers' quantum skills and to improve the decision-making system with an emphasis on the mediating role of policy-making. The research method was descriptive-correlational in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population included all members of the faculty of Mazandaran Azad University, 1461 people, using the random sampling method of multi-stage clusters of 305 people were selected for study. Morgan's table was used to estimate the sample size. The data collection tools were a standard questionnaire for giant quantitative and Razavi quantum skills (2014) and a researcher-made questionnaire for policy making and improvement of the decision-making system. The results showed that the mediating role of policymaking in the relationship between the seven quantum skills of managers including quantum sense skills, quantum cognition, quantum trust, quantum thinking, quantum vision, quantum operation, quantum existence by improving the decision-making system was positive and significant.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between job embeddedness and organizational embeddedness on turnover intention with regard to the moderating role of career stage. This research is an applied one in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey research based on data gathering method. The statistical population of the study was the first course school teachers of 22 districts from Tehran municipality and sampling method was random clustering. Johnson et al. (2010), Mitchel et al. (2001), Akgunduz & Sanli (2017) and Ng et al. (2019) questionnaires were used for data collection regarding to job embeddedness, organizational embeddedness, turnover intention and career stage variables. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings showed that organizational embeddedness had a significant negative effect on turnover intention of teachers but there was no significant relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. Career stage had a partial moderating role in this regard, meaning that transition from career stage (establishment, maintenance, and disengagement) increased the negative effect of organizational embeddedness on turnover intention. In addition, among three career stages, in establishment and disengagement stages there was a significant negative relationship between job embeddedness and turnover intention. At the end of the article, theoretical and practical suggestions based on the conclusion are presented, which will help decision makers in the field of education.

Abstract: 

The present article has been compiled with the aim of presenting a model of organizational teaching and learning strategies and entrepreneurial innovation in the era of the fourth industrial revolution in food industry companies located in the industrial towns of Ahvaz. Using a mixed research method this study has been performed. In the quantitative part using the standard questionnaire of 43 questions of organizational training and learning strategies (training) Watkins et al. (1996) and the standard questionnaire of 23 questions of entrepreneurial innovation of Gundai et al. (2011) and in the qualitative part with the data method of the pattern foundation A teaching and learning paradigm was extracted in food companies. Interviews were asked about the most important causal and influential factors, the most important intervention conditions, the most important economic, social, cultural and technological contexts and infrastructures of managers' approach, improvement strategies and the consequences of strategies. The validity of the interview questions was determined based on the face validity and content and the approval of 10 industrial experts as well as supervisors and consultants. In order to validate the interview data, in the present study, the method of angulation (consensus / triangulation), ie interview, analysis of documents and researcher observations and evaluation of 10 acceptance indicators were used. The results showed that the average of organizational teaching and learning (education) was 3. 82 out of 5 and entrepreneurial innovation was 3. 53 out of 5. Also, causal factors, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions, teaching and learning strategies and the consequences of organizational teaching and learning strategies (education) in the food industry were identified.

Abstract: 

The aim of this research is to measure the effect of organizational learning on the organizational agility with the mediation role of psychological empowerment. This research is applied and descriptive (survey). Statistical population is consist of employee of Zanjan Power Distribution Company. Sample size by using Cochran formula was determined equal to 217. Neefe Questionnaire (for organizational learning), Sharifi and Zhang Questionnaire (for organizational agility) and Spritzer Questionnaire (for psychological empowerment) was used for data collection. Content validity and reliability (by using Cronbach Alpha) was approved. Cronbach Alpha calculated 0. 954, 0. 856, and 0. 904 for organizational learning, organizational agility and psychological empowerment respectively. SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. Finding shows that the effect of organizational learning on organizational agility and psychological empowerment, and the effect of psychological empowerment on organizational agility, are positive and significant, but psychological empowerment is not mediate the relationship between organizational learning and organizational agility. Organizational agility can be increased by means of increasing organizational learning and empowerment.

Abstract: 

In this study, the structural relationship between classroom environmental perceptions and test anxiety was investigated through the mediation of achievement goals in the form of a causal model. The statistical population included all students of Shahid Rajaei Technical College (N=550). Simple random sampling method was used to select 200 people with Cochran's formula. Data collection instrument were Jantari et al. 's (2002) classroom environmental perception questionnaires, Midgoli et al. 's (1998) achievement goals, and Abolghasemi et al. 's (1996) test anxiety. After confirming the validity, the reliability of questionnaires was calculated to be 0. 93, 0. 87 and 0. 92, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software and LISREL 8. 50 software. Findings showed that the achievement goals were predictors of test anxiety and a mediator between classroom environmental perceptions and test anxiety. Moreover, the research model had a good fit. Achievement goal components also had an adverse effect on test anxiety. Also, the components of classroom environmental perception can predict the components of achievement goals including proficiency, approach-performance and approachavoidance separately, and all components of achievement goals can predict test anxiety. The findings have important applications for those involved in higher education, the most important of which is to pay attention to the role of achievement goals as an influential and mediating variable on students' test anxiety and thus their better performance.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to identify the ecosystem, opportunities and threats of educational entrepreneurship, which has been done with a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the study is educational entrepreneurs of Tehran, who have established an innovative institution and institution in the field of education. First, the educational entrepreneurship ecosystem was evaluated by documentation method and then the opportunities and threats, through Semi-structured interview with 11 educational entrepreneurs. The results of the research, the low competition and the breadth of education, attention to education as the key to society development, private and competitive training, valuable teaching and learning for the person and society, the role of new technologies and the role of learning in knowledge-based economy as the educational entrepreneurs' opportunities showed. Lack of specific laws and ambiguity and inconsistency in laws, the priority of education for people and organizations due to the economic weakness of society, the lack of cultural weakness, low investor in the field of education, not familiar to the knowledge of the day and technology, including the threats of Iranian educational entrepreneurs.

Abstract: 

The goal of this research is the evaluation of knowledge management strategies which impact to innovative behavior personnel in workplace. Statistical community includes all human source bosses and assistants in Mazandaran public universities which their numbers were 105 totally. The number of statistical sample was evaluated 82 individuals by using Cochrane equation. To gather data, a questionnaire was used which is provided by researcher and composed of 35 components and 30 professionals confirmed its contextual and formal validity. its reliability was obtained more than 0. 7 in introductory test which 30 items were studied for all variables, which this value is acceptable level. To analysis descriptive statistical data and inference them, regression test in SPSS software is used. According to data, all strategies in knowledge management impact to personnel innovative behavior in workplace which include knowledge management strategy, knowledge allocation, knowledge creation, knowledge application and data store strategies.
