Abstract: 

Objective: The aim of this study was The Challenge of Iran's Sport development with Non Systematic Talent idification approach and elite Approach. Methodology: The reasech method was mixed type and actually is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The population in the qualitative phase includes 20 of managers, coaches and university professors who are active or acted in the get talent and elitism of sport. The quantitative section of the reasech is analytical type. In this part we rank the identified ghallenge. Given that the number of population was not statistically significant, so the maximum sample in the quantitative section 384 experts and sports trainers were selected randomly. Instruments included a six-part questionnaire objectives, structure, leadership, communications, compensation and aid mechanisms that were obtained from the qualitative analysis. These questions are classified in six sections of aims, structures, leadership, communications, compensation and aid mechanisms. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by ten sports management and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha (α =0. 79). After collecting the questionnaires, data are analyzed in two descriptive and inferential sectionsIncluding fridmantest by use of spss22 software. Results: The results showed that the most important challenges of the greenhouse model you will find talent and elite sport in Iran include: communication, leadership, compensation, assistance mechanisms, structure and objectives in order of priority groups. The highest mean of the communication aspect was with a mean of 4. 55 and the lowest mean of the target dimension with an average of 3. 82. Conclusion: Generally, it can be acknowledged nonsystematic approaches do not show the nature and reality of sport and capitalize on limited subjects, sports performance and sinusoidal vibration mode are experiencing.

Abstract: 

Objective: The aim of present study is to determine strategies and consequences of administrative integrity in football industry of Iran. Methodology: The study is an exploration research and is considered as qualitative conducted sequentially. The data gathered through documents and interview for 17 scholars-one of them interviewed twice-about football in deep-interview and semi-structured forms. The sample selected through subjective sampling and snowball approach and interviewing continued to get theoretical saturation. Then, data analyzed by grounded theory in coding process included three steps: open, axial and selective coding. Results: The result revealed that there were 54 effective factors in strategies consisted of 11 components: specialized and public instruction, compile improvement principals, supervise, control and evaluate, judicial decisions for offending, management and personal principals, formulate structures, reduce monopolization, coordinative decision and program-orientation in five main entries. Also, consequences categorized into two subcategories of football and main category of football development and improvement in social aspect. Conclusion: Generally, according to findings, proposed strategies and consequences could be claimed that help government officials to improve administrative integrity and counter to corruption and get development and improvement in football industry.

Abstract: 

Objective: social Medias are developing technologies for communication among fans and sport teams and athletes. The following survey was done for investigating the impact of using Instagram in athletes brand image. Methodology: 368 people from the students of the University of Kurdistan were chosen as samples based on Kargiand Morgan Tables regarding the ration of the society. The following survey was done with descriptive correlation method. From the standard questionnaires Self-connection (Turri and et al. ), relationship (Fletcher and et al. ), authenticity (Chandra and et al. ), attachment (Mael & Ashforth’ s), and athlete brand image (Arai and et al. ) were used why their form and content validity and its internal consistency were verified respectively by specialists and by Cronbach's alpha, and SEM model was used for the analyses of the data. Results: The results showed that model of the survey is of a good fitness, and it can be a suitable model for the role of using social media of Instagram in brand image. Conclusion: It can be argued that if athletes manage their using of social media, they can improve their brand image and use from its benefits. Accordingly, the proposed variables in the model can be suitable determiners of the impact of social media of Instagram in depicting the athletes brand image.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the quality of websites affiliated to sports organizations in Iran and to provide solutions to improve their quality. Methodology: To this end, the Website Quality (WebQual) questionnaire developed by Luciano, Watson, and Goodhue (2007) whose validity and reliability had been confirmed by specialists in the field of Sports Quality Management was used to evaluate the Iranian websites and to specify users’ needs. The statistical population of this study included all the students of Physical Education enrolled in the University of Tehran of which a total number of 168 individuals were recruited as the study sample. After determining the users’ needs (using the WebQual questionnaire) through the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) technique and taking the website of Varzesh3 into account as the organization evaluated and the one with the highest level of service quality compared with other three sports websites as model organizations, customers’ needs were converted into service features. Results: In this respect, the results of implementing the QFD technique showed that quick upload of information to a website, ability to interact with a website to receive appropriate information, and easy-to-read webpages in a website had the highest relative weights as the most important needs among users. Conclusion: According to the QFD comments and the QFD team; service features such as user-friendliness, convenience to search for information, consistency between a website and users’ expectations, and capability of establishing forum panels in websites were among the most significant components identified and the desirable technical features which were also strongly correlated with sports website users’ needs.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of this research was to designing and explaining the framework of entrepreneurship ecosystem in Sport. Methodology: The research method was systematic qualitative. The statistical population consisted of professors, managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, innovators, inventors and advisers in the field of sports industry. The statistical sample was selected and deliberately selected on a targeted and accessible basis based on the relevance of the subject and the scientific validity. The research instrument consisted of three tools: library study, semi-guided exploratory interview and two-step Delphi technique. The validity of each research tools was based on sample validity and the coefficient of agreement between Specialists and experts was approved. Results: After analyzing the data collected from coding and framing and structural and systematic analysis, Researchers identify the main actors in the creation of an entrepreneurship ecosystem in sport, which include six main areas: entrepreneurial environment; human capital; entrepreneurial leadership; places, equipment, and sports services; financing; and, entrepreneurship infrastructure. Finally, using the two-stage Delphi method, the framework for entrepreneurship ecosystem in sport was designed and explained. Conclusion: Given that the definition and restructuring of one of the responses of organizations and systems to environmental changes and the ecosystem of entrepreneurship in the country faces many challenges, Therefore, the framework designed in this study can be used to evaluate, analyze and systematize the basis of the basic sports entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Abstract: 

Objective: Broadcasting rights are one of the main sources of income for the football industry in the world. The aim of this study is investigation of the broadcasting rights in the Iranian football industry. Methodology: This study has a qualitative approach and the grounded theory was used as a research method. For gathering data high level documents were studied and 31 experts who were aware of this subject were interviewed. The validity of this research was examined and approved by the interviewers and then expert professors. The reliability of it is %76 which was obtained by using the methodology of the auditing result process. For data analysis the continuous comparison method in three stages was used: open, axial and selective coding. Results: Data analysis shows that the Environmental factors, Economic, political and cultural factors, Structural factors of football, Effective managerial factors(government), Behavioral and semantic factors, statutory and legal factors and the codification and Establishment broadcasting rights pattern are seven effective factors in the sale of broadcasting rights. Conclusion: Studies show that the continued refusal of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcaster (IRIB) to pay the television broadcasting fees will make the financial of football industry bankrupt. Also establishing the private television networks and the formation of bargaining committee with the government, parliament and the IRIB organization for sustained financial development of country football industry seems necessary.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of the present research was Analysis of the Effect of Quality Dimensions on the Satisfaction of the Participants in Iran's Volleyball Talent Development System. Methodology: The present study is of applied research type and in order to gather the data, a descriptive survey method was used. The sample size was 105 people including the scouts and the ones in charge of scouting who participated in the second national under-12 junior mini-volleyball championship and also the officials of the Iran Volleyball Federation. The instrument of the study was Ulrike Rö ger and Alfred Rü tten’ s questionnaire of talent development systems quality (2010), that was localized and it should be noted that the variable "satisfaction with international performance” is a constructed one. In case of the instrument validity, its content validity was confirmed by the experts of the field and the construct validity was also calculated through PLS3 software, using the structural equations model. The reliability of the model was calculated 0. 84 using Cronbach’ s alpha test. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (mean and standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman’ s rank test, U Mann– Whitney test and structural equations modelling by PLS3 software)were used. Results: The results of the explanation of the relationship between the quality dimensions of the system of development of talent showed that the relationship between structure variables on the process (T-value=7. 3), process on results (T-value=76. 73), results on satisfaction (T-value=73. 23) has been meaningful. While the relationship between the structure variable on satisfaction (T-value = 1. 70) and process on satisfaction (T-value = 0. 85) is not meaningful. Conclusion: Ultimately, the quality model of volleyball development system is a pathway in which the structure, process and results are systematically managed and lead to satisfaction of the stakeholders.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of the present study was reviewing the effective factors on the process of policy-making of sport for all in Iran. Methodology: Research method in terms of the purpose was practical and in view of the nature of the research data was qualitative. For this purpose, 16 experts aware of the sport for all selected by targeted and snowball for depth unstructured interviews. The data were collected through interviews and coded and analyzed by Streubert and Carpenter’ s method. Results: The results showed that the organizational components, beliefs and cultures, economic conditions, analysis, interpretation and compilation of scientific, studies and research are the factors affecting in sport’ s policy-making and existing damage in the process of policy-making in sport for all including factors such as poor monitoring, poorly structured, lack of planning and implementation, poor performance of the media, limited financial resources, poor performance of human resources, rules and limited partnerships, academic and research centers. Also results Revealed that the main effective factors on the process of policy-making of sport for all in Iran including current policies, the advice of leaders, concerned and responsible agencies and organizations, popular culture, media and financial factors. Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it is suggested that consideration and analysis of these factors be considered as the first steps in the decision-making of sport for all policy-making process in Iran.

Abstract: 

Objective: The increase in using the global brands tells of the susceptibility to global consumer culture. The aim of the present survey is to analyze the components of the susceptibility of the consumer on the intention of purchasing global brand s sport shoes. Methodology: The population of the study was the all students in the University of Kurdistan (9000). The statistical sample using a Morgan table was selected accidentally to be 368 individuals. The method was descriptive and Structural Equation modeling type. Questionnaire of the Susceptibility to Global Consumer Culture and the Intention of Purchasing Global Brands (both from Hernani-Merino etl 2015) were used whose facial and content validity and internal consistency were verified by specialists and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. Structural Equation Modeling was used for the analysis of the data. Results: The results showed that the model of survey has a suitable fitness, and it can be a suitable model for analyzing the components of susceptibility global consumer culture, such as conformity to consumption trend, social responsibility, social prestige, perception of quality, brand credibility, perceived risk, and information costs saved on the intention of purchasing global brands. Conclusion: according to the research results marketing managers, manufacturers and even retailers should adapt their programs and advertising strategies with Consumer Susceptibility to Global Culture and consider to priorities of these components among consumers and their tendency and reseaons for purchasing global brands.

Abstract: 

Objective: The purpose of present research was to consider causal relationship of reference groups’ demographic characteristics and its effect on purchasing decision process in sport consumers. Methodology: The present research is practical and descriptive-correlation. Research statistical population is all of physical education students in Guilan University Province which statistical samples were selected classified accidental. For gathering data was used research-made questionnaire and content validity of questionnaire was confirmed by 12 experts. Also, its reliability was calculated by Cronbach’ s alpha (0. 95) and composite reliability. To analyze data and investigating model fitting was used structural equation modeling and PLS software. Results: According to analysis of course was revealed that variable of reference groups’ demographic features has positive and significant relationship with informational influence, utilitarian influence and value-expressive (0. 79, 0. 68 and 0. 74) directly; but it didn’ t have significant influence on purchasing decision making directly. Also, variables of informational influence, utilitarian influence and value-expressive influence (0. 10, 0. 64 and 0. 22) had positive and significant relationship with purchasing decision directly. Conclusion: Generally, reference groups’ demographic features by influencing on three types of informational influence, utilitarian influence and value-expressive influence can be determinative of purchasing decision making in consumers considerably. Thus, sport stores in marketing strategies and keeping consumer should consider to factors and influencing ways on consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract: 

Objectives: The main purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the service quality components in sports places using the DEMATEL technique. Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research consisted of sports management professors, heads and supervisors of sports boards and athletes of the national team Mashhad city, 12 persons were selected as snowball among them. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for collecting data that was analyzed by DEMATEL technique. Results: The results of the research showed that the component of the training programs is the most important component and has the most effect on other components. Also, the component of the club's reputation is most influential from other components of the research. Conclusion: Therefore, sports places managers should pay attention to these factors in order to obtain more satisfaction and profitability by gaining competitive advantage than other competitors

Abstract: 

Objective: Professionalism in sport is one of the most important and most functional sports marketing concepts and is one of the basic concepts in spurts’ development countries. Therefore, the aim of this study to develop a model for assessing the existing problems in the field of professionalism in the premier soccer league of Iran. Methodology: The study population included all participants in the Fifth National Congress of Sport Management with the economic approach; the sample based on Morgan table was 201 people. The research method was descriptive-correlational. The data collection tool was questionnaire-construct; its validity was tested by confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha was calculated on the basis of its reliability 0/93 and to measure the current problems of structural equation was used. Results: The results showed that the measurement model study is a good fit and problems in this area include economic, informational and public relations, management and leadership, legislative, legal, and political support, and facilities and equipment. Conclusion: Football federation and club managers could resolve the existing problems with long-term planning and provide professionalism growth in the soccer League of Iran.
