Abstract: 

The aim of present study was the investigation of relationship between attachment and attitudinal loyalty to team in the purchase intention of sponsor products. Also, the impact of purchase intention in the word of mouth had examined. The statistical population of study were all fans of Perspolis team that at least one time watched the team plays in stadium in the 2016-2017 season, and sample size was determined 420. The research data were collected by use of questionnaire that was taken of previous research. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics (CFA, SEM) was used. The findings showed that all paths were significant, except path of attitudinal loyalty to behavior loyalty and behavior loyalty to purchase intention. Thus, according to results, behavior loyalty, cannot act as a mediator in the relationship between attitudinal loyalty and purchase intention. . .

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was modeling the factors which have influence on the implementation of knowledge management in the sport federations of Iran. The Method of the research was mixed and sequential exploratory kind. The statistical population was consisted of all employees in the sport federations (N= 51). The stratified random sampling method was used for selecting the sample. For doing that, firstly, all the federations were divided into two categories: individual and group federations. Secondly, five groups and 16 individual federations were randomly selected. The Number of employees in selected federations was approximately 490 people. Then, according to the Morgan table and based on the optimal allocation 280 questionnaires were distributed between the federations and 225 valid questionnaires were returned and the same number has been chosen as the sample which was taken. Research tool was a questionnaire with six parts: strategy and leadership, organizational structure, knowledge-based organizational culture, ICT, human resources management and knowledge management (Lawson, 2003). Before usage, reliability and validity of the questionnaire was reviewed and approved. Confirmatory factor analysis was used for construct validity and the structural equations Model was used for offering the research model in Lisrel software. The results of the model showed that the model was fit with data and Impact coefficients of strategy and leadership (0. 89), organizational structure (-0. 14), Knowledge-based organizational culture (0. 24) and ICT (0. 19) were significant on implementation of knowledge management. . .

Abstract: 

The aim of present study is to investigate the affect of strategic learning upon organizational operation considering the moderator role of strategic agility in the department of sport and youth. The present study is a descriptive-survey that is purposefully applied. Statistical population comprises all the experts, staff and the managers of Hamadan's and Kermanshah's departments of sport and youth (N=410), from them, 202 persons are chosen as the samples by volume proportioned Random Stratified Sampling method. Data collection tools were Teasing standard questionnaire (2011), Somer strategic agility questionnaire (2011), Heresy and Gold Smith organizational operation questionnaire (2003). The face validity of the questionnaires was verified by 10 experts and professors of sports management and the construct validity was verified by using a confirmatory factor analysis. Pattern of organizational equation and path analysis using LISREL8/8 software was applied to analyze the data. The results of organizational equation represent that the most effectiveness devoted to the relation between strategic learning and strategic agility of the staff. Strategic learning also had a partly high affect on the organizational operation, strategic agility had an affect of on organizational operation. Also, strategic learning via strategic agility has a significant effect on the organizational operation. It is suggested that the managers of different levels of sport and youth departments, by supplying precise strategic schedule and new data collection to develop strategic learning, increase the velocity of reactions toward environmental changes of organization and also increase strategic agility for their staff. . .

Abstract: 

Background and aim: The purpose of this study is to develop a strategic plan for the development of public sport in the National Iranian Oil Company. Methods: The statistical population of the study consisted of managers, chief executives of the main companies and the affiliated company of the National Iranian Oil Company (12 members as a strategic board), and experts and elites in the field of physical education at the Office of the Directorate General of Health, Physical Education and Social Responsibility of the Ministry of Oil, Sports and experts who had a key role and experience in the field of public activities and activities of the National Iranian Oil Company (80 people). In this research, all subjects of the research community were considered as a sample of the study. A survey and strategic meetings were used to collect data The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by some experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (α = 0. 79). Friedman test and SWOT analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that Iran's National Iranian Oil Company is at the strategic position of WT. However, all of the 12 strategies developed to fulfill the mission and its long-term goals were selected. Conclusion: Therefore, the National Iranian Oil Company should use a defensive strategy (change or drop) to minimize weaknesses and avoid threats.

Abstract: 

the aim of this study is to investigate the impact of altruism on perceived organizational learning capability with the role of mediator between sport and youth of gilan and mazandaran provinces. the method of descriptive-correlation and statistical population of all employees of the departments and organizations of sport and youth in gilan and mazandaran province were selected from the questionnaire collected through simple random sampling, 218 samples. the path analysis shows that altruism affects the perceived organizational learning capability of the two provinces, there is a significant relationship between altruism and communication conflict in the sports departments of the two provinces, and the conflict has a negative effect on perceived organizational learning capability in the two provinces and, ultimately, the communication conflict plays a mediator role in altruism and perceived organizational learning capability in the two provinces sport departments. Officials and policy makers need to pay special attention to the development of altruism, enhancing organizational perceived learning capabilities and strengthening team spirit in organizations to dominate the issue of conflict and build empathy and efficiency among employees. . .

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of service quality on the Behavioral intentions of the Iranian Football League's Spectator through trust. The research method was correlation. The statistical population of the study included the Iranian Football Premier League's spectators. According to the fact that the content of the statistical society was unlimited, random stratified sampling was used and a total of 944 People were selected as samples. Abstract: 

Today familiar with thinking ways and methods(techniques and methods) of people is one of the most important factor that leads to creativity. The aim of this paper (research) is to study the influence of thinking methods on creativity of MA physical educations management students (MAPEM) in Fars universities. The sample of this study is consisted of M. A. P. E. M students in Fars universities. They were 175(85 male& 90 female) that were selected by class sampling the. The study was done by coefficient and field research the main measure instrument was the Sternberg's thinking methods standards question are(1992) and the Abedi creativity questioners. Data analysis way done in descriptive and inferential methods by using the software SPSS 21. To analyze the data was done by the Spearman coefficient various Regressions by using simulations method and to check the meaning fullness of Regression the analysis of variation (ANOVA) by Fisher sample was used and came to such a conclusion as below: Thinking techniques (methods) are able to predict the meaning creativity of M.
