The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge management practices among educational staff in the city of Osco. The method of this research is of a qualitative type in which a phenomenological approach was used. The participants were selected from among the secretaries of education in the city of Osco. A purpose-based sampling method was conducted with 17 participants. The main method of data collection is unstructured and in-depth interviews. The methodology of analyzing the guideline is the researcher's guide to this study. The data obtained from the analysis of interviews about the use of knowledge management in the education of the city of Osco in six components of knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge transfer, knowledge generation, application of knowledge and knowledge development were collected and analyzed using a quantitative method And analyzed. According to the findings of this study, the rate of application of knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage and knowledge transfer components in the education of the city of Oskoo is acceptable and acceptable, but the amount of application of knowledge production components, the use of knowledge and the development of knowledge in an undesirable and unacceptable level is. According to employees in OECD education, knowledge is not produced at all, and is never developed, and at the same time, knowledge is stored, acquired, and transferred to students in OECD education. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the importance of knowledge generation, knowledge utilization and knowledge development among the education staff of the city of Osco.
