Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study is to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in educational spaces and components of the theory of creativity of Gilford (1967) with the approach to promoting the creativity of architecture students of Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah. Method: This research is a methodology, descriptive-correlational and purpose-oriented. The first statistical population is all students of architecture of Kermanshah Azad University. Referring to Morgan table and simple random sampling method, 250 people The students were selected as the final statistical society. The data were collected using Wizinger's Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1998); Amram's Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008) and Gladieberck & Hiller's (1979) Creativity Questionnaire. In order to experience and analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of samples such as Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression test were used. Findings: The findings of the research show that there is a significant and direct relationship between the components of Gilford's creativity and emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence in architectural spaces with the level of (p≤ 0. 005). Conclusion: The results of regression analysis revealed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have been able to predict about 29% of the variance of changes in students' creativity promotion. In the meantime, spiritual intelligence contributes most to this prediction.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of teaching robotic structures on critical thinking and creativity and mathematic learning of Junior High School studnts. Method: The present study was a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of this study includes all Tehran Junior High School studnts in 6th district of Tehran in the academic year 1396-1397. Using multistage cluster sampling, 40 subjects were randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. To collect information, Torrance Creativity Questionnaire (1992), California Critical Thinking (1990) and mathematical lesson test were used to measure students' learning. Before the training, the questionnaires were completed by two groups of experimental and control groups. Then, in the experimental group, robotic structures were trained for 12 sessions. After completing the training, both groups were tested. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (single-variable covariance analysis). Findings: education with robotic structures has a significant effect on the creativity dimensions of initiative, flexibility and expansion of Junior High School studnts and on the dimensions of evaluation, inference and deductive reasoning of 'critical thinking as well as thehas effect on students' mathematic learning. The training of robotic structures does not have a significant effect on the fluidity of creativity and in the dimensions of the analytic and deductive reasoning of critical thinking. Conclusion: education with robotic structures has effect on creativity, critical thinking and mathematic learning of Junior High School studnts and increases creativity, critical thinking, and improving their mathematical learning.

Abstract: 

Background: Commercialization of entrepreneurial ideas in high-technology firms causes a competitive advantage for companies and the economic development of societies by creating innovative products and delivering value to customers. However, there is a gap in identifying the commercialization cycle of entrepreneurial ideas in high-technology firms. Objective: The study was conducted to present the commercialization cycle of entrepreneurial ideas in high-technology firms. Method: This is an applied study in terms of purpose. The study has collected research data through the meta-synthesis method of Sandelowski and Barroso. This method has been done by a systematic review of 20 articles related to the research purpose among 397 initial articles. The final papers were selected based on the inclusion criteria. The validity of the research was confirmed according to the inclusion criteria, holding meetings by the research team, using an expert, and auditing the whole process for theoretical consensus. Reliability was also determined through Critical Appraisal Skills Program. Findings: The commercialization cycle of entrepreneurial ideas in high-technology firms includes three categories of commercialization stages, achievements of each stage, and feedback. The four stages of the cycle comprise creation and selection, production of high-technology innovative product/service, releasing of high-tech innovative product/service, and Modifying or developing an entrepreneurial idea. Achievements of each stage consist of idea creation and high-technology selection, creating a high-tech product/service, creating value, and the creation of entrepreneurial ideas. Feedback also includes all the steps. Conclusion: The commercialization cycle of entrepreneurial ideas in high-technology firms helps to transform entrepreneurial ideas into high-tech products/services and create value for stakeholders.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the research: This research entitled as: Designing and Evaluation of "the Framework of Computer Games Lesson" to Nurture the Creativity of 6th Grade Students Method: The researcher`s view has been integrated with the quantity nature of this research. In terms of purpose, this research was applied. Researcher has utilized field studies when conducting it. The statistical population included curriculum providers, educational psychologists, six grade teachers as well as computer games` experts who had cooperated with computer games foundation. The sample volume of this research was selected based on Morgan table. Considering the title of the research, data collection procedure was conducted through interviewing with experts and specialists of this domain. The questionnaire included 34 items designed by the researcher, based on which the framework of computer games` course was evaluated by associated experts. To analyze the obtained data, descriptive-inferential method has been utilized. Conclusion: The prominent result indicated that designing the framework of computer games` course based on Taba curriculum increased the elements of fluidity, flexibility, originality and amplification.

Abstract: 

Aim: The aim of this study was to the effectiveness of creativity training by using lego on the emotioen regulation and cognitive emotional regulation of gifted children. Methods: The research method was a pretest-posttest test with control group in this study. The statistical society of this study included all children aged 4 to 5 are at lego education center in Tehran in the academic year 1397-98. For this purpose, 30 children were selected by available sampling. The research instrument consisted of emotioen regulation questionnaire (Gross & John, 2003), intelligence scale Stanford binet (Roid, 2003) and emotioen regulation checklist (Shields & Cicchetti, 1998). The experimental group was trained with creativity training by using lego in 12 sessions 60 minute. Data were analyzed by using covariance analysis. Results: The results showed that family-centered structured games using Lego bricks had a significant effect on the emotioen regulation subscale (emotioen regulation & emotional instability) (p < 0. 01). But this effect on the cognitive emotioen regulation subscale (expressive source & cognitive reassessment) was not significant (P> 0. 01). Conclusion: Therefore, consultants and therapists can benefit from creativity training by using lego method for improve emotioen regulation of gifted children.

Abstract: 

Background: Today, organizations utilize collaborative strategies such as inter-organizational collaboration to gain innovation, competitive advantage and address external factors in the organization environment. Objective: The purpose of the present study is to investigate the role of inter-organizational collaboration in the relationship between organizational environment and organizational innovation. Methodology: The study is purposeful, applied, in terms of nature and method, is a descriptive-correlational survey. To test the hypotheses, a questionnaire consisting of 19 questions adjusted to the 5-point Likert scale was used. The statistical population of the study includes the staff of Sahar Hamadan food industry and its affiliated companies (Niousheh, Alvand Yaran Sahar and Shokoufeh Alvand) 210 persons. Sample size of 134 persons, based on Krejcie and Morgan table by relative stratified sampling, was calculated using Spss software, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis was used to evaluate construct validity using Lisrel software. The path analysis model was used to analyze the data and the Sobel test was used to analyze the mediator variable. Findings and Conclusion: The results showed that the organizational environment can have a positive and significant effect on inter-organizational cooperation and indirectly (through inter-organizational collaboration); inter-organizational cooperation has a positive and significant effect. Focuses on organizational innovation. To investigate the role of mediator variable, the Sabell test method was used, the results indicate that inter-organizational cooperation plays the role of mediator variable in relation between two other variables.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to analyze the dimensions of teacher creativity in philosophy for teachers from the perspective of p4c implementers, which was done by descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study included all students, teachers and professors active in the field of philosophy for children in Tehran universities, 143 of whom were selected using the Cochran's formula and cluster random sampling and their views on the dimensions of teacher creativity in The philosophy program for teachers was reviewed. A researcher-made questionnaire based on research background is one of the most important tools. The data of this research is collected and its validity was confirmed by professors and experts in this field with a figure of 81 Also, in order to check the reliability, this questionnaire was given to some facilitators and the number 91was obtained, which was an acceptable number. However, to complete the research process, the interview method was used and in order to analyze the research data, analysis A factor was exploited. The results showed that the dimensions of teachers' creativity in the philosophy program for teachers or (p4T) are classified into five dimensions. The first factor is 11. 90% of the variance. The motivational dimension was teacher creativity and in general the first factor with other factors such as cognitive, social, emotional and personality explained 51. 88% of the variance. motivational dimension was teacher creativity and the first factor together with other factors such as cognitive, social, emotional and personality explained 51. 08% of the variance.

Abstract: 

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to identify the components affecting the creativity and innovation system in Hormozgan Gas Company and present a model of factors affecting it. Method: In this mix method study, in the first stage, 13 heads of Hormozgan Gas Company were interviewed (to the extent of theoretical saturation). The interviews were analyzed by using MAXQDA software based on six stages of Clark & Brown (2006). In the second stage, by using Smart PLS software and structural equation modeling approach, the effect of variables were evaluated. Results: The results of content analysis indicated that "extra-organizational strategic variables", "creativity and innovation system", "employees" and "organizational variables" are 4 effective factors in creativity and innovation system in Hormozgan Gas Company. Quantitative stage also showed that the strategic extra-organizational variable with three components, has a significant direct effect on the organizational variables and creativity and innovation system. Organizational variables with five components, has a significant effect on creativity and innovation system and finally the effect of individual and group characteristics of employees on the creativity system as well as its mediating role in the relationship between organizational variables and the system of creativity and innovation, were not confirmed. Conclusion: Improvement programs to increase creativity are effective only if a proper understanding of the factors affecting this phenomenon is formed at different levels: individual, group, organizational and extra-organizational. By providing a conceptual model at different levels and evaluating it, this research can be useful for decision makers including the research and technology unit of Hormozgan Gas Company.

Abstract: 

The general purpose of this research is to analyze the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurship with Organizational Productivity and Innovation in North Khorasan Water and Wastewater Company. The research was practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of research type and manner of execution was descriptive-survey and correlation type. The statistical society consisted of all employees of the city water and waste water company in North Khorasan Province with 401 people, 196 of whom were selected according to Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method Data were collected by four Knowledge Management questionnaires, Khameda (1388), Cornwall and Perlman Entrepreneurship (1990), Ambed Organizational innovation and colleagues (1386), And Sharifi Organizational Productivity (1390) that Their narrative was official and content type and was approved by the professors of the field of management and their sustainability was estimated at 0. 94, 0. 83, 0. 70 and 0. 88 respectively, by the Cronbach’ s Alpha. The data was analyzed using Descriptive Statisitics section of (frequency distribution tables, Mean, Std Deviation and Calculating central indicators and dispersion) and was analyzed using in the inferential statistics section to measure the relationships between variables SPSS version 21 and the Use of the Structural equation method of LISREL version 8/8. The Results showed that there was a significant relationship between Knowledge Management and Entrepreneurship with Organizational Productivity and Innovation in North Khorasan Water and Wastewater Company. The path analysis chart showed that knowledge management 0/14 on productivity and 0/30 on organizational innovation. It should ahso be said entrepreneurship-0/15 on productivity and-0/19 on organizational innovation. In the general conclusion, it can be said that by increasing the levels of knowledge management and entrepreneurship, the level of productivity and organizational innovation also increases.
