Abstract: 

Purpose: The main objective of this paper is to descriptive status of nutritional Habitus examine the impact of economic capital on it as a social / cultural phenomenon. To achieve this goal, the theoretical framework of research is on social capital theory of Pierre Bourdieu, and its according Research hypotheses were raised. Material and Methods: The population of this research was residents of Sanandaj that using Multi-stage cluster sampling 576 of them were selected. The method used in this study was a survey and questionnaire, after collecting data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Results: The results of this study indicate that level of nutritional habitus of citizens is moderate and medium to high. Explainable results also showed that the level of correlation is reported 0/559 between nutritional Habitus and the economic capital. Independent variable “ economic capital” alone accounts for about 31 percent of the changes in the purchase of nutritional Habitus of residents of Sanandaj. The results of the analysis of the relationship between nutritional Habitus and demographic variables also show that the nutritional Habitus has a significant relationship with the variables of age and marital status and has no relation with other variables (religion, education, and gender). Conclusion: Thus the results showed a significant positive correlation between nutritional Habitus and the economic capital there. And economic capital is one of the effective factors that plays an important role in nutritional Habitus.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine The Impact of Meta-Emotion on Emotion Regulation with the Mediating Role of Self-Compassion in Teenagers. Material and Methods: The research method is cross-sectional correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of all high school students in Tehran, Tehran in 2019, of which 420 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. The research tools were: Meta-Emotion (Mitmansgrabar et al) Questionnaire, Self-Compassion (Neff) Questionnaire and Emotional Regulation (Garnefsky and Craig, 2006). In order to analyze and analyze the data, SPSS-V23 and Lisrel-V8. 8 software were used and the data were analyzed using structural equation analysis method. The results showed that the model fits the data of this study. Findings: The results also showed that Meta-Emotion has a positive and significant effect on emotion regulation and Self-Compassion adolescent. Emotion regulation has a positive effect on Self-Compassion adolescent. Conclusion: The Meta-Emotion has a positive and significant effect on regulation of adolescent emotions through Self-Compassion mediation.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to assess the effect of Spiritual Psycho Therapy protocol in groups on symptoms, cognitive factors and religious obsession in adult patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Material and Methods: The present research which was conducted in 2019 was pretest‐ posttest semi-experimental. The statistical population were included 25 non-hospitalized adult patients with Obsessive-Compulsive disorder in Roozbeh hospital that 5 members in group were selected voluntary and disposal sampling and participated in 12 sessions spiritual psycho therapy. The questionnaires were Yale Brown obsession compulsion, Peen religious obsession, obsessive beliefs (OBQ-44) and thoughtaction fusion. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software and Cohen's and r were calculated. Findings: Research sample members were female with age mean 42/6 and year of study 12/8. For obsessive compulsive intensity, they were in clinical moderate level. The mean and standard deviation of sub scales in post treatment stage in comparison to pretreatment stage were decreased. In attention to Cohen's d and r, Spiritual Psycho Therapy in groups in adult patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, was demonstrate acceptable effect size on present research variables. Conclusion: The Spiritual Psycho Therapy in groups can decrease symptoms, obsessive beliefs, thought-action fusion and religious obsession in adult patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The family is recognized as the first pillar of upbringing and plays an indispensable role in the development of various individual and social aspects of the child. In such a way that the effects of education are evident until the end of life. according to this; Various schools have theorized in the field of education and reform of education issues. In the meantime, some have taken a new approach to family issues. On the other hand, Imam Reza (AS) with the title of Alam Mohammed (AS) has been a practical leader of education. Material and Methods: In this research, with an interdisciplinary view, an attempt has been made to describe the biography of Imam Reza (as) in the family and the upbringing of children with reflection on new approaches; To be studied as a goal. Using descriptive-analytical method; From the type of conceptual analysis, first, the new approaches and biography of Imam Reza (AS) in the family and child rearing have been studied and then the result of applying different orientations in this field has been expressed. Finding: The findings showed that the four indicators of human dignity, social education, respect for human differences and dialogue are among the things that are common in the views of Satir, Minouchin and Imam Reza (AS). In discussing differences; Satir has been content with the flourishing of man, but with an understanding that came from the biography of Imam Reza (AS); He is not satisfied with the flourishing of talents and wants human perfection and excellence. In the view of Satir, the family is introduced as a humanizing factory, but understanding the life of Imam Reza (AS) showed that the family is a place where children grow up based on their competencies and proper upbringing. Conclusion: New approaches are more focused on the treatment of issues and problems, while in the life of Imam Reza (AS) the aspect of prevention is more obvious. Conclusion It is possible to promote systemic thinking in new approaches with an Islamic approach.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group therapy with an integrated monotheistic approach on marital boredom of married women. Material and Methods: The present study was conducted in the form of a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest and one-month followup. The randomly selected individuals were divided into two groups of 12 people including the experimental group and the control group. Before starting the treatment interventions, for both groups, marital boredom test was performed in autumn (2015). After that, 10 sessions of integrated monotheistic group therapy were performed for the experimental group and 10 sessions of free conversation for the control group. At the end of the treatment intervention and one month later for follow-up, both groups again completed the above scale, which was the measurement tool of the present study. Statistical population: 24 married women referred to the Family Counseling Center of the Parents and Teachers Association of Naghadeh were studied as the available sample. These people were selected from those who had referred to this counseling center due to family problems and disputes with their spouses and had received a high score on the marital boredom scale. The obtained data were analyzed using analysis of covariance and SPSS 24 statistical software. Findings: The results showed that the rate of marital boredom in the experimental group after the intervention of monotheistic integrated group therapy was significantly lower than the control group (0. 01). Therefore, according to the findings, the effectiveness of integrated monotheistic group therapy was confirmed. Conclusion: Considering the research findings and the effectiveness of integrated monotheistic group therapy, and its compatibility with the culture and religion of our country, it is recommended that family counselors use this approach to reduce family problems and marital boredom.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting a predictive model of virtuous oriented leadership based on managerial, structural, contextual and behavioral variables. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and (quantitative) in terms of data type. Material and Methods: The statistical population included all high school teachers in Saveh, 905 people. To determine the sample size, Krejcie and Morgan table method was used and 270 high school teachers in Saveh were selected as a sample by simple random sampling. Data were collected through documentary and field methods (standard and researcher-made questionnaire). In the present study, in order to determine the validity of the questionnaire, apparent, content and structural validity were used, and to determine the reliability, Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability were used, which were all confirmed. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling tests and one-group t-test were used. Findings: The results showed that the components of managerial, structural, contextual and behavioral variables are predictors of virtuous leadership. Conclusion: According to the virtuous leadership model, school leaders and principals should develop virtues such as courage, justice, humanity, foresight, fair judgment, moderation and moderation in their behaviors, attitudes, skills and competencies to be based on them. Be able to be creative and innovative in the face of environmental hazards, respect teachers' personal ideas and ideas, pay attention to continuous and longterm educational activities.

Abstract: 

Purpose: Human resource development is one of the most important goals of leading organizations in the world. One of these organizations is the University of Medical Sciences of the provinces and affiliated centers, which are responsible for implementing clinical governance measures and maintaining public health. The purpose of this study is to present a model of factors affecting the development of Islamic human resources in Guilan University of Medical Sciences. Material and Methods: The present research is of mixed type and applied research. Necessary data were collected in the qualitative stage using semi-structured interviews by key informants, and in the quantitative stage through a researcher-made questionnaire. These data were analyzed qualitatively using content analysis method using MaxQDA software, and quantitatively using structural equation modeling and Smartpls software. Finally, 3 groups of human resource development (with 3 categories and 13 sub-categories), causal factors (with 2 categories and 6 sub-categories), underlying factors (with 3 categories and 11 sub-categories) and intervention factors (3 categories and 2 subcategories) were identified. Findings: The results of hypothesis testing showed that the intervention and causal factors have an effect of 0. 176 and 0. 718 on the development of Islamic human resources in Guilan University of Medical Sciences, respectively. Also, the effect of underlying factors was not confirmed. Conclusion: Human resource development tends to change or improve people's learning, behavior, performance, attitudinal and cognitive skills.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of sexual behavior management training with emphasis on Islamic teachings on the source of control of adolescent girls. Method: The research method was quasi-experimental. The study population included all adolescent girls in Tehran in 1396, from which 30 people were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into two groups of 15 experimental and control. The subjects in the experimental group received 8 sessions of sexual behavior management training with emphasis on Islamic teachings. Both groups were evaluated in the pre-test and post-test using the Rutter Control Source Questionnaire (1966). Univariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. Findings: Research findings showed that sexual behavior management training can increase the source of internal control. Conclusion: Religion, as a means of connecting us to a higher power, can support and enhance a person's mental health and sense of power.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship emotional divorce based on the components of early maladaptive schemas and attachment styles with emotional intelligence mediation and provide a model for it. Material and Methods: The research method was correlation of sequential exploratory and guided and the statistical population consisted of all married women referring to counseling centers in Tehran city in 2019 over 1854 persons. the Sample size based on Sample Power Software statistical (350 persons) and with a probability of 20% drop in the sample, (372 persons) were selected. sampling method of multi-stage random so that the city of tehran was divided into five regions: north, south, east, west and center) and then five counseling centers were selected from each region and 15 married women were selected from each counseling center, in total, 75 married women were referred from each region to the counseling centers was selected as a sample. the research instruments were Guttman emotional divorce 2008, early maladaptive schemas short-form questionnaire by Young 1988, attachment style scale by Collins and Reed 1990, Baron's emotional intelligence 1997. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and structural equation of Smart Pls. Results: Results showed that model can predict emotional divorce based on attachment style (β =-0/653, P=0/01) and early maladaptive schemas (β =-0/683, P= 0/01) with emotional intelligence mediation and it has a goodness fit. Direct path of attachment style (β =0/704, P= 0/01) and early maladaptive schemas style (β =0/763, P= 0/01) and emotional intelligence (β =-0/674, P= 0/01) on significant emotional divorce and indirect path results show that attachment styles (β =0/691, P= 0/01) and early maladaptive schemas (β =0/734, P= 0/01) with emotional intelligence mediation on emotional divorce had a goog effect size. Conclusion: In order to create a cohesive and satisfying marital relationship based on cognitive of emotions each couple and modifying the early maladaptive schemas and the kind of couple’ s attachment style, they contrasted the intrinsic elements to improve the couple's relationships during treatment considerations.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of metacognitive therapy on reducing rumination and anxiety in obsessive-compulsive patients. The method of the present study was a quasi-experimental experimental method in terms of data collection and its research design was a pre-test post-test design with a control group. The study population consisted of all patients referred to counseling and psychological clinics in District 5 of Tehran. Sampling method The present study was purposive stepwise cluster sampling. Based on previous research, 15 people were selected for each group, which was a total of 30 people. Metacognitive therapy training package and two questionnaires were used to evaluate the dependent variables of the research. In this study, subjects were trained in metacognitive skills for 8 weeks and 16 sessions of 90 minutes. It was used according to the latest DSM 5 criteria. The results of analysis of covariance showed that metacognitive therapy reduced rumination and anxiety in obsessive-compulsive patients. When obsessive-compulsive patients become aware of their skills, talents, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, and cognitive and social abilities, and thus overcome their mental rumination and anxiety, they are therefore performing well and doing their homework. At the right time and with the right quality, they will experience successful treatment.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The present study is a phenomenological analysis of the content challenges of children's animated characters. Materials and Methods: The method of qualitative research is exploratory with a phenomenological approach. The research community consists of thematic experts in the field of animation production by purposeful sampling method, which according to the inclusion criteria with 8 people reached the theoretical saturation of the data. The interview data collection tool was semi-structured. The validity of the collected data was confirmed by the evaluation criteria of Lincoln and Guba (1985) and Denzin (1978) and Patton (1999) methods. Data analysis was performed inductively using the seven-step collage method (1978). Findings: The findings showed that the identified challenges in terms of content can be classified into three categories: morphology, conceptualism and identity. In the morphological dimension of personality engineering, color magic and design policies, and in the imaginative dimension of elements such as non-eloquence, exaggeration, cognitive conflict and thought challenge, and in the dimension of identity, transcendental identity, false identity, symbolic identity and sexual identity are known challenges are in the field of content of children's animation productions. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that one of the main challenges is to pay attention to the dimensions of content morphology; One of the components in this field is the re-engineering of animated personality, during which, regardless of the formal and aesthetic proportions, differences and structured characters with a priori images, as well as deconstruction, are a necessity for the production of creative characters.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explain the principles, methods and effective factors in the styles and educational model of practical mysticism of Mulla Sadra. Materials and Methods: In this study, by examining the texts related to Sadra's practical mysticism, concepts related to the principles, methods and effective factors in mystical education were identified, and it became clear that these concepts are logically related to each other and can be style and pattern. Explain Mulla Sadra's education and mysticism. Findings: The results of this research in a descriptive and analytical method include the most important educational principles extracted from Mulla Sadra's mystical works and writings, which are: achieving self-knowledge, liberating the heart from material pleasures and belongings, attitude towards the combination of argument, mysticism and Quran, manifestation (Refinement of appearance), evacuation (inner transformation), persistence in good deeds to achieve good properties, moderation, gradual stages of self-perfection, educational justice and finally rationality for the existential excellence of the teacher, as well as the resulting educational methods are: introspection, remembrance God, clearing the mind, using the three proofs (argument, Qur'an and mysticism) in reaching the truth, active habit (self-indoctrination-selfimposition), giving insight, duty-making, meditation and selfcalculation, austerity, duty to Appreciate the power of the educator, study wisdom. Conclusion: Based on the findings, finally, the effective educational factors in Mulla Sadra's practical mysticism include: love of worship, reflection on the Holy Quran, obedience to the perfect man (divine world), parents, teacher, learner, worship and religious mathematics, wisdom and freedom It became science and knowledge.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the combination of Guttman couple therapy and structural family therapy on cohesion, adaptability and incompatible couple relationships. Materials and Methods: The research population includes maladapted couples referring to Behbahan Education Counseling Center in the first half of 2019. A sample of 30 couples from this population was selected by available methods and randomly divided into two experimental groups Were controlled. First, pre-test was taken from both groups and then the experimental group underwent combination therapy for 8 sessions per week. Findings: After the sessions, both groups underwent post-test and 1. 5 months later underwent follow-up test. The research instruments included the Elson, Portner & Bell family cohesion and adaptability scale and the communication subscale of the Enrich Elson, Fournier and Drakeman questionnaires. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis of covariance (ANKOVA) and multivariate analysis (MANKOVA). Conclusion: The results showed that the combination of Guttman couple therapy and structural family therapy significantly improves cohesion, adaptability and incompatible couple communication (p <0. 05). The results also showed that the effectiveness of this combined approach lasted until the follow-up stage. The results obtained based on the effectiveness of this approach were discussed in detail.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of knowledge management in promoting organizational health in hospitals in Tehran. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the present study was all managers of Tehran hospitals and according to Cochran's formula in determining the volume of limited statistical populations, the number of statistical samples was 316 and in the first half of 2020, the opinions of these people were collected. Is. Findings: There is a direct relationship between independent variables and organizational health. It can also be said that there is a direct and significant relationship between the components of knowledge management and the level of organizational health in Tehran hospitals; therefore, it can be concluded that by strengthening the components of knowledge management among employees, their organizational health increases. The degree of correlation between the variables also shows that the intensity of the relationship between the two variables of knowledge storage and organizational health is higher than other variables. Conclusion: Also, according to the results, it should be stated that knowledge management components have a share in predicting organizational health.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to standardize and evaluate the psychometric properties of mid-childhood developmental assessment (MDI). Materials and Methods: The research design is a test-making research. This research is also applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the present study was all primary school students in Tehran (ages 6 to 12 years) in 1398. In this study, 469 people were selected as the available sample group. The research tool was measuring development in midchildhood. Classical validation (Cronbach's alpha and retest), heuristic factor analysis and convergent evidence were used for data analysis. Findings: The results of factor analysis showed that 5 scale factors explained 53. 89% of the variance. Reliability analysis of the test showed that Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the subscales are higher than 0. 7. The flexibility factor also had the highest coefficient of validity. Also, in all subscales, Pearson correlation coefficient between two runs was higher than 0. 85. The correlation between the subscales of measurement of development in mid-childhood confirmed the convergent evidence of the questionnaire. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, the research evidence supports the simultaneous study and consideration of all five subscales of the Persian version of mid-childhood developmental assessment.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to design a strategic intelligence model for managers of education districts in Tehran. Materials and Methods: The research method is applied in terms of objectives, qualitative data in terms of data and emerging data in terms of the type of study. According to the method of conscious sampling of targeted snowball type and based on theoretical saturation, 15 experts were performed. Data collection tool is exploratory interviews. After collecting data, their analysis was done in the form of open, axial and selective coding, which based on data analysis, a suitable model of strategic intelligence was presented. Findings: The results of the study indicate that this model consists of two dimensions: intra-organizational factors and extra-organizational factors and 21 components and 206 constructive indicators, which is more valid than other models; Therefore, the application and operation of this model can help to improve the quality of education management. Conclusion: Strategic intelligence is a strategic effort of an organization to apply intelligence in the organization. This, in turn, makes the organization's employees smarter, reduces the workforce, and ultimately produces more creative products and services that better meet customer needs.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The quality of educational services has an important role in promoting society. Therefore, the present study was conducted to design a model for assessing the quality of educational services in the seventh district of Tehran. Materials and Methods: This study was quantitative in terms of applied purpose and quantitative in terms of implementation method. The study population was managers, deputies, teachers and experts of Tehran's seven education districts in the academic year 2009-2010. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was 385 people who were selected by cluster sampling method. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire (39 items) whose content validity was confirmed by experts and the validity of its structure was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis and its total reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method of 0. 76. Exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS-23 and LISREL-8. 8 software were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the model of measuring the quality of educational services had five factors: organizational management, organizational structure, human resources, comprehensive planning and quality management. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the model for measuring the quality of educational services had a good fit and all five factors had a direct and significant effect on measuring the quality of educational services (P <0. 001). Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, to improve the quality of educational services, programs can be designed and implemented to increase and improve the management of the organization, organizational structure, human resources, comprehensive planning and quality management.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to "investigate the status of factors affecting the promotion of innovation culture in the offices and schools of theoretical high school in Tehran" which is a descriptive survey in terms of practical purpose and data collection method. Materials and Methods: The statistical population includes all teachers and administrative staff of the second theoretical high school for girls and boys in Tehran. According to the latest statistics of 2018, they include 9878 people. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 42 items and 14 components that have been approved through the validity of constructive analysis according to the use of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis test. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 0. 911 through Cronbach's alpha. Findings: The results of the research showed that out of 42 items measured in the questionnaire, the eigenvalue of 12 factors is more than one. Hence, in total, using the orthogonal rotation of the Verimax type of 12 factors (learning organization, organizational commitment, initiative, risk-taking, guidance, coherence, management support, identity, accountability culture, reward system, conflict and communication) in 38 items In total, these 12 factors together explain 83. 454% of the variance of the culture of innovation. Conclusion: The results of the structural test and the final model of innovation culture showed that the highest path coefficient is related to the learning organization component with a path coefficient of 0. 89 and in the second place the initiative component with a path coefficient of 0. 84 and in the third place the risk component. It is located with a path coefficient of 0. 81 and in the fourth place is the conflict management component with a path coefficient of 0. 79.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation on social adequacy and social anxiety of gifted students. Materials and Methods: The method of this research is quasiexperimental and for data collection, a pretest-posttest design with an experimental group and a control group has been used. The statistical population of the study consisted of all gifted male students in the first year of high school in Tehran in the academic year 2020-2021, from which 40 people were selected by available sampling method and in two groups of experimental (20 people) and control (20 people). ) Were assigned. The experimental group underwent 10 sessions of 60 minutes of cognitive rehabilitation training and the control group remained on the waiting list. The tools used in the present study included social adequacy (Fenler et al., 1990) and social anxiety (Connor et al., 2000) which were used in two stages of pre-test and post-test. The analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire was performed through spss-v23 software in two descriptive and inferential sections (analysis of covariance and multivariate analysis of covariance). Findings: The results showed that the intervention used in this study could significantly increase social adequacy and reduce social anxiety in gifted students. Conclusion: Therefore, the results of the present study showed that the cognitive rehabilitation program can be used as a suitable method to increase social adequacy and reduce social anxiety in gifted students.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to design and develop a competency model for primary school principals in education in Mazandaran province. Materials and Methods: The present study is a quantitative research in terms of applied purpose and based on the nature of the data and is a descriptive survey based on the data collection method. The statistical population of this study was all primary school principals in Mazandaran province that 292 people were selected by cluster random sampling. The main tool for data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire on competency dimensions. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0. 96 through Cronbach's alpha method. In order to analyze the research data, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, mean test, one-way analysis of variance and Tukey test, one-sample t-test, Friedman and Wilcoxon test were used. Findings: showed that competency dimensions have a different role among primary school principals. According to Friedman and Wilcoxon test, the highest priority was related to the component of using the positive capabilities of oneself and others, and decisionmaking, team activities, professional skills, leadership skills, communication skills, encouraging typology and change, and work communication were the next priorities, respectively. Conclusion: According to the value of the level of significance of the variables (greater than 0. 05) indicates the acceptability of the variables and following the normal distribution and using the parametric test. The highest mean is related to the work relationship variable (3. 91) and the lowest mean is related to the variable of encouragement, innovation and change (3. 66). From the final research model 0. 0001, the average standard deviation is / 517, the average standard error is / 554. And the degree of fit of the final research model was equal to 3. 785.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a relationship model between emotional intelligence and leadership style of managers with organizational commitment of employees in municipalities. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the present study is the senior managers and employees of the country's municipalities. In the present study, Tehran municipalities as the largest city in the country and Bushehr municipality as one of the small and medium cities in the country were considered as the community Bushehr and also the central headquarters of the municipalities of these two cities, 400 people were selected as a sample, in addition, 80 people were selected from the managers of the mentioned municipalities in the sample. Sampling was performed by stratified random sampling method. The method of the present research is applied and developmental in terms of purpose, a survey method in terms of data collection and a descriptive-explanatory method in terms of analysis. In this study, Siberia Schering Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, Bass and Olive Multi-Factor Leadership Questionnaire and Allen and Meyer Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient, one-sample t-test, factor analysis, one-way analysis of variance, LSD, path analysis using Amos graphic software version 21 and SPSS 21 were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results of this study showed that firstly, the dominant leadership style in the municipalities under study is pragmatic leadership style and secondly, the emotional intelligence of managers is high. On the other hand, pragmatic leadership style has a significant relationship with employees 'organizational commitment, while there is no significant relationship between transformational and non-specific leadership style with employees' organizational commitment. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between managers 'emotional intelligence and employees' organizational commitment. On the other hand, there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership style and emotional intelligence, while there is no significant relationship between pragmatic leadership style and emotional intelligence.
