COMPARATIVE STUDY ON THE ATTITUDINAL AND BEHAVIORAL PATTERNS OF WOMEN AND MEN IN ONLINE SHOPPING

Abstract

 The results of research on GENDER differences in terms of objectives and methods of using the Internet have been inconsistent and little consensus exists in this field. This paper aims to compare and analyze the difference between the ATTITUDES, FEELINGS and preferences of men and women visiting Iranian websites. For this purpose, data were collected about online buyers in Tehran. After the electronic questionnaire were sent to 150 sample population, 89 men and 97 women filled it out. Based on central and scattering data has been analyzed parameters and hypotheses of the research were evaluated through T and Friedman tests. Results indicate that the women’s positive attitude towards ONLINE SHOPPING have decreased, while the men's attitude is quite the opposite. Ce document vise a comparer et analyser la difference entre les ATTITUDES, les sentiments et les preferences des hommes et des femmes visitant des sites Web iraniens. A cette fin, des donnees ont ete rassemblees au sujet des acheteurs en ligne a Teheran.Apres que le questionnaire electronique aient ete envoyes aux 150 personnes de la population temoins, 89 hommes et 97 femmes l' ont remplit.Considerant les parametres centrales et de dispersion, des donnees ont ete analysees et des hypotheses de la recherche ont ete evaluees par des essais de T et de Friedman.Les resultats indiquent que l' attitude positive des femmes envers des achats en ligne ont diminue, alors que l' attitude des hommes est tout a fait l' oppose.En plus, les sentiments, les perceptions et les priorites de ces deux groupes sont tout a fait differents.key word: ATTITUDES, sentiments et comportement du consommateur, achats en ligne, genre spanish: La comparacion de modelos de actitud y comportamiento de las mujer y los hombres visitantes de las paginas web de ventas Los resultados de la investigacion sobre las diferencias de genero en terminos de objetivos y metodos de uso de la Internet han sido inconsistentes, y existe poco consenso en este campo. Este documento tiene como objetivo los sitios web en Iran, la diferencia entre las actitudes, los sentimientos y las preferencias de hombres y mujeres haciendo uso de la Internet para comparar y analizar. Para ello, los datos que fueron recogidos en Teheran se refieren a las ventas de portales de Internet. El cuestionario electronico fue enviado a 150 hombres y 150 mujeres en la poblacion de la muestra, de los cuales contestaron 89 hombres y 97 mujeres. Los parametros centrales y de dispersion en terminos de analisis de datos y pruebas de hipotesis Tymstql y Friedman fueron evaluados. Los resultados indican que las mujeres con una actitud positiva hacia las compras electronicas se ha reducido, mientras que la actitud de los hombres es todo lo contrario. Tambien los sentimientos, las percepciones y prioridades de cada uno de estos grupos son completamente diferentes.key word: actitudes, sentimientos, comportamiento del consumidor, las compras por Internet, el genero
