Abstract

This study aimed to study the relation of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and CONFLICT MANAGEMENT of MANAGERS executed by correlation method. Statistical population include all deputies of Tehran intermediate schools in 1388, with the number of 1732 people, statistical sample size was 313 extracted from Morgan Table using systematic random method.EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE questionnaire was prepared using Farenheim and Petereizer questionnaire, and for measuring the amount of conflict researcher-designed was used in the organization. The results showed that the between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and conflict MANAGERS had a significant relationship.
