Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the relations between the EQUALITY PERCEPTION and ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY and JOB SATISFACTION of the teachers of Education Department in Savadkouh during 2009-2010. Based on the objectives, the research is an applied and descriptive one using field studies to evaluate the present situation. The statistical community is all 700 teachers of Education Department in Savadkouh including 250 people selected as a sample by the help of the formula calculating Krejcie and Morgan sample bulk. The measurement tool was a questionnaire containing 16 questions that the first 5 questions about JOB SATISFACTION, the second 3 question about EQUALITY PERCEPTION and the rest are about ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY that by Cronbach alpha coefficient higher than 0.75 its consistency will be confirmed and also its validity is distinguished. In this research, the below questions will be studied:Is there any relation between EQUALITY PERCEPTION and ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY?Is there any relation between EQUALITY PERCEPTION and JOB SATISFACTION?Is there any relation between ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY and JOB SATISFACTION?The methodology of this research is descriptive and survey of a correlation kind. To analyze the data, the researchers used statistical descriptive approaches such as Table of Distribution, Descriptive Statistics (Average and Standard Deviation), and in statistical inferences, simple correlation coefficient and a non-parametric method of Spearman Test will be used. The results represent that the relation between EQUALITY PERCEPTION and ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY and also the EQUALITY PERCEPTION and JOB SATISFACTION is significant, but there is no significant connection between ORGANIZATIONAL RELIABILITY and JOB SATISFACTION.
