Abstract

The current study investigates the role of VALUE components on STRESS/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> JOB STRESS reduction from the education PERSONNELs’ poit of view in Jolgeh region. The method of the research was descriptive survey. The statistical population included all of the education PERSONNELs’ (256 people), out of which 156 people were selected using cochran’s formula as the sample size. The method of sampling was stratified random sampling. To gather the data a researcher made questionnaire was used. The validity was substantiated by specialists, and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbachs Alpha 0.98. The results showed that all of VALUE components (legal, political, and social) play a greater role than average on STRESS/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> JOB STRESS reduction. There was no significant difference among the PERSONNELs’ view points regarding demographic data.
