Abstract

This study examined the impact of IT on PRODUCTIVITY of HUMAN RESOURCES in QAZVIN ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY. Given the applied nature of the study, a correlational design was adopted. Instrumentation included questionnaires and interviews. The sample included 169 staff and managers of QAZVIN ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY. Data analysis comprised descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SPSS software. The findings confirmed the relationship between PRODUCTIVITY of the staff in terms of the eight variables considered in this study and their degree of using IT. The results promise direct implications and suggestions for increasing PRODUCTIVITY of HUMAN RESOURCES with regard to variables discussed in QAZVIN ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY. Finally, suggestions for future research are presented.
