Analysis showed that, there is a positive and significant correlation between QWL and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT (r =0.31, p£ 0.001). Constitutionalism (r=0.33, P£ 0.001), sustainable security and growth opportunities (r =0.30, p£0.001), and the development of human capabilities (r=0.29, P£0.001) have the strongest correlation with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT.Conclusion: in conclusion it can be said that, quality of work life and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT has a positive correlation. As such, developing supervision and management supports, providing educational programs, and enhancing the physical conditions of the workplace are further suggested.
