Sa’adi’s implications on management mentioned in the introduction, first, and second chapters of his book, Golestan’ form the content of the present paper. These implications can be divided into the following 16 categories which refer to the managers’ application of the power of thinking, self awareness, observing justice, planning, economy, avoidance of greed, thankfulness of God’s blessing, forgiving the subordinates’ faults, theology, control over his speech, association with pious people, chance taking, respecting ancestors, patience, and protecting subordinates. Prior to each category, some examples given by some authors have been offered. Then, the related educational implications have been mentioned. No conclusion seems necessary for this article, because the three page introduction can be considered as conclusion too.
