Abstract: 

The aim of the present study is to investigate the amount of time management among Islamic Azad University (IAU) managers. The population is comprised of all IAU managers among which 554 were selected using stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a researcher- made time management questionnaire. The result of LSD test indicated that there was a significant difference between levels of time management among managers of all 12 districts of IAU (F=2.930, P£0.05). Furthermore, the this level was higher in district 2 than in average index of those in districts 7 and 11, District 3 higher than 11, district 6 was lower than 8, and district 7 lower than 2, 3, 4, 8, 10, 11, district 8 was higher than 6, 7, 9, 11, district 9 lower than 3, 8, 12, district 10 higher than 11, district 11 higher than 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 12, and finally level of time management of the managers in district 12 was higher than managers in districts 7, 9, 11.

Abstract: 

This research has studied and analyzed the significance and influence of lecturers’ recognition and acquaintance with different aspects of teaching methodologies such as their command on English language teaching principles and theories, educational outcome, teaching psychology, and lesson plan on the educational product and progress of English language learners while relying on descriptive and exploratory statistical analyses. Thus, applying an instrument to investigate data about various principal factors conveying lecturers’ credit of teaching authority and interactions, statistics were assembled and evaluated drawing on Factor Analysis. Credibility and integrity of the questionnaire was at first solicited with Abadan Azad University professors, and then it was inquired and corrected by the project advisor leading to a final format of 47 questions. Alpha Cronboch proved 0.87 coefficient reliability for the questionnaire’s extracted factors. Results proved most effective factors representing lecturers’ recognition were concerning application of teaching methodologies, advanced software’s, exam designs and selecting materials; other factors such as age and sex had no significant relationship with educational outcomes.

Abstract: 

Drug dependency (Addiction) includes a series of physiological, cognitive and behavioral symptoms, and also repetitive model of such symptoms that usually lead to tolerance, withdrawal and obligatory drug consumption behavior. Dependency includes chronic desire to use substance, drug seeking behavior, and unsuccessful attempts to control use of psychoactive substance. There are varieties of behavioral problems (e.g. psychopathic personality disorder, ADHD, conduct disorder, depression with suicide behavior, aggression, insufficient coping styles and attributions) which correlates with substance abuse. Internet addiction (dependency) relate to some kind of behavioral dependency in which people apply that as a defensive mechanism; researchers had borrow drug dependency criteria of DSM-IV-TR to mention its characteristics. As substance dependency, internet addiction is biopsychosocial problems that hold symptoms like tolerance, withdrawal, affective disturbance (depression, irritability) and disruption in social-educational relationships. Once people involve in virtual and unlimited space, neglect their important needs and escape from life demands. Mental occupation and dependency to different database sites like pornographic ones, addiction to computer games, virtual romantic communication, and failing in educational performance as well as family problems may be some of the issues which occur with abusing this technology.  This research is a field and applied study; and also a causal-comparative study once considering the control of variables. Statistical universe of the study consist male adults of Tehran with range of 20-30 years old. Sample of the study are 120 adults that selected via non-convenience sampling method (60 adults placed as drug dependence; 60 adults placed as internet dependent). Instruments of the study are MMPI scale (short form-71 items), and GPIUS. Results showed that there is no any significant different between personality characteristics of drug dependent and internet addicted people. Also it was distinguished which there is no significant difference between L, K, Hs, D, Pa, Pt, Sc, and Ma scales of this two groups (i. e., this two groups share in such scales); and there was significant difference only in Hy, Pd, F scales of the two groups.

Abstract: 

This research was carried out in order to evaluate understanding of fundamental mathematical concepts and the relation between cognitive mathematical abilities and performance of male and female elementary school students in Mazandaran based on Piaget’s theory. To fully objectives of this research 23 hypotheses have been studied. Population in this research comprises all male and female elementary school students in academic year 85-86 in Mazandaran which has been selected trough accidental clustering sampling. First, four cities have been chosen then to elementary schools and finally 200 testes (100 male, 100 female) from each school have been selected the population has undergone Piaget’s mathematical recognition test and finally 40 students have been selected from each grade the instruments utilized in this study are Piaget’s test Good enough’s test, the grand mean of all lessons in the previous semester. Findings indicates that the Performance level of subjects in different elementary is different according to Piaget’s constant criterion. There is significant difference in Performance of students in 5 elementary grades in the concept of similarity and belonging, empty collection, collections participation, multiple classifications, multiple ordering, speed concept conservation, time conservation, surface conservation, space measurement and volume conservation, but there is not significant difference in other nine abilities. There is relation between cognitive mathematical abilities and difference elementary grade students. There is not relation between cognitive mathematical abilities and mental age. There is not significant difference between males and females mathematical concepts abilities. (P<0/5).

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between creativity and with locus of control in grade first high school students of Arak. Research hypothesis is: Creative students have internal locus of control and Research questions include 1: Is the amount of creativity different between male and female students? 2. Is the amount of locus of control different between male and female students? Research population include all grade one high school students of Arak, 375 selected using relative-stratified random sampling method. Research measures include Torrances' non-verbal creativity tests (circles test item), and Ratters' locus of control test. Obtained data were analised using T. test for two independent groups and Pierson correlation coefficient. Results indicate that more creative students have internal locus of control; there is no meaningful difference between creativity average scores of male and female students, and there is no meaningful difference between locus of control scores of male and female students.

Abstract: 

According to the Morphic field hypothesis, learning by a group is recorded in a field accessible to other members of the same homological group. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the Morphic field hypothesis and to examine whether the accessibility to the information of the field is similar in different levels of skill learning.Three groups of students were randomly selected and were instructed to perform a three levels of juggling skill with one, two and three balls. The first group and the third group watched a one-minute film of three levels of juggling skill and practiced by themselves. There was a gap of two weeks between learning instructions of first and third groups. The second group, one week after the first group, learned the skill by watching the same film and had additional instruction during the exercise by the help of the researcher. Data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA and LSD test. The findings showed that second group who had received complete instructions, learnt significantly better than the other groups. In addition third group learnt significantly better than first group. There was no significant difference between second group and third group. Present research, confirms morphic field theory and learning facilitation. The significant difference between first group and third group showed that learning in second group, facilitate the learning of third group 1. Therefore, when one group was instructed, learning of another homological group was facilitated due to morphic field hypothesis.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the present study was to conduct a comparison on the power of leadership among faculty members of Islamic Azad University Firouzabad Branch from students’ point of view according to their field of study, gender, and scientific status. To conduct the research, the faculty member‘s Leadership Scale designed and standardized by Mashayekh (2004) was used. This 48-item scale measures the leadership power of the faculty members from a variety of aspects. In this respect, stratified random sampling was used to select sample in proportion to the number of faculty members. Then, simple random sampling was applied to distribute the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using T-test, one-way ANOVA, and two-way ANOVA. The findings indicated that 1) the leadership power was more among male faculty members than the female, 2) there was a significant difference between the leadership power among faculty members from different fields of study, 3) the average leadership power was higher than others among lecturers, and 4) the interaction of gender and field of study had no effect on the leadership power.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study was the Effect of Education of effective study on test anxiety in boy student of third level of high school in shahrbabak. Population of this study was all boy student of shahrebabak branch2 subjects to be comforted in two groups, experimental and control groups.The sample of this research consisted of 50 student, selected by randomly and survey placed in experimental and control groups. Measurement tools in this research was TAL. Included 25 question. Each question included four title scale. Minimum score zero and maximum score seventy five. Test-anxiety inventory to encountered of reliability and validity. After pre-test, experimental groups four week every week two session and every week fourty five minute to share in education class of effective study. After of end experimental to accomplished post test with two groups. The results of anova test showed significant differences between pretest-posttest anxiety score. Also we can see differended levels of test anxiety between this student (17.6=little, 52.9=average 19.6=high, 9.8 extreme).
