This study examined the relationship between cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence, academic histories, achievement motivation and demographical variables whit academic performance in students of Islamic azad university ahvaz branch, by stratified sampling from mentioned population 239 person were selected. Then with using Rayven intelligence test, Bar-on emotional test, Hermense achievement motivation test and researcher made demographical variables questionaire, data were collected and were analysed. The results of multiple regression with enter method showed that the best predictors for academic performance were diploma average, gender and emotional intelligence and the relationship of the another variabeles such as achievement motivation, cognitive intelligence, marital status, accopatinal status, age and income rate whit academic performance were not significant.
