Abstract: 

Islam is an all aspects considered religion. One of the recommended features of this divine religion is tolerance which has an effective role in command and management of Armed Force. Tolerance means kindly and friendship behavior with others which is called consideration in management. Given the importance of this human and Islamic nature, authors have decided not only consider the meaning of tolerance but also determine its position in ethics. Then overview the effects of tolerance in Quran verses and infallible narratives and investigate effects of these features in basic management topics and different scholar views.Since the disciplinary regulation is unity procedure in command of Armed Forces specially police force, so the role of tolerance in this regulation which monitors the affairs of police force organization will be evaluated.

Abstract: 

In last two decades, compensation systems are substituted by phrases such as wage & salary management and payment systems which refer to all cash and non-cash wage and salary that managers and staff have received depend on the organization, work circumstances, job features and method of doing a job. This topic is considered due to the new approaches of human resource management to improve the quality and desirability of life.In an organization, wage and salary management is more than of satisfying the needs of human life. Appropriate salary and wage can directly affect on behavior, purchasing power and mental health of community’s people and finally increase the efficiency in an organization. Payment dissatisfaction not only has a negative effect on the organization’s efficiency but also decreases the work quality of the employees and eventually decline the effectiveness and lead to anomalous and illegal behavior of organization’s staff.This study has done to investigate the role of wage and salary management system on efficiency of NAJA staff from the overview of different level of NAJA staff. It is a descriptive- survey and correlational research. Statistical population of this research comprises 2200 staffs of NAJA. The sample volume determined 327 people by statistical method of Kokoran and the sample was chosen by simple random & stratified sampling method. Research data was analyzed with Spearman correlation method.Result of the research indicate that there is a significant and meaningful relationship between the wage and salary, facilities and welfare services, reward, overtime with the efficiency of the NAJA staff. Therefore sub and main research hypothesis have been accepted with less than 0.05 errors. At the end some suggestion were recommended for changing the dependent and independent research variables.

Abstract: 

Today, automatic identification systems by using RFID technology are of particular importance for having some advantages such as being wireless, providing the security identification code and ability to trace objects which are growing rapidly.One of the policy's of NAJA is using of new communication technologies and their substitution with traditional and old systems. Impact of information technology and the use of internet and electronic communication networks on the one hand, and beneficial use of AIS in supply chain processes on the other hand will increase the efficiency and productivity in the NAJA supply chain management.The method of this research is qualitative-descriptive method. In this article, despite of reviewing the concept of AIS, the RFID was selected as the best method of identification through radio waves. Importance of tracing, product identification in NAJA supply chain through RFID and also using the technology of RFID with Business Intelligence in supply chain management for improvement of the process will be discussed further. Results indicate that RFID systems not only consider as an advantage for NAJA supply chain, but also managers will benefit from applying such system to improve processes of the supply chain.

Abstract: 

Organizational commitment is continues process which through it staff can believe the objectives and values of the organization and try to reach it.Organizational commitment is an effective factor in organizational behavior of staff and indicates the positive and negative attitude of them to the whole organization.This research has done to identify and investigate the organizational commitment of staffs of Passive Defense of the country. Some questions have been raised such as investigating the rate of interest and pride to be member of the organization, willingness to stay, determining the identification of the individual by Passive Defense organization of the country and personal features such as education, military service record, age and organizational post.Data analysis of research has been tested by questionnaire, interview, and descriptive and inferential statistical method. The results indicate that whatever the interest to the organization increases, the sooner organization reaches to its objectives and their commitment will enhance. Whatever the pride of joining to the organization increases, their commitment will increase and they won’t be reluctant to choose a substitute job. And if their identity becomes much more specific, to that extent their commitment to the organization will increase.

Abstract: 

In any department, staffs are considered as the most important wealth of the organization and the most crucial factor of survival, development. Therefore establishing the best situation for productivity of the organization depends on expanding the ability and development of internal and external potential of staffs. In 21st century appearing the 3 fundamental changes such as technology advancement, increasing customer expectations and necessity of flexibility affected all the organization specially police organization. Police duties in such a situation were extremely complicated. Consequently it is necessary that police organization be more society-oriented and has the features and capabilities such as ethical leadership and creativity. One of the main strategies in response to these changes is empowerment of officers especially ranker because any officer due to his special duties should be capable of making decision and managing the affair in a scene.This research has been done by reviewing the literature of police and empowerment and with library method. It is figuring on to indicate that given the rapid changes that are happening, empowerment of the police staff not only has benefits for the organization but also it changes to a necessity. In this regard empowerment and the reason for trend of organizations are presented and in addition to mentioning the importance and difficult task of police in community, the importance of empowerment for staff of the organization especially police rankers are explained. By reviewing the literature of this field, the objective of this article will be cleared and indicate the necessity of officers empowerment especially rankers. In order to successfully performance of the empowerment programs, strategic programming, appropriate culturing in long time, improvement of methods and educational content of the officers, increasing the flexibility of the organizational structure, changing the management style of the organization and emphasize on acceptance and applying the modern technologies should be done.

Abstract: 

Today with complicated organizations, rapid changes, increasing globalization, developments in information and communication technology such as development of social networks, new media and educational innovations, necessity of reviewing the information and knowledge management method is seriously felt. The result of applying the old organizational structure with new method of technology will be high expenses of organization. Universities have a major role in education and they are considered as basis of using procedures and solutions which are based on knowledge management. In analyzing the structure of the responsibility of universities, its minor and major objective is based on knowledge management and comprises the discovery, acquisition and innovation. Transferring the knowledge is via teaching in universities and knowledge management can be presented like knowledge application in human issues. Police University as a higher education institution transfer new police knowledge and police organization as a social institution which protect from life and property of people has various tasks and responsibilities. Accomplishing each of these tasks needs to make realistic decisions and it will be achieved via information and knowledge management. Knowledge management can help the innovative decisions of police organization with simplifications, improvement of participation process, distribution, innovation, collection and understanding the knowledge and will change it from a bureaucratic organization to a knowledge oriented, innovative and up to date one.This study has been done by library method. It investigates the concept of knowledge management, models, restrictions, facilities and challenges and at the end recommends some suggestion to apply knowledge management in police force.

Abstract: 

Several organizations separated their work fields based on professional and specialized approaches to develop the domain of their activities, they act in form of specialized investment companies by performing their activities in form of groups and in the chain of supplementary activities to maximize profitability.Holding companies consist of set of different companies that work in totally various fields and administered by ownership and family management. The nature of existence of Holding organization is establishing surplus value on total value of individual units (Synergy) and their processes. Otherwise it is expected that by disorganizing the Holding, the performance of the subsidiary companies will improve. The main issue of this research is evaluating the relationship between strategic processes of financial administration and performance of Holding of NAJA cooperative foundation which is one of the most important strategies of business. Furthermore, synergy is used as an intermediary variable which is the main factor of financial administration effectiveness on performance of NAJA cooperative foundation. This study is an applied research performed in form of a survey in terms of its methodology. Statistical populations of this research are 300 people composed of CEO, financial assistance, financial managers and financial experts of NAJA cooperative foundation. For investigating the research hypothesis, techniques and method of descriptive and inferential statistics have been applied for statistical analysis of questions. To analyze the research question, regression has been used as a statistical method and coefficient of determination has been applied to determine the impacts of each variable. Consequently this research indicates that the process of strategic financial administration on synergy is effective in improvement of Holding performance of NAJA cooperative foundation. It can be claimed with 95 percent that there is a relationship between investment management, financial administration, risk management and portfolio management with Holding performance of NAJA cooperative foundation. It was clear in investigating the effectiveness or non-effectiveness of these on synergy in performance of NAJA cooperative foundation that this relationship was meaningful and it could improve the Holding performance of NAJA cooperative foundation with enhancing the synergy.
