Abstract: 

Background Negative beliefs and stereotypes about aging guide the lifestyle of people in a society and its behavioral and psychological consequences affect mental and physical health. Many individual and social problems have moral roots. In the shadow of social ethics, the social security of individuals is maintained. The present study examines the attitude of society towards aging and immorality that have caused negative stereotypes in society. Therefore, realistic expectations and gaining knowledge about the stages of aging reduce anxiety in old age and reduce age discrimination in society. Conclusion Due to the expansion of the population pyramid of the elderly, old age has become more prevalent and has been accepted by society. This acceptance has exposed the elderly to social pressures and negative stereotypes. Gaining insight and knowledge about the process of life and observing social ethics and supporting and planning the government and relevant agencies of the elderly, reduces age discrimination and increases mental health in society.

Abstract: 

Background The existence of moral challenges resulting from political, social and economic crises is an inevitable issue of any society and government. Challenges are not urgent, they gradually turn into crises, and can ultimately pose a serious threat to the sovereignty. The Qajar government was in such a situation, especially after the Constitutional Revolution. Political crises and its intertwining with social crises caused moral challenges in this period, which had a great impact on the downfall of the Qajars. In fact, the main issue of this article is to find a suitable answer to the question: "What role and place did the post-constitutional political crises play in overthrowing the Qajar dynasty? " And what moral challenges did these crises create in this period? And how did these challenges manifest themselves? Conclusion The results of the study indicate that the concentration of moral challenges, political crises and the emergence of other social crises arising from these crises in Iran, the Constitutional Revolution and the inability of the government to compete with powerful social organizations to provide strategies. More efficient survival for social change led to the tendency of social forces to concentrate power and provided the conditions for the fall of the Qajar dynasty and the creation of a powerful and maximum government to resolve crises.

Abstract: 

Background Despite the irreplaceable role of cyberspace in the behaviors of modern society and the importance of observing ethics in it, so far no research has been presented to build a model of practical ethics in this space. The present study examines how ethical laws are enacted in cyberspace. Conclusion By descriptive analysis of the concept of ethics in cyberspace, the perception is that ethics in modern space has four characteristics of self-control, universality, equality and unity. The realm of ethics in cyberspace is a world without borders. The principles of the supremacy of local law should not be taken into account and require new laws. For this reason, articles 3 of the Iranian electronic commerce law, 3 of the model electronic commerce law and 5 of the electronic communications convention are the basis for interpreting the law in cyberspace. This study indicates that the current laws governing cyberspace for some reason. Ethics are far removed from the laws of traditional law. Therefore, new structures are needed to legislate for cyberspace. In a way that enhances our understanding of the realities governing the legal functioning of the computer and obscures the silent, ambiguous, and conflicting aspects of modern law with traditional law.

Abstract: 

Background With the idea of victim protection emerging and the emergence of supportive victimology in the twentieth century, the forgotten position of the victim in the criminal process has been restored and its findings expressed in the form of universal standards for victim protection. Support for the victim is indispensable and indisputable in criminal proceedings. This support has various manifestations that governments are trying to provide at least. The Iranian legislator also in the Criminal Procedure Code of 2013, defining the word "victim" and addressing rights such as the right to be recognized and to be given the right to be victimized have the right to be informed, have immediate and easy access to the criminal justice system; , The right to confidentiality of investigations, compensation of victims, the right to legal aid and assistance and special representation to the victims, the equality of rights of the accused with the equality of arms, the right to medical and psychological protection, the rights of the victim at the stage. Appeal, in line with ethics, has shifted its course toward the moral rights system. And since this orbital ethics in the Iranian penal system has not had such a long history, there is much room for reflection and research. Conclusion The comparative studies in this article show that the aforementioned rights are in accordance with the rights found in the Statute and Rules of Procedure of the International Criminal Court. Therefore, the Code of Criminal Procedure adopted in 2013, despite its theoretical objections and possible problems in Acting, it has sought to have a uniform and ethical view of the rights of the accused and the offender in relation to the former rules of the Iranian judiciary. To this end, it has made assurances that this realization will be possible in the real world. On the one hand, by providing general and general safeguards, it seeks to support the parties to the criminal complaint and on the other hand it provides them with appropriate safeguards appropriate to the status of each party.

Abstract: 

Background The legislative review of the criminal record on the crime of repetition and the severity of the punishment for repeated offenders indicates that the legislator firstly used various laws to include repetition of crime, and in some cases such as drug offenses and for criminal reasons. It has taken into account a certain degree of exacerbation that is markedly different from what is stated in the rules on repeat offenses in Islamic Penal Code. To this end, this article aims to investigate the causes of non-alignment of judicial and legal criminal policy in drug related crimes. Conclusion The most important causes of non-compliance with judicial and legal criminal policy in drug-related crimes can be some of the most unethical and unjust cases, such as imposing severe penalties, especially in the context of the death penalty, inappropriate crime, lack of independence of the judge. Legislative justification for non-compliance with the principles of fair punishment, effectiveness of the judiciary from public opinion, and weaknesses in the means indicated that removing any of these factors can pose significant problems in drug criminal policy. Which eliminates the conflict of legislative criminal policy with judicial criminal policy and thus It has established the state and if it does not take care of these causes, the fight against crime will be disrupted and it will go further than the ethical and justified path it pursues.

Abstract: 

Background Professional ethics is one of the fundamental issues of all human societies. Each organizational set has ethical codes appropriate to the structure of its profession, which is called professional ethics. Familiarity with ethical standards and their application by employees plays an important role in the moral and professional excellence of the organization. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to compare the professional ethics of the staff of the public and private sector nursing homes in Tehran. Method This is a causal-comparative study and its statistical population is all employees of private and public nursing homes in Tehran, which were surveyed using the available sampling method of 225 people. The data collection tool in this research is the standard questionnaire of professional ethics and for data analysis, descriptive statistical methods and t-tests of two independent samples and variance f have been used. Results In this study, it was found that the staff of public nursing homes have a higher level of professional ethics than the staff of private nursing homes and women have a higher level of professional ethics than men and middle-aged people compared to other age groups. Conclusion Attention is felt to the establishment of care centers that can create more humane rather than rational conditions, especially in social services and nursing homes.

Abstract: 

Background The main nature of corporate citizen behaviors includes the idea that corporate citizen behaviors are beneficial behaviors that are critical to improving organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between ethical leadership and individual and organizational corporate citizenship behaviors, with the moderating role of self-efficacy, respect and interaction between manager and employees. Method This research is applied and descriptive-correlational and its population consists of all employees of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. The selected sample consists of 102 people who were selected using available sampling. A standard questionnaire was used to assess the research variables. Also, the period of study is 2017. To analyze the findings in the form of 8 main hypotheses, the method of structural equations by Smart PLS software was used. Results The research findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between ethical leadership and corporate citizen in individual and organizational dimensions. It also positively modulates the self-efficacy, respect and interaction between the manager and the employees of the relationship between the ethical leadership and the corporate citizen in the individual and organizational dimension. Conclusion According to the research findings, it can be said that with increasing the level of ethical leadership, corporate citizen behaviors in individual and organizational dimensions increase and this relationship with moderating variables is also moderated positively. As a result, given the importance of the role of the corporate citizen in the excellence of the organization, it is necessary to pursue the development of professional ethics more carefully.

Abstract: 

Background One of the main factors that play an effective role in creating student satisfaction in education is the observance of educational ethics standards by faculty members. Understanding this important, the present study was conducted to investigate the status of educational ethics of faculty members and its relationship with student education satisfaction. Method The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all students of Farhangian Imam Khomeini University in Gorgan. 294 students were selected using stratified random sampling. Two standard questionnaires of educational ethics and satisfaction with education were used to collect research data. Research data were collected using one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis in SPSS22 statistical software. Results The results of the study showed that the status of observance of educational ethics standards by faculty members is in a good condition. It was also found that there is a positive and significant relationship between the educational ethics of faculty members and studentschr('39') satisfaction with education. Conclusion As a result, observance of educational ethics standards by faculty members can play an important role in increasing student satisfaction.

Abstract: 

Background International tour guides, as the front line of touristschr('39') treatment of the destination community, have a great impact on tourist satisfaction and improve the quality of travel, and moral competencies are important. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of ethical competencies of international tour guides. Method For conducting research, a mixed method based on Delphi technique has been used. The statistical population of the study consists of international tour guides and academic experts in the field of tourism. The number of samples was saturated with the participation of 28 university experts and the tourism industry according to the sampling method. The sampling method was unlikely and purposeful and snowball method was used to identify the experts. The research tool in the first stage (qualitative analysis) was a question in the form of a semi-structured interview and in the second and third stages (quantitative analysis) a researcher-made questionnaire. The Delphi technique was used to analyze the data in the qualitative stage and the Kendall mean and correlation coefficient methods were used in the quantitative stage. Results The ethical competencies of international tour guides obtained based on experts chr('39')opinions include 17 components of positive attitude and gaining touristschr('39') trust, confidentiality, work commitment and lack of cooperation in providing tour services, etc. Conclusion According to experts, moral competencies play a key role in satisfying international tourists, and in order to develop the tourism industry, it is necessary to prioritize the promotion of ethical models in the community of international tour guides. The results obtained in this study can help the managers of tour guidance training centers and tourism schools in empowering and training ethical tour guides.

Abstract: 

Background Ethical values as a subset of organizational culture have a multidimensional interaction on formal and informal relationships and behavioral control of its members. Assessing the impact of aspects of interpersonal relationships and interactions in organizations that are considered as moral dysfunctions, the cause of wasting the organizationchr('39')s talents is the subject of this study. Method The present study is a qualitative research with a phenomenological strategy. The statistical population is a group of contract or official employees of government agencies in North Khorasan Province who have had "experience of wasting talents and skills" in themselves, colleagues, or their subordinate human resources. Twenty samples were randomly selected from 17 government agencies and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed in three steps of open, axial, and selective coding, and the result space was presented accordingly. Results After summarizing, reducing, and coding the data, 11 foci of attention (inner horizon) in the field of extraversion of morality were obtained in the form of 4 interpersonal communication fields (outer horizon). The combination of external and internal horizons led to the creation of 21 descriptive classes. Conclusion The results showed that "managers and higher levels of the organization" with their inefficient interactions in the form of "indifference and lack of support for ideation" and "lack of participation of individuals" play the most important role in wasting the talents of the organization. Communication dysfunctions of "talented people with managers" became the next priority.

Abstract: 

Background Moral intelligence is one of the dimensions of intelligence that can provide a framework for proper human functioning. The purpose of this study is to investigate the position of moral intelligence in the management of organizational trust of credit institutions. Method The research is developmental-applied in terms of purpose and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of method. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes all experts and specialists in management sciences and senior banking managers, 25 of whom were selected by non-probabilistic sampling method (purposive and judgmental). In the quantitative part of the statistical sample, 336 people including all employees of financial and credit institutions of Khorasan Razavi who were selected by two-stage cluster sampling. The main research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was tested formally using exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was assessed with Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient. The value of this coefficient for moral intelligence was 0. 83. The collected data were analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes and structural equations. Results The findings of this study show that moral intelligence in financial and credit institutions of Khorasan Razavi consists of seven components. Ethical intelligence also plays a role in explaining the variance of organizational trust management by 79%. Conclusion One of the factors affecting managerschr('39') trust is their moral intelligence. Based on this, practical suggestions are provided to guide managers and organizational officials.

Abstract: 

Background Professional ethics has been considered by many Iranian organizations in the last decade. Because the roots of many behaviors and activities of managers and professors should be sought in ethics and moral values. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between professional ethics and individual accountability of professors with the mediating role of organizational identity. Method The present study is descriptive-correlation based on structural equation model. The statistical population of the study was all faculty members of Shahid Madani University of Azerbaijan and Bonab with a total of 273 people, of which 151 people were randomly selected as a statistical sample. Standard questionnaires were used to collect information. In order to evaluate the relationships between latent and measured variables in the conceptual model, structural equation modeling was used. Results The results showed that the highest intensity of the causal relationship is related to the relationship between organizational identity and accountability and then the causal relationship between professional ethics and organizational identity. In the present study, the causal relationship between professional ethics and organizational identity was confirmed. At the same time, there was no significant causal relationship between ethics and accountability (P> 0. 01). Also, according to the findings of the present study, the mediating role of organizational identity in the relationship between professional ethics and accountability in the model was confirmed. By confirming the mediating role of organizational identity, professional ethics has an indirect, positive and significant effect on accountability with a coefficient of 0. 36. Conclusion According to the results of the present study, organizational identity directly and professional ethics indirectly provide the basis for strengthening and improving the individual accountability of faculty members in the educational environment.

Abstract: 

Background The study of factors affecting happiness can play an effective role in advancing the goals of the higher education system. Method The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population includes all employees of University of Bu Ali Sina. 208 employees were selected using stratified random sampling method for the study. Three standard questionnaires of work ethic, happiness and emotional commitment were used to collect research data. Data were collected and analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis in LISREL and SPSS statistical software. Results The results showed that the mediating role of emotional commitment in the relationship between work ethic and happiness is positive and significant. Conclusion As a result, to create happiness among employees, we must pay attention to the dimensions of work ethic and emotional commitment.

Background One of the customerchr('39')s utilities in choosing a product is a valid branded one. The brand value is a name, phrase, design, sign or combination of these elements that determines the identity of a production organization and differentiate it from other rivals. Method This study is an applied one in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational one in terms of method of research. The statistical population of this research is all employees and workers of Barez Industrial Group of Kerman. Based on Morganchr('39')s table, 323 people were selected as the statistical sample for the study. Two questionnaires were used to collect the data from the research questionnaire: ethics, corporate identity and corporate performance. The data were analyzed by SPSS24 and Smart pls3 softwares and analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient and regression. Results Research findings indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between quality of product, service quality, price perception, social responsibility, social activity and comfort and performance of the organization. Conclusion Ethical branding affects corporate performance. This means that companies need to focus on ethics and its components in order to improve their performance.

Background Government agencies need to improve the ethical behavior of managers and employees in order for their mission to be effective. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of managerschr('39') moral behavior in the level of social invalidity of employees, considering the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior in government organizations. Method The research method was descriptive correlational. The community consisted of all managers and employees of government agencies in Kohkiloye and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces. Simple random sampling was used to select the samples and the number of samples studied in this study was 375 people. To test the research hypotheses, standard questionnaires were used to measure managerschr('39') moral behavior, citizenship behavior, organizational behavior, and social-vanity. In order to analyze the data with Smart-PLS software, the method of structural equation analysis and path analysis using the least squares method (PLS) was used. Results The results showed that managers chr('39')ethical behavior has a negative and significant relationship with employeeschr('39') social futility. The results also show that managerschr('39') ethical behavior has a positive and significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. The results of a negative and significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior with social invalidity and moral behavior of managers with social invalidity of employees according to the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior are also confirmed. Conclusion Managers of public organizations can use ethical behaviors and behaviors such as building trust, meritocracy, excellence, supportive behaviors, thoughtful behaviors, knowledge sharing and respectful behavior with co-managers and developing interpersonal relationships. Friendship, chivalry, humility and modesty have increased employee conscientiousness and virtue, the promotion of which will lead to a reduction in immorality and social futility.

Abstract: 

Background The importance of promoting job motivation in the workplace has led to the study of factors affecting it. Employeeschr('39') psychological maturity has received less attention as an important factor. On the other hand, work ethics or value tendency to work is a very important factor that is examined in this study as a mediator. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating role of work ethic (value tendency to work) in relation to psychological maturity and job motivation of employees of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2017. Method The method of this research is descriptive-correlation in terms of method and its statistical population is all staff of Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences (N=746), 256 of whom using Morgan table and random stratified method were uses as samples group. Data collection tool was three standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed. For data analysis, structural equation modeling method and Amos and SPSS software were used. Results The results showed that the psychological maturity of employees and their job motivation are related. Also, the relationship between mental maturity and job motivation was confirmed according to the mediating role of value orientation to work. Conclusion According to the findings, it can be concluded that the growth of employeeschr('39') mental maturity and their value orientation to work, leads to an increase in job motivation in the workplace.

Abstract: 

Background Concerns about how to educate students ethically will be addressed by evaluating the authorschr('39') performance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the authors of celestial message books based on the reflection of the components of the value explanation approach. Method This research was conducted with a combination of documentary study methods, fuzzy Delphi and content analysis. The research community consisted of texts related to the research topic. The statistical population, in addition to the textbooks of the heavenly messages of the first year of high school, included professors working in the universities of Hamadan province in the fields of education, psychology and theology, 40 of whom were purposefully selected as a statistical sample. Were. All the contents of the mentioned books were examined by counting method. The sampling method was available from the research community and continued until it reached theoretical saturation. Fish, researcher-made questionnaire and researcher-made content analysis checklist were used for data collection and Shannon and TOPSIS entropy methods were used for data analysis. Results The findings indicate that experts have agreed on 10 components of the value explanation approach and the performance status of the authors of 7th, 8th and 9th grade celestial message books based on the reflection of the components of the explanation approach. The values in the content of the mentioned books are ranked 3, 2 and 1, respectively. Conclusion Distribution of components of the value explanation approach that could have a significant impact on the moral education of students in order to clarify moral values in the face of value conflicts, in the content of celestial message books as It is unbalanced. Therefore, the performance of the authors of the mentioned books based on the reflection of the components of the mentioned approach needs to be reconsidered.

Abstract: 

Background Accurate and timely disclosure of information is one of the most important tools for company managers to reduce the cost of capital. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of managerschr('39') ownership in the relationship between the disclosure of corporate social and moral responsibility and the cost of equity in companies listed on the Tehran stock exchange. Method In terms of purpose, this research is a part of applied research and in terms of nature, it is descriptive with emphasis on correlational relations and is in the field of post-event studies and is based on real information of financial statements. Companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange constitute the statistical community. Using the systematic elimination method, 95 companies were surveyed during the period 2010-2014. Research tools included corporate financial statements and accompanying notes. To test the hypotheses, multivariate regression was used using panel data method, t-test was used to determine the significance of the relationship between dependent variables and the independent variable, and Fisher test was used to test the significance of the general relationship between regression equations. Data were analyzed using EViews software. Results There is a significant negative relationship between corporate social and moral responsibility and equity costs. Ownership of managers has a negative effect on the relationship between social responsibility and the cost of equity. Conclusion Corporate social responsibility is expected to reduce the cost of financing and ultimately increase the value of the company. Ownership of managers will intensify this relationship. Ignoring environmental and social issues can create problems for the organization and affect its mission and success.

Abstract: 

Background The development of the insurance industry and the accounting system are two important pillars of economic development of any country and the ethical responsibility of auditors requires them to reduce the risk of their activities. The present study has developed a hierarchical analysis of the components affecting the professional liability insurance of auditors in order to develop the context of ethical principles. Method The present study is among the qualitative researches. The statistical population of the study is 30 expert members of the Association of Certified Public Accountants and senior insurance managers in Iran. Due to the limited statistical population, the present study did not have a sampling method. Data were collected using interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire. Finally, Delphi technique, matrix (SWOT), hierarchical analysis process (AHP) was used to analyze the data. Results The results of applying the Analysis of Hierarchical Process (AHP) showed that among the strengths, the component of transferring the risks of professional activists, among the weaknesses, the imperfect component and the ambiguity of laws and regulations, among the opportunities, the component of need. In the future, and among the challenges, the low priority component of the low insurance culture is the community. Conclusion Given the strengths identified for the development of auditorschr('39') professional liability insurance (transferring the risks of accounting and auditing practitioners, enhancing auditing activities and reducing audit risk and the potential population of auditors and affiliates), weaknesses (current laws and regulations, qualifications for the principles of damage recognition and non-compliance with professional standards), opportunities (community need for new types of insurance, investors chr('39')need for auditorschr('39') reports and insurance market development) and challenges (low insurance culture, unknown). The concept of audit risk for the judiciary and the ignorance of society and capital Investors rules) must provide for the development of this type of insurance in the country.

Abstract: 

Background Employeeschr('39') performance is considered by managers due to its prominent role in achieving the goals of the organization and successful organizations make great efforts to identify and manage the factors affecting the performance and behavior of employees and achieve this success by providing these factors. Increase the performance of your employees (both in terms of quantity and quality). Therefore, in the present study, researchers seek to answer the question: "Is ethical leadership related to the performance of Melli Bank employees in Guilan province? And do role-playing behavior and the moral climate mediate this relationship? Method This research is descriptive-correlative in terms of method and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study consisted of 1400 employees of Melli Bank of Guilan province, and its sample included 318 people who were selected by non-probability method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was validated. Data analysis was performed using the least squares method using spss24 and smartpls2 software. Results The results show that ethical leadership is related to the job performance of Melli Bank employees in Guilan province through its role-playing behavior and ethical atmosphere. The relationship between moral climate and role-playing behavior was also confirmed. In this study, the hypothesis of a direct relationship between ethical leadership and job performance was not confirmed. Conclusion According to the findings, senior managers of Melli Bank in Guilan province and even in the country as a whole and by holding training courses, should emphasize the need to pay attention to ethics, so that they can benefit from its positive results at the individual and organizational level.

Abstract: 

Background For years, philosophers and psychologists seek to explain why people behave in ethical or unethical practices. This study was aimed to determine the causal model fitness of relationship between the dark triad and utilitarian moral judgment, with the mediating role of honesty/humility and empathy. Method This study was a descriptive-correlation research. Statistical society of this study was all female secondary high-school students in Birjand. Among them, 288 students were selected by random cluster sampling method. Four standard questionnaires were used to collect data. Furthermore, Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis were used to test the main hypothesis of the study. Results Results showed that although the initial proposed models do not fit data well, but after removing non-significant paths and applying the correction indices of model, just empathy mediated the relationship between dark tetrad and utilitarian moral judgment. Honesty/humility doesn’ t play any role in this relationship. Conclusion These findings confirmed findings of previous research and provided practical recommendations for professionals and therapists in working with individuals with high scores on narcissism, Machiavellianism and psychopaths and considering the role of empathy in moderating this relationship.

Abstract: 

Background Procrastination is a common phenomenon among people as well as in the workplace and among employees in organizations who spend time with delays in completing some tasks and some have made this time their way of life. Method This research is applied in terms of purpose and the research design is descriptive correlation. The statistical population is the staff of the Rural Cooperative Organization of Kurdistan Province, whose number is 330 people. Using the Cochranchr('39')s formula, the sample size was determined to be 178 people, and to eliminate the effects of missing, incomplete, etc. questionnaires, about another ten percent of the sample size. Initial was added and finally 195 questionnaires were completed by the staff of the Rural Cooperative Organization of Kurdistan Province by simple random sampling with complete information. Pearson correlation and multiple regression methods were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Results The research findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between professional ethics with dimensions (responsibility, honesty and respect for others, justice and compassion and loyalty) and social anomie (procrastination). Conclusion The results indicate that by adhering to the principles of professional work ethic can be reduced procrastination in the organization and by institutionalizing these principles in the organization leads to increased organizational efficiency and reduced client dissatisfaction.

Background Lifestyle is a very important concept that is often used to express lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between "lifestyle" and "professional ethics" of teachers. Method The present study was conducted by descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population includes all primary school teachers in Noorabad (N=394), which through Morgan table, 194 teachers were selected as a research sample using stratified random sampling. The research instruments were "Lifestyle Scale (LSQ)" and "Kadozir Professional Ethics Scale". Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. Results The results showed that there is a significant relationship between lifestyle and dimensions of professional ethics. Conclusion Based on the results of the present study, it can be said that improving the lifestyle among teachers can increase the level of professional ethics in them.

Abstract: 

Background In the present era, observing ethical principles as one of the effective factors in reducing psychosocial factors and improving the decision-making system of managers in the organization is of particular importance. The aim of the present study is to mediate the role of psychosocial factors in the relationship between professional ethics and decisions of education directors in Shiraz District 4. Method The research method is descriptive-correlation. The study population consisted of managers and executive staff of education in the 4th district of Shiraz, which was selected using stratified sampling method, 200 of them. To collect data, Kadozir Professional Ethics Questionnaire, Lindostrom psychosocial factors and Kasol ethical decision questionnaire were used. In order to analyze the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, one-group t-test, Pearson torque correlation coefficient, and structural equation modeling were used. Results Findings showed that the three main variables of research (professional ethics, psychosocial factors, decision making) have a positive and significant relationship (p <0. 01). Conclusion Moral values, in addition to reducing and improving psychosocial factors in an organization, play an important role in increasing the power and decision making power of managers.
