This research is considers the relationship of quality work life with the employees' performance of urban planning deputy, municipality of Tehran, Dist.4. Quality work life i s including 8 factors and employees' performance is including 7 factors, which for evaluating the quality work life, the Walton model and for evaluating employee's performance, Ochio model are used. The method of research in this investigation is Descriptive-measuring. Relative Statistic population includes urban planning employees, municipality of Tehran, Dist.4, they are 68 persons and because of statistic population's limitation in this research, census is used. For collecting information, the library and application methods are used. The applications including two parts: 1- quality work life, 2-employees' performance. The application of quality work life has 29 question s and application of employees' performance has 17 questions, with the spectrum of 5 Lycret options.For analyzing of present research data, two statistic methods of descriptive and perceptive are applied, and in the perceptive statistics part, Kai Do Karl Pirsen Test, correlation Twakendal and Freadman are applied. Results from research hypothesis shows that there is a meaningful relationship between the factors of quality work life with employees' performance. In other words, the amount of employees' operation i s affected by increasing or decreasing of everyone of quality work life ' s factor, Thus, the organization can promote employees' operation by improving these factors.
