Abstract: 

The main purpose of present research is to investigate the effects of CRM technology (consist of technology, human and business resources) and customer orientation on customer- linking capabilities.The methodology of this research is of survey- descriptive type, in which data collection was accomplished by a questionnaire. The population under study included 162 top managers and executive managers, in Alborz Insurance Company.The obtained data were Analyzed using CFA approach, SEM and Path Analyses by LISREL soft ware.According to the findings, CRM technology and customer orientation have a positive effect on the customer- linking capabilities and business resources is the most effective observed variations.

Abstract: 

In the knowledge-based economy, the products and organizations exist and extinct based on knowledge and the most successful organizations are those that utilize these intangible assets better and faster. Studies have shown that unlike the efficiency reduction of traditional resources (such as money, land, machinery and etc.), knowledge is indeed the source of enhancement of business performance. From the strategic standpoint, knowledge and intellectual capital are currently being applied to create and increase the organizational value; hence the success of an organization depends on its capacity to manage this scarce resource. Accordingly, this study will discuss the role of knowledge management and intellectual capital in achievement of competitive advantage in SAIPA Corporation. The results of tests conducted using Pearson correlation test as well as regression analysis indicated the significant positive impact of knowledge management, intellectual capital and their features on achievement of competitive advantage. Besides, the features of the two main study variables are ranked using Friedman test. Among these features, knowledge management, knowledge sharing and transfer along with knowledge acquisition and knowledge storage are selected as the most important sub-criteria, and among the intellectual capital components; relational and human capital have more intensity compared with the other variables. As a final point, T-test indicated that organizational learning is the only variable which is not at desirable level amongst all the study variables.

Abstract: 

This paper examines the relative value-relevance of both earnings and book value in the presence of three alternative sources of earnings management: short-term discretionary accruals, long-term discretionary accruals, and total discretionary accruals. For firm’s whose discretionary accruals indicate earnings management, the value-relevance of earnings is expected to be lower than for firms without earnings management. Furthermore, in the presence of earnings management, it is expected that there will be a shift from a reliance on earnings to a reliance on book value in the valuation process. This would be reflected in a decrease in the value-relevance of earnings and an increase in the value-relevance of book value.Discretionary accruals are commonly used as a measure of earnings management. A contribution of this paper is the development of models to estimate short-term and long-term discretionary accruals. This enables investigation of differential effect on value-relevance of earnings management through the use of short-term versus long-term discretionary accruals.The results demonstrate that earnings management has an impact on value-relevance.Moreover, earnings management via long-term discretionary accruals has a greater impact on the value-relevance of earnings and book value than earnings management via short-term discretionary accruals.

Abstract: 

This research is considers the relationship of quality work life with the employees' performance of urban planning deputy, municipality of Tehran, Dist.4. Quality work life i s including 8 factors and employees' performance is including 7 factors, which for evaluating the quality work life, the Walton model and for evaluating employee's performance, Ochio model are used. The method of research in this investigation is Descriptive-measuring. Relative Statistic population includes urban planning employees, municipality of Tehran, Dist.4, they are 68 persons and because of statistic population's limitation in this research, census is used. For collecting information, the library and application methods are used. The applications including two parts: 1- quality work life, 2-employees' performance. The application of quality work life has 29 question s and application of employees' performance has 17 questions, with the spectrum of 5 Lycret options.For analyzing of present research data, two statistic methods of descriptive and perceptive are applied, and in the perceptive statistics part, Kai Do Karl Pirsen Test, correlation Twakendal and Freadman are applied. Results from research hypothesis shows that there is a meaningful relationship between the factors of quality work life with employees' performance. In other words, the amount of employees' operation i s affected by increasing or decreasing of everyone of quality work life ' s factor, Thus, the organization can promote employees' operation by improving these factors.

Abstract: 

This study is to evaluate the relationship between the commercial managers creativity and the rate of sales in auto parts manufactures. It is considered as a practical survey in the field of figuring the problem and setting the aim, also as a correlated one in finding the base essentially. Indeed, it includes an investigation to find a way in order to achieve a relationship between items involved in occurrence a phenomenon which mentioned above the relationship between creativity of commercial managers and sale proportions. Moreover, the performance method was scaling style of using questionnaire as a common tool which was sent to all of statistical society, then 64 filled ones were delivered and examined carefully. Afterwards the items were estimated in justifiability which was confirmed by related professionals with slight modification, in addition, the stability was calculated with Kronbach alpha ratio which is 0.89 and 0.79 in creativity and sale indexes respectively and obviously ascertain the qualification of this evaluating method. In conclusion, the results indicate the existence of a meaningful correlation between creativity of commercial managers and sale rates. However, having considered the constructional, cultural and population resources varieties, resulted in identification of constructional variety influence as the most noticeable and substantial one on the sale rates.

Abstract: 

With Computer science progresses and Development of Computer networks and internet, it has become popular to apply these technologies for business purposes, and the number of online stores and online shoppers is increasing rapidly. Since in today’s competitive environment it’s vital for e-businesses to absorb and maintain costumers therefore it’s important to understand the consumer’s online shopping behavior And identify factors related to online shopping behavior. Motivation is One of the influencing factors on shopping behavior. This study investigates internet shopping motivation of consumers and study factors that attract internet shoppers in tehran to shop online from both utilitarian and hedonic perspectives. This study also investigates the influence of these motivations on search intention and purchase intention of internet shoppers in Tehran whom shop from Iranian online stores. The main goal of this research is to ascertain which factors with how much importance would influence online shopping motivation of consumers in Tehran and also which one of these motivations (utilitarian and hedonic) would have more influence on search intention and purchase intention of consumers. Six utilitarian values and five hedonic values were examined in this research and also the influence of utilitarian and hedonic motivations on search intention and purchase intention were examined.Two methods were used for gathering information’s. Literature research and survey research were performed for gathering information. In survey research, questionnaire was used to collect data. For assessing questionnaire’s validity expert’s opinion was considered and for assessing reliability cronbach’s alpha was used. For data analysis Pearson’s correlation and regression were used. This study finds that internet shopping is influenced by utilitarian and hedonic motivations.Utilitarian motivation is more powerful than hedonic motivation for online shoppers and it has more influence on search and purchase intention. While hedonic motivation has indirect effect on purchase intention. It leads to purchase intention via search intention. Utilitarian motivation is influenced by cost saving and convenience while Hedonic motivation is influenced by adventure.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is 10 investigate the impact of individual factors (organizational commitment, Upward mobility) and managerial factors such as behavioral control system and (feedback, recognition, participation in decision making as three variables that influence on salespeople's motivation to marketing intelligence activities) and the impact of motivation on tinal dependent variable (salespeople's behavioral effort) By studying no salespeoples of siapagroup company. The test of the proposed model shows that individual and managerial factors play influential roles in structuring both motivation and behavioral effort toward marketing intelligence by salespeople. According to results of this research motivation toward marketing intelligence activates most influenced by feedhack and salespeople's behavioral effort most influenced by organizational commitment.

Abstract: 

This research mainly deals with goal and objective and recognition of organizational structure for empower ment of ability of the employee, in Tehran. In this research on one hand the theories and concepts of Stephan Robbins and on the other clear thinkers as to organizational structure variable and its binders and factors and on the other hand based on theory of psychological capability empower ment of spritzer, the dimensions of capability empower ment defined and recognized and existing the relation between two variables of organizational structure (independent variable) were studied. This research is considered of applicable research type and the methodology is of fact finding and of correlation type. In this research for recognition of relation between research variables, the sparman correlation testing and for study of relation between variable changes the organizational structure by capability empowerment and also prediction of amount of this variable we analized regression.In this research the required data were achieved through questionnaire, library and internet sources. With consideration to the fact that the individuals of the studied statistical society are grouped in different branches (organizational units.) the sampling method is cluster random method, the studies and testing dimensions of organizational structure by capability empower ment of employees in Tehran. Also the average of different dimensions of organizational structure wew not achieved aqual in different educational levels and working records, while in sex and age factors, it was the same in employees.Also the findings indicate that dimensions of concentration and recognition of organizational structure dimensions enjoy high mechanical degree in Tehran but the testing for complexity dimension indicate low complexity degree of structure and finally based on results of research hypothesis the relation between organizational structure and capability empowerment of employees were proved but it must be considered that this relation is in reverse from i.e. by increasing the organizational structural degree and movement decreased, so the structure respect must turn toward organic and flexibility that the capability of employees to be increased. Study of organizational structure with capability empowerment of employees in Tehran.

Abstract: 

Property makes up a large part of the assets of state in Iran. A large sum of public money is s pent on renewal of it each year.Governmental property includes property that all public, ministries organizations, institutes and firms have purchased or lawfully owned it and maybe own. According to Supreme Audit Court law all ministries and public organizations are responsible for maintenance and preservation of moveable property of Stat e and minis try of economic affairs and finance should administer these affairs, To do so, Public Property and Securities Office, An Independent unit in the Department of Finanee and Treasury, constantly a udits all governmental bodies. This research aims to evaluate the role of aforementioned office in maintaining and preservation of governmental property; therefore we selected yo experts of statistical population randomly and evaluated research hypotheses using a sample T test. The conclusion was; there is a significant relationship between the performance of Public Property and Securities Office and preservation of movable property.

Abstract: 

This study is about the effect of Organizational Commitment upon Turneover of personnel. Statistic Social in this research is the personnel of M.C.Pars Company and statical sample is consist of 196 emploees from social organization. Allen & Meyer model have been used in analysis of organizational commitment, beside using Thomlinson & Jenkins model in analyzing turneover of personnel and also Spearman correlation Test has been used for analysis datas and hypothesis test of research. LISREL software was used to make our conceptual model so that bringing a goodness of fit embracing measuring the variables through confirmatory factor analysis methodology and defining the relationships among variables by using structural equation and casual models. In attention to the conclusions of the basic hypothesis of research and subsidiary hypothesis are indicate that the meaningful negative correlation between Organizational Commitment and its components: Affective commitment, Continuance commitment and Normative commitment with Turneover of personnel. Also the second basic hypothesis of research results showed in between components Organizational Commitment, Affective commitment has the most significant negative effect on Turneover. Normative commitment and Continuance commitment are the next. Also between Moderator variables, job grad and contract are powerful Moderator, gender and record of service are week Moderator.
