Introduction: In organizations with a large volume of operational missions such as the police organization, the loss of human resources due to damage during the performance of the duties causes disturbance in the organization's lower lines, which, in addition to financial loss, causes inability the organization is prepared to maintain optimal missions. Therefore, occupational safety is one of the essential aspects of the efficiency of the police organization. The purpose of this study is to provide strategies for the development of police officers' safety and to answer the question of which strategies can be presented for the development of safety in the police missions? Method: This research is an applicable research method and it is qualitative in the way of SWOT. First, by studying the documents and using the intellectual hurricane of the elite, a list of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and external threats in employee safety development was extracted, and in the next steps, with recurrences and direct elites, in each one From the data, the coefficient of significance and the relevant ranking were determined. After calculating the coefficients, priorities were determined, and finally, appropriate strategies were presented regarding the development and enhancement of safety of the employees. The statistical community includes the police elite, among whom 27 were chosen by purposeful method. The data were analyzed by SWOT method Findings: The findings of this study show that the police have the strengths and opportunities to develop and enhance the safety of the staff in pursuit of their goals and, in the present circumstances, have a good context for implementing aggressive strategies for development and there is an increase in employee safety levels. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that police, by focus on internal strengths and taking advantage of external opportunities, can reduce the extent of external threats and, on the other hand, by revising in-house programs and addressing vulnerabilities and weaknesses. The use of comparative advantages can be a major step in the development and increase of safety levels and increase productivity and development of public order.
