Systematic random sampling was conducted following the determination of the contribution of each city to the total sample size. TALENT MANAGEMENT was considered as the main variable and demographic characteristics of the personnel as the background variables. Data was collected using a questionnaire the validity and reliability of which were approved through factor analysis (P<0.05) and Cronbach’s Alpha (a=0.93).
