Abstract

The main objective of this article was to study relationship between entrepreneurship and its components with organizational commitment in UNIVERSITY personnel. Upon creational studies, administrating organizational commitment and applying entrepreneurship questionnaires on personnel at Islamic Azad UNIVERSITY, Roudehen branch. 146 were collected as a finalized data. In general, the stepwise regression analysis showed that by using entrepreneurship and its components, the researchers could predict organizational commitment.
