Title

EFFECTIVE FACTORS ON JOB MOTIVATION OF MANAGERS

Abstract

 This study considers the effective factors on strengthening the job MOTIVATION viewpoint educational managers, teachers, experts of center and educational management and experts of teaching with (Doctorate degree). For selecting sample group of introducer and also increasing the care of measuring, the study used stage random sampling method by number of 587 peoples were selected from this numbers, 249 managers (120 women and 129 men), 226 teachers (112 women and 114 men), 67 center experts (8 women and 59 men), and 45 experts of education (21 women and 24 men). Measurement tool of study is 79 questions questionnaire made by researcher. This questionnaire is gathered by help of MOTIVATION theory and considering MOTIVATION texts and the findings of previous researches and then based on Delphi technique in three stages for experts of education, was sent. In the end by help of respectful adviser and consulter masters was edited. In this study the reliability of measurement tool was calculated by Chronbakh Alpha method. And the reliability of whole test was equal to 0/99. The results of factor analyzing showed that the effective factors on strengthening the job MOTIVATION of managers are as follow: first agent: self-blossoming (51%) by 28 indexes. Second agent: social agent (7/9%) by 22 indexes. Third agent: self- confidence (3/2%) by 17 indexes. Fourth agent: suitable job characteristics (2/2%) by 4 indexes. Fifth agent: physiologic (1/8%) by 4 indexes. Sixth agent: RICHNESS OF JOB (1/6%) by 4 indexes.Finally these 6 factors account 68 percents of variance of management MOTIVATION.
