The aim of this research was to study the role of belief to future world and belief in the just future world in the relationship between belief in the just world for self and others and belief in an unjust world with health. Research statistical population was the psychology female students of Islamic Azad University, Khorasgan (Esfahan), among them, 267 persons were selected via non- random sampling and responded to the belief in future world questionnaire, belief in the just future world questionnaire, belief in the just world for self and others questionnaires, belief in an unjust world questionnaire and health scale. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between belief in future world and belief in the just future world with just world for self and others, belief in an unjust world and health (p>0.05).The results of hierarchical regression analysis revealed that belief in just future world has been moderate with the relationship between belief in an unjust world with health. That is, when belief in just future world was low, there was significant relationship between belief in an unjust world and health, but when belief in just future world is high, there was not a significant relationship between belief in an unjust world and health.
