Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is to propose a mathematical model for investigating the effective factors on inter and intera organization cooperation amongst related firms in transit of Iran.This model is composed of eight stage conceptual variables such as cost, time, physical distance, route capacity, training, cooperation of related firmsin transit, marketing and rules. Therefore, a population of 70 members is studied and 58 persons helped in collecting data. The required data are collected using interviews and filling questionnaires with 89% reliability. Then, the regression model is obtained using data gathered from questionnaires and interviews with alfa Cronbach and correlation statistical tests via SPSS software. The results show statistically significant relationship between the 8 independent variables and dependent variables (related firms in transit). Meanwhile, the effectiveness of variables physical distance, route capacity and rules not verified. A comprehensive discussion is followed by the results to clarify different aspects of the study. Also, some future study points are stated.

Abstract: 

In this research, accruals in the quality description of accepted companies in Tehran Stock Exchange has reviewed, and the relationship between the quality of output through accruals items and components of that with normal output of profit have been studied, the study included 109 companies during the period 2004 to 2007. Accruals are divided to optional and non-optional components.To determine the relationship between quality of profit and stock output three hypotheses has been tested.The main objectives of this study are as follows: lf stock output is influenced by the quality of companies profits?Whether affective factors and the different components of outputs quality have effect on output stock of companies?To check the statistical assumptions in this way that first correlation coefficient between the dependent and independent variables and significant coefficients calculated based on the type and intensity of relation based on the distribution chart, and the underlying assumptions included homogenous variance through distribution graph, normal review by Kolmogorov Simonov test and statistic independent. The result show there are significant differences between the efficiency of those companies their accruals are reported to the lowest and highest amount.

Abstract: 

This research under following identification of dimensions and efficient indices on each of outsourcing dimensions of organizational processes with focus on the dimension of economic and technical risk so as to provide a decision making model with approach of using an analytical hierarchy process, decision makers could be helped in choosing the best outsourcing method. Research population is 30 managers and expert of planning and control of turbine manufacturing and engineering company (MAPNA). Increased efficacy, improved answering, and increased flexibility against market fluctuations and varied demands of customers, achieving to skills and technologies outside the organization, releasing industries for focusing on the organization's key capacities and other cases are among reason that drive the organizations toward outsourcing their activities. Used to nom inal team technique identified outsourcing dimensions of organizational processes.Researches findings showed that: 1- dimensions of quality, economic and technical risk, delivery and technology are not equally important in outsourcing of organizational processes.2- Economic and technical risk dimension is the most important aspect in outsourcing og organizational processes of the relevant company.3- the most important index in outsourcing of organizational processes is the index of sociopolitical conditions from economic and technical risk perspective.4- the most important index in outsourcing organizational processes in the index of service quality from quality aspect.5- the most important index in outsourcing of organizational processes is the index of manufacturing technology aspect.6- the most important index in outsourcing organizational processes are the index of quick answering from delivery perspective. and finally the best method of outsourcing is outsourcing of third contractor. Increased efficacy, improved answering, and increased flexibility against market fluctuations and varied demands of customers, achieving to skills and technologies outside the organization, releasing industries for focusing on the organization's key capacities and other cases are among reason that drive the organizations toward outsourcing their activities. In this article first we deal with this issue and importance of research and then provide the objectives and hypotheses of research. and finally we provide results and recommendations.

Abstract: 

Strategic marketing management aims to ensure that a companys offerings create superior value for target customers in a way that enables the company to achieve their strategic goals.Optimizing value for target customers key principle that serves as foundation for all marketing activities. Thus, Management customer value is a pivotal element of a company's strategy. Because customers are the ultimate source of value for the company.The purpose of this research is to determine the dimensionality of concept of perceived value in banking sector. Therefore, this study has developed effective model and tool for evaluation customer perceived value to Banking services in Tehran.Thus, to determination of dimensions the customer perceived value in banking services has been developed a structured questionnaire with 24 items.According to the findings of the research, three dimensions are identified that are determinants to the customer perceived value in banking services of customers viewpoint. Perceived value is found to be a multidimensional construct of three dimensions: Functional value, Monetary value, psychological value. A Scale of perceived value in financial services was obtained, composed of three dimensions.

Abstract: 

One of the qualitative characteristics of accounting information to assist users in predicting future cash flows of the input units and consequently the economic return of investment is forecast. According to efficient market assumptions in poor performance levels, efficiency of accounting information can be a significant relationship. In this study the relationship between certain financial ratios and stock returns in the Tehran Exchange for the years 1387 till 1389 has been studied.Ratios of the five groups the activity ratios, profitability liquidity, capital structure, credit risk was: stock returns for a 12 month period was calculated. To test hypotheses regarding the relationship linear correlation analysis was used. Data analysis showed that for the entire abnk between activity ratios, liquidity, profitability, capital structure, credit risk banks stock returns there is no significant relationship. Should be expressed so that the total financial relationship between the ratio of stock returns is very weak. Considering the current market in Tehran, which results in such markets believe that even low levels of efficiency they are also lower, can be used to predict output variables, are incompatible. So it seems that Iranian investors along with the ratios of the other factors to ente in their decision model.

Abstract: 

In current paper, the influence of "interface of site", "navigation of site", "content of site", "reliability" and "technical variables" on e-cornmerce web sites attractiveness were surveyed. A questionnaire includes 24 questions designed and after proving its validity and reliability, distributed among statistical samples (customers of organizations which are active in e-cornmerce).By utilizing LISREL software, the positive and meaningful effects of al variables apart from “navigation of site” on e-cornrnerce attractiveness were proved.Then by applying Pearson test from SPSS software, the correlationship between all variables were surveyed in which the correlationship between "reliability" and "interface of site" (-0.329) and "reliability" and "content of site" (-0.545) were reverse. Other correlations were positive and meaningful.

Abstract: 

Modern Organizations are dependent on factors such as ability, creativity and innovation of their human resources, to survive and challenge the existing norms. With the rapid advancements of the industries in global competition, the importance of entrepreneurial thinking and processes in organizations has been emphasized more than before and the managers and planners of organizations needs to provide an appropriate basis for educating and building entrepreneurship spirit among the staff, to survive, deal with challenges and development, that one of the necessary bases is the appropriate organizational structure. In the current research, the relationship between organizational structure and entrepreneurship has been evaluated. Accordingly, the main goal of this study is the organizational and structure and entrepreneurship that the organizational factors include formalization, complexity and concentration on the extent of line and staff, and the organizational entrepreneurship factors have been evaluated in the extent of line and staffas well. To achieve the purposes stated above and to identify the relationship between the factors of organizational structure and entrepreneurship after the design and development of research model, the hypotheses (assumptions) was presented and finally in order to evaluate the main goal of the research, one question and three sub-hypothesis were created The results of the research have shown that, there is a significant relationship between the components of organizational structure (concentration, & formalization) and organizational entrepreneurship in the extent of line and staff But no such significant relationship was observed between the complexity and organizational entrepreneurship.

One of the most prominent features that It is one of the could help manageres in the this respect is Emotional Intelligence.Features that can enormously play an important role in relationships between managers and members of an organization. Scholars have found that E1 is more important than JQ for a manager. It is worth mentioning that the emotional intelligence capabilities are not essentially inherent but can be learned. without management capabilities of EI ,managers and authorities would likely fail in their jobs. For the following reasons, communication effective is an important skill in management: -Managers should instruct and guide the staff- Managers should be capable to motivate the staffMansgers should be capable to convinc their customers to engage in trade with -them.-Managers should be capable to persuade others -Managers having emotional intelligence are most efficient as they fulfill their goal with optimum benefits and the satisfaction and commitment of the staff the studies have shown that the managers capable of communicating efficiently with their human resources are likely to get ahead of the others in future.

Abstract: 

The lack of a coherent system of performance evaluation is one of the major matters with which the University of the Country are faced. Every dynamic education and research system requires evaluated performance to meet any kinds of change and transformation, and one of the important components of performance evaluation is the efficiency measurement. Data envelopment analysis is a mathematical and managerial technique for evaluating the efficiency of Decision Making Units (DMUs) with multiple inputs and outputs, and it can be employed in measuring the different parts efficiency of university. Although the classic DEA method merely classifies DMUs into efficient and inefficient groups, however it does not perform full-ranking that is the major defect for this method.Therefore, the hybrid methods, such as DEA-ANP is designed to eliminate this limitation of DE A method. In this article, an extensive computational study is made in order to compare the efficiency in two educational and research parts of seventeen faculties of Science and Research Islamic Azad University for the academic year 1388 -1389. The results show that presented hybrid method is an appropriate and efficient method for evaluation and full ranking of organization.
