The aim of the present study was the relationship between organization agility, self-esteem organization and morale and job satisfaction, principal's secondary schools for government girls. The study was descriptive and correlation. The population of this research all girls secondary school principals were of Tabriz in 2016-2017, according to the Department of Education, 126 of them are. To select sample of managers and 95 managers were randomly selected and evaluated according to Morgan. To collect the data, Minnesota job satisfaction, morale managers Mirkamali, self-esteem-organization Pierce and et al and organization agility Spitzer was used. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, and correlation and regression analysis were used. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and morale managers, self-esteem-organization and organization agility. Meanwhile, self-esteem-organization and organization agility capable of criterion variables predict job satisfaction in managers. Therefore, in addition to providing facilities to accommodate the needs of managers, training and increased self-esteem, organization agility, morale managers increased their job satisfaction.
