Abstract

 This research aims at studying the relationship between managers. EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE with the EMPOWERMENT of MAN POWER in East Azarbaijan Province PAYAME NOOR UNIVERSITY. The Research method was descriptive. Correlation and Statistical population included all the manager and employees of East Azarbaijan Province PAYAME NOOR UNIVERSITY using random cluster sampling; the researcher has picked up 80 employees and 20 managers as the statistical sample. To gather the data, two standard questionnaires (Baron’s EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and spreitzers EMPOWERMENT) were used. Using the software of SPSS and through multiple regression analysis, independent T-Test, single-sample t and the analyses of variance, the research led to the following results: There was Very effective and high correlation between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE of managers and EMPOWERMENT of MAN POWER. Also the mastery of MAN POWER and rate of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE of the managers of East Azarbaijan Province PAYAME NOOR UNIVERSITY was higher than the average level.
