Abstract: 

Unreliability of financial statements in Iran has urged this country's financial services industry management to manipulate practices by which they could gain reliable risk scores for borrowers. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the qualitative risk score of relationship lending in banking sector of Iran. This research extracts the most influential qualitative factors that would impact the default of a business borrower. Solicitation of the factors is done through Delphi methodology. As a case study, lending relationships of a private bank, Karafarin Bank (KB), and hundreds of its relationship borrowers (some being creditworthy clients and some having past dues), are examined and the credit committee of the bank is asked to rate these companies according to extracted attributes found by this research through Delphi method. The relationship risk score of these companies are then derived and analyzed. The analysis of the firms' risk scores reveals useful managerial implications on how to better manage B2B relationships by distinguishing low risk and high risk borrowers.

Abstract: 

Considering current situation and approaching one, Car-component Manufacturers should choose an appropriate strategy so that this strategy can help them survive in competitive market of manufacturing. Sahand Khodro Company as a small car-component manufacturer, is located in industrial town of Shahid Rajaie in Tabriz. Comprehensive frame work for strategy formulation is used to formulate Sahand khodro company's strategy. In initiating stage, Sahand Khodro Company’s mission statement is determined and then at input stage, EFE matrix and IFE matrix are inserted. We have formulated SWOT matrix and IE matrix at matching stage based on acquired information through previous stages. At decision making stage various choices of strategies that had been identified at matching stage were evaluated using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) by empirical methods and out of any subjectivity in opinion. The best strategy was chosen for the company that is: strategic coalition with competitors in order to achieve competitive advantages.

Rising global financial crisis and the necessities of facing its negative effects and taking advantage of opportunities rendered by crisis, should be noticed by economic authorities. Abstract: 

Social Sciences with such topics as human behavior, groups and communities, and in general deal with human and social systems. These subjects are very dynamic and variable, and form in complex interactions network. According to this point, the aim of this article is to answer the question that despite the fact that there are universities wide efforts for training theory building method and problem solving" why has the way of theory building particularly in the field of social sciences been blocked?" For this purpose, three groups of professors' views, Management, Psychology and Political Science were evaluated and findings indicate that there are structural, functional, motivational, and cultural community’s barriers in the process of theory building in the social sciences. This article also shows that lack of attention to the theory building natural processing with emphasis on identifying and focusing on solving the problem, despite the importance of structural barriers and cultural functions, is one of the main reasons of theory building recession in the area of Social Sciences.

Abstract: 

This essay proposes results of three investigations on satisfaction of Industry & Mine Bank's customers. This research rendered yearly and pursues following purposes: attainment to resolution for increasing customers' satisfaction, knowing of customers' attitudes on Bank employees, customers' Judgment on regularities of Bank, measuring customers' satisfaction, knowing of customers' status. Hypotheses of mentioned investigations related relation of above independent variables and customer's satisfaction. This research used longitudinal method and its technique of data gathering is questionnaire. Sample size was 675 customers at the first phase, 681 customers sat the second phase, and 556 customers at the final phase. Achieved result strum this research indicates: 1) The correlation between service quality and customers' satisfactions at %44 level. 2) The correlation between customers' attitudes and customers' satisfaction is at %33 level. 3) The correlation between customers' judgment on regalities and customers' satisfaction is at %28 level.

Abstract: 

Competition intensity in market place and perceived importance customer retention for organizations has inclined them to develop maintain enduring relation with customers. According to II scholars, relationship marketing is the best strategy for doing so. In this article the contribution of relationship marketing underpinnings commitment, trust, communication, and conflict handling to customer loyalty and their importance from customer viewpoint and success bank in developing such relation have been studied. This is a de survey study, which its research population was made up customers of different branches of a private and a government bank. The data gathering instrument was a self administered questionnaire. Data were analyzed by a multiple regression mo results indicate that in the government bank, the four underpinning relationship marketing have significant relation with customer 10 in the private bank there was no significant relation between customer loyalty and banks communication.

Abstract: 

This study attempts to come up with a practical frame work for evaluating the taxpayer satisfaction for taxation organization. In so doing, first, 22 essential factors in taxpayer satisfaction process; were found in the literature related to the Customer Satisfaction Indices, and then a questionnaire was constructed based on these factors. 140 experts in this field participated in the study and then the data was analyzed through the SPSS and LISREL software. The results, using factor analysis, revealed that five factors including Communication, Expectation, Rule, Culture and Human factors were important in assessing the level of the taxpayer satisfaction that is necessary for government to successful planning for tax income.

Abstract: 

Nowadays Export development approach is introduced as an accepted principle in my country's external commerce and managers attend trade facility. Since Top's mission is make policy, support, make needful infrastructure and facilities creation for businessmen, Top's marketing services have been survey in my research until exporter's expectations is identified completely. Marketing services in my research in four categories have been attended that encompass information, training, publication and promotion. First hypothesis is existence of meaningful difference between existent status and expectation status about marketing services was offered. All of secondary hypothesis about kinds of marketing services was offered. Questionnaire with simple chancy sampling was distributed between exporters companies in past three years. All of hypothesis by T student test supported. Also kinds of marketing for improvement solution offer have been referenced that according to gap are information, promotion, publication and training.

Abstract: 

Iran home appliances producers are challenged by the many foreign competitors. These companies can employ Information and communication technology for improvement of the competitiveness. So in this paper, the identification of internet marketing strategies and the consumer behavior have been analyzed by grounded theory. The research shows that, internet marketing strategy (IMS) can be classified into three kind of different strategies: Transactional, interactive and intelligent. And the behavior of the Iranian home appliances could be decrypting in three styles: Rational Shoppers, feeling Shoppers and Intelligent Shoppers.
