Abstract: 

According to the Iran’s vision for export development based on PC-TAS, this research displays the best sectors in clothing and loom industry. The main question is which subsector had the best performance, share market and high industry indexes during 2000- 2006. So, the author uses attributive and library study approaches. It uses revealed comparative advantages, constant market share analysis and market seat based on commercial plan. Conclusions represent that high level performance belongs to the cotton industry by 85% or more wool, leaf by 85% yarn, texture lower than 85%, caoutchouc string loomed, men garment, jacket, men and women sportswear, shawl, chador and scarf. Some other conclusions indicate that some wearing and clothing sub-industries have a good market share in Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, United Emirates Arab and Middle East.

Abstract: 

The main hypotheses are that entrepreneurship skills trainings at Islamic Azad University affect individuals’ attitude towards labor market and occupational self-concept. Entrepreneurship education will lead entrepreneurs towards risk taking, responsibility, empathy, cooperation and other related components to entrepreneurship. Therefore, investment in entrepreneurial capabilities of human resources possesses a special place and universities are expected to play a pivotal role in the development of entrepreneurial capabilities. In the study, the author tries to survey the impact of entrepreneurship education at Islamic Azad University. This is an applied research conducted through a descriptive and comparative method. The relationship between entrepreneurship at Islamic Azad University, its impact on students’ attitudes towards the labor market and the occupational self-concept and then the attitude towards the labor market and the professional self-concept and finally the entrepreneurship education are considered as variables of the research. The population comprises all management students of Firoozkooh Islamic Azad University. By a simple random sampling, an appropriate sample consisted of 200 students is selected using Morgan Jersey’s table. Likert Scale questionnaire is used as a toll for collecting data and the reliability is measured 83% by Cronbach alpha. Mann-Whitney Test, ranking variables and Friedman test will be used to examine statistical hypothesis of the two independent groups.The results of Mann-Whitney test show that, between these two samples, there is a meaningful difference from the viewpoint of attitudes towards occupational self-concept and labor market. Those who completed the entrepreneurship course possess the average much higher than the other group. All hypotheses are confirmed by a confidence of 95%. Therefore, it can be argued that entrepreneurship courses offered at Islamic Azad University has a positive impact on students’ attitudes towards labor market, occupational self-concept and self-employment. In addition, more offered entrepreneurship credit courses are recommended in Bachelor Degrees and instead of a single entrepreneurship course, a few courses such as foundations of entrepreneurship, creativity and innovative ideas, business forms and business plan are needed.

Abstract: 

Performance Evaluation has improved as a System major role in its reform and development organizations. The aims of This paper is identify and rank employee performance evaluation indicators, to provide an employee performance evaluation system in the National Bank city of Semnan, the new view combines 360-degree approach and analysis of hierarchical fuzzy wrote accordingly. This have been used type of survey research and data collected by questionnaire, interview, observation and review documents. The study population consists of two groups: first group included 23 experts and the second group of customers referred to are the National Bank city of Semnan. Data analysis using AHP and fuzzy group and 360 degree feedback technique has been performed. The results can be prioritized indicate that the appropriate indicators to evaluate performance of employees respectively in the three groups: 1-function 2- process 3-ethically. Because the results of this study using the proposed hybrid system compared to other research Mtmayztry position is located.

Abstract: 

Performance Management is one of the tools used to obtain better results from the whole organization or the groups and people inside through understanding and managing performance in an agreed framework of planned goals, standards and eligibility requirements. The main goal of performance management is to create a culture in which people and groups take responsibility for continuous improvement of business process, their participation and skills. Now the question is that “what is the best model for performance management in National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC)? And what are its dimensions, components and indicators? “Having studied the theoretical basics and conducted deep exploratory interviews, the prototype model is designed, then by using Delphi Method and questionnaires in three stages, the viewpoint of in-organization and out-organization experts are collected for final revision and confirmation. All 5 main dimensions including internal processes, stakeholders and beneficiaries, employer’s management, service quality and social responsibility are highly accredited by the experts. Also, performance components and indicators are confirmed by the experts in 5 dimensions as well.

Abstract: 

In financial analysis, it is assumed that the past is the basis of the future. Financial statements reflect the results of past efforts and thus they are the guidelines of decision making. One of the tools often used to determine a company’s financial position is the analysis of financial ratios. In fact, financial ratios make clear many important realities about the operations and financial conditions of a company. The aim of studying and predicting financial ratios is to help managers, investors and especially creditors of the companies to evaluate financial performance, financial position and forecasting any bankruptcy or profitability. In this study, the neural network tools will be used to predict financial ratios used. So, liquidity ratios group, activity, leverage and profitability are considered as hypotheses. The data are collected through 23 automobile companies during 1998-2010 and multi-layer neural network feed-forward model. The results show that liquidity ratios are not predictable, but activity ratios can be foretold by regression rather than neural network. But, in leverage and profitable ratios group, neural networks work highly better than regression in predicting financial ratios optimally.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to survey the relationship between management investment and payout decisions and stock liquidity in Tehran Stock Exchange. Used of the assets liquidity -ability convert to cash- for measuring managerial investment and payout decisions and the illiquidity measure proposed by Amihud-ability to stock trading with lower trading costs and affecting lower on price- for stock liquidity. Forecast positive relationship between the liquidity of the Firm’s assets and the liquidity of its stock. This relationship, it is expected, depends on market expectations regarding the firm’s assets structure. Thus, it links stock liquidity to managerial decisions such as investment and payout.In this research, the information is chosen from 157 firms during 2000-2008. For testing the hypotheses regression analysis will be used. Three measures are selected based on the liquidity power of assets different groups for assets liquidity. The results represent that after controlling the affect ingredients upon stock liquidity, there are economically significant positive relationship between the liquidity of the Firm’s assets and the liquidity of its stock. As a result, there is no effect between managerial investments decisions and stock liquidity but a significant effect between managerial payout decisions and stock liquidity.

Abstract: 

Assessing the performance of an organization comprehensively and reliably is always a main concern of the organization shareholders and managers. Since the evaluation may cause a careful understanding of the progress level in the performance improvement in every organization especially in service sectors, it leads to make required motivation and opportunity consequently. The approach of awarding national prizes of quality and organizational excellence, confirms the fact that the survival in global contest requires performance improvement based on a global criteria.EFQM organizational excellence model as a total tool by a total approach for all aspects of organizations helps the directors to have a real recognition of their own under control organization. This research tries to assess the performance of Mazandaran province education organization as a service unit in this province based on enabling scope and results of EFQM model. It also tries to identify improvable fields in the organization above mentioned. This research and its coming goal will be done by with descriptive method and its statistical population is consisted of the assistants, boss teams, and responsible experts of Mazandaran province education organization 64 people by a census way. For collecting the data, EFQM standard questionnaire is used and for analyzing the data, descriptive statistic scales will be used.The results imply that Mazandaran province education organization altogether can achieve in enablers circle 51% and results circle39%, of expected points and results of EFQM model.

Abstract: 

Staffs of the modern organizations should be empowered. For empowering the staffs, it is necessary to apply potentiality keys of human powers effectively. Studying these keys and determining their roles and effects are regarded as human- management events in the organizations. Frame, texture and results of this article about are based on a surveydescriptive method. The basic purpose of this research is to study the theoretical principles, conceptual models of empowerment, components of these models and finally effects of every component on staff empowerment of an university center. The case study of this research is Islamic Azad university branches of Mazandaran Province by relying on three basic components of synthetic model of E.L. Daft Blanchard including participation (group work), information distribution and division among staffs and then delegating authority to staff. This research uses viewpoints measurement of the statistical samples of staffs and experts in the university branches graded as “very big” such as Tonekabon, Chaloos, Babol, Amol, Ghaemshahr and Sari. It uses a questionnaire and AHP technique too. According to the result of this research, participation (first grade), both delegation of authority and information distribution (second grade) empower the staffs. In fact, parallel to theoretical principles studies, and conceptual models, backgrounds and, every of the three mentioned factors, according to their priority, affect the empowerment of Islamic Azad University staffs.

Abstract: 

This paper describes a part of the findings of the a research conducted in Islamic Azad University-Borujerd branch aiming the feasibility of establishing total quality management and ranking of its criteria in this university. To achieve the end based on the Deming theory and using the U.S Federal Institute of Total Quality Management questionnaire, the data required will be randomly collected from a sample of 200 people consisted of all employees and the faculty members. The results of the collecting and analyzing the data based on the T-test shows that the scores on each of the 8 criteria on total quality management was upper than medium range and the differences of the means were statistically meaningful. This indicates that establishing TQM in Islamic Azad University- Borujerd branch is possible.In order to determine the importance and ranking of the above criteria, Group Consensus approach will be used based on Borda number. The results show that the ranking of the importance of criteria is as follows: 1-measuring and analyzing the quality 2- empowerment and teamwork 3-quality improvement and productivity results 4-quality insurance 5-top management support and leadership 6-indentifying and training of employees 7-stategic planning 8-focus on customer (customer orientation).

Abstract: 

In this paper, the author to evaluate the public trust in public sector organization including all customers in public sector organization in Firouzkoh city. The statistical population is chosen based on a simple random method. The sample volume will determined by margin table and their opinion will be measured by a questionnaire. This questionnaire includes some questions provided by which the clients opinion will be measured as commitment to ethics, equity behavior with clients, responsiveness, social responsibility, clearness and appropriate information and efficiency in service delivery in public sector organizations. For the validity of tool, a verdict method and for the reliability of the tools, Cronbach Alpha method is used and the result is equal to 89%. To examine the research questions, twosection nonparametric method and Spearmen coefficient by a significant level of 0.The results of collected information analysis indicated that there is a relationship between performance index, public trust and organization performance of public sector isn’t more than medium limit in all performance areas.
