Abstract: 

In the present study, after surveying and identifying the factors of organizational development (OD) for district 13 of Islamic Azad University, the conceptual model presented in shape of a development roadmap. The research community was district 13 of Islamic Azad University. Data collection was conducted through three kinds of questionnaires that surveying about those validities and reliabilities, based on type and nature of the instrument, tested on different methods. The first type of questionnaire to identifying the development factors, type II for determining the priorities with DEMATEL approach and type III for testing the research model developed and distributed. The development indices recognition performed with the respect of the previous studies, Delphi method and path modeling analysis techniques; and their Prioritization concluded by the DEMATEL systemic Method, according to the factors' influence/ influenced rate with respecting to the situation of research society. Eventually, regard to the previous research findings and outputs of the methods of the applied methods of this research, the final model of the research presented in the form of development road map for the understudied organization. The model has been proved from the expert group with 4. 29 fitting degree and 95% Desirability. Data collecting concluded according to the concept of Delphi technique with three different kinds of the questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaires have been probed with different methods regarding the type and nature of them. The main conclusion of the study has been presented in the form of development road map for understudied community in the eight main elements: "the goals and philosophy, the theoretical framework of development, development factors, executive processes, outputs, feedback and the communications between the components".

Abstract: 

Context: Soft skills can to be defined as human skills focused on the qualification of working with others. administrators need to integrat hard and soft skills to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in their work. Purpose: The aim of this study is extraction the soft skills components of administrators and designing the measurement tool. Method: Method of this study is exploratory mixed (as a priority to collect of qualitative data). the statistical sample consisted of 40 administrators that were selected with purposive sampling method (snow ball); these administrators employ in educational centers in city of Tabriz and have widespread communications. qualitative data were analyzed through focus group interview then content analysis and quantitative data were analyzed through factor analysis method by Spss software. Results: after content analysis were extracted 7 components consist of: analytical thinking and problem solving, communication, teamwork, information management, innovation development, lifelong learning, morality and professional skills; the designed questionnaire has 30 questions that it، s validity was examined by confirmatory factor analysis; coefficients of all factor loadings were above 0. 7 therefore was not removed no item questionnaire. . Its reliability was measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient whose value was estimated the amount of 0. 81 that is acceptable. Conclusion: soft skills of administrators is required more than hard skills in today's changing and competitive world. Thus the administrators must put up theses skills in priority of their work. and try to reinforce its components for preferment the effectiveness of their organization.

Abstract: 

This paper examines the transmission or contagion of organizational misbehavior (OMB) among school’ s members. Research method was descriptive – correlation and all of high school teachers were made the population of study which 220 of them were selected via clustering sampling method. To collect the data, standardizes scales was used and data analyzed through hierarchical linear modeling (HLM). Results shows that organizationally directed misbehavior is partially spread through social information in that the relationship between the work group’ s ODM and the focal individual’ s ODM was partially mediated by all three forms of social information. The work group’ s ODM creates social information (direct observation, indirect knowledge and prevalence of these behaviors) that is perceived by other members of the work group. That social information is positively related to the ODM of a focal group member. Interpersonally directed misbehavior is spread through direct observation and prevalence of IDM as the IDM of the work group and the focal individual was fully mediated by these two types of social information but not by the indirect knowledge of IDM. Taken together, these findings indicate that the work group’ s misbehavior creates social information (direct observation, indirect knowledge and prevalence of these behaviors) that is perceived by other members of the work group. That social information is positively related to the misbehavior of a focal group member.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to evaluate social skills and self-directed learning of students in traditional high-school to compare with students in smart high-schools in Marvdasht city. Present study in terms of objectives was applied research and in terms of type of study was causal-comparative and for statistical method independent samples t-test was used. In order to collect required data, questionnaire was used which had reliability of 80/0, and also Cronbach alpha coefficient was 84/0. To collect data, social skills questionnaire SSRS (Gresham, 1990) and self-directed learning Guglielmino (Guglielmino, 1977). was used. Research questions were based on five-degree Likert scale. The population consisted of all students in smart and traditional schools in Marvdasht city in the academic year 2014 – 2015 equal to 3355 students and sample group of the research based on Morgan table included 270 students. In this study, multi-stage sampling method was used including two groups of 135 students, consisted of students studying in traditional and smart schools. The results of this study demonstrated that there is a significant difference between self-directed learning of students of smart schools comparing with traditional schools, and that the rate of self-directed learning of students of smart schools is more than traditional schools, and there was no significant difference between social skills of students in smart schools and traditional schools.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between educational dynamic, and educational brand with perceived educational trust. The research method was descriptive-correlation. All of Mahallat Branchs' faculty members included as the Statistical community (2014-2015)(120 persons). All of the statistical community selected as a statistical sampling Because of limitation(120 persons). the instruments of research were three typs: made researcher questionnaire of educational dynamic include of 12 items(α =0. 95), 2. Educational brand(Hosseini & farhad nahad, 2013) include of 44 items (α =0. 92), 3. made researcher questionnaire of educational trust of 20 items(α =0. 94). Data analyzed by Kolmogorov– Smirnov test, Coefficient of Pearson, one sample run test, and regression analysis of multiple variables. The total results revealed that the Status of educational dynamic was higher than average, educational brand and educational trust were lower than average. There were positive and significance relationship between educational dynamic and brand with educational trust(p<0. 05). Also the results of regression analysis of multiple variables showed that all of the dimensions of educational dynamic can predict the educational trust. Most of dimensions of educational brand can predict significantly the educational trust except advertising and Reputation.

Abstract: 

While placing more emphasis on the nature and applications of SAMA Institutes, this study attempted to identify dimensions and components of the education quality. This study was ‘ applied’ in terms of its objective, and utilized a method mixed with consecutive – heuristic approach. It also could be classified as ‘ descriptive’ and ‘ survey’ research studies in respect to data collection. In qualitative section of the research, having relied on the domestic and foreign backgrounds and the experiences successful universities of the five continents have attained, 26 indices and 101 components were extracted. These factors were then presented in the form of semi-structured interviews to 7 experts and university professors. Next, these factors and their relevant components were ranked based on the obtained opinions, and any repeated item was discarded. Finally, 80 subcomponents and 2 indices were added. Conducting a meta-analysis on the quality dimensions among domestic and foreign universities and considering theoretical grounds and theme of semi-structured interviews, 28 dimensions were identified. The dimensions derived from the foregoing grounds and interviews were then merged by software and after the process of encryption, 7 indices and nearly 50 items were extracted. They were next presented in the form of a questionnaire to 30 experts to be judged. The statistical population of this study consisted of 445 scientific board members of SAMA Institutes, from among 295 people were selected based on the principles of determining sample volume in multivariable regression analysis to form this study’ s sample. For the purpose of data collection, a researcher-developed questionnaire was employed. Considering the possibility of discarding some filled-out questionnaires, 310 ones were filled out and finally 306 questionnaires were collected to be analyzed. The results found 7 principal components. These components were evaluated in two states: status quo and desired. The results suggested that improvement of scientific level, the amount of attention paid to accomplishments, accountability, trust-building, reinforcement of skills, allocation of more funds and finally organizational issues are, in order of propriety, factors of importance in promoting education quality among SAMA Institutes

Abstract: 

This study was aimed to identify and determine service orientation components in universities and higher education centers in order to provide an appropriate conceptual model for service orientation and developing theoretical foundations in this regard. The research was recognized as an applied one and the research method of this study was descriptive survey. Statistical population of this study were Islamic Azad universities in Tehran. Performing sample size formula based on quantitative variables, the size of sample was calculated. 500 PHD students and faculty members were chosen through random multiple cluster sampling. Research data were collected using questionnaire including 74 items which was completed by them. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling and path analysis techniques. The results show that the score of factors identify service orientation quality, service orientation leadership, service orientation organizational climate, service orientation learning and service orientation client's management is (2. 48 out of average 3) and it is not good. Based on the findings, the results obtained from the samples' opinion show that (4. 6 out of 3 as an average) in order to deployment service orientation and achieving desirable conditions; aforementioned categories can be served as an effective conceptual model for improving service orientation in universities.

Abstract: 

Introduction: vocational Gratification of teachers as responsible for upbringing a generation has undeniable role in training and increase the productivity. So the importance of the application of career counseling in this group is more important because it can help people to better cope with different problems of business environment that is lead to increasing their vocational GratificationMethods: Methodology was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control group. The statistical population were all primary school teachers of region 7 of Shiraz Municipality. sampling was done with random Clustering method and 12 schools were selected, then questionnaire of job satisfaction was conducted on their teachers and between those which get the lower scores 40 person was selected and They were divided into two groups one of the group that have 20 persons selected randomly as a control group and the other group was selected as a examination group. Experimental group received 8 sessions that every season was 1. 5 hours education based on integration of Shafiabady’ s multiaxial pattern with Krumboltz’ s social learning theory then The post-test was done and follow-up was conducted one month later. Data was analysed with the covariance analysis and dependent t-student test. Results: The results showed that career counseling based on the integration of Shafiabady’ s multiaxial pattern and Krumboltz’ s social learning theory has a significant impact on job satisfaction of women teachers and the results have been stable during the time. Conclusion: using integrated career counseling theories can raise the level of jobsatisfaction teachers have significant influence and improve it. Therefore, it is recommended that the compilation method used.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to "review the impact of metacognitive strategies on achievement motivation and academic burnout of girl students of 6th grade". The research method of this study is quasi experimental with a pretest and posttest design with control group and the studied population of this research is composed of all of the girl students of the 6th grade of Hassan Abad city who were educated in the academic year 2013-14; of which 2 schools were randomly selected with a single stage random clustering method among 4 girl schools and their 6th grade students were divided into two 30-member groups: control and experiment groups. The tool of data gathering is also the questionnaire of Hermens' academic achievement motivation (1993) and Bersu's academic burnout (1997) and educating mindfulness to the students. In order to analyze the proper data for the research hypotheses, a single-way covariance analysis test was used. The results of single-way covariance analysis showed that the education of metacognitive strategies has influenced students' academic burnout and leads to the reduction of experiment group; whereas, no significant difference was observed between the control and experiment groups in terms of academic achievement motivation. Abstract: 

This research is The Study of Relationship between organizasional citizenship behavior of the employees and Quality Service to students in Tehran Technical Colleges In 2013. The population in this study consisted of all staff and student of, Technical Colleges, in Tehran that the number of staff (122 people) and the number of students (214 students) were selected by Random cluster sampling. The research method is descriptive correlational design. The theoretical basis of this paper has been discusses organizational citizenship behavior and service quality. The Questionnaire of organizasional citizenship behavior is organ (1996) and questionnaire quality of service is servqual(1991). The data or research are analyzed with test correlation and multiple regression analysis and depended t test. The obtained results of hypothesis testing show that there is Significants relation among reaserch main variable that is Dementions with Quality. In Analysis multi– variable regression a path analysis we concludtion that independent variables can determine 56/6 percent dependent variable Changes. In this survey courtesy, sports man ship of the greatest explanation ability and effect on Quality Service in Tehran Technical Colleges.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational self-esteem and organizational performance and job satisfaction among managers of Azna and Aligudarz counties. The community of this research is all the managers and department of vocational schools of Azna and Aligudarz, whose number is 75 people who work in 95-96. Based on the number of statistical societies that were 75 and not a few, the census sampling method was used. The research was descriptive-applied and correlational method was used. In this research, three tools of research were used: Peers et al. (1989), Organizational Performance Questionnaire (Achieve), Hersey and Goldsmith's(2003) Organizational Performance Questionnaire and Davis & Lafkvist(2006) Job Adjustment Questionnaire For data analysis, SPSS software and Levine test for homogeneity of variances, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for equality of variances and Pearson correlation test were used to test the hypotheses. It can be concluded that between organizational self-esteem with performance Organizational and occupational adjustment have a positive and constructive relationship with the research hypotheses Accepted. Conclusion: There is a direct and positive relationship between organizational self-esteem and organizational performance and job adjustment. In other words, with increasing self-esteem in the staff, the performance of individuals and their job satisfaction increases, which indicates the importance of self-esteem in people in Has a better performance in the organization.

Abstract: 

The present descriptive-field study was conducted from 2013 to 2014. The data needed to identify the factors affecting the growth of intellectual capital, the extent of impact, the composition and the relationship between them on each aspect of intellectual capital, the presentation of the structural model and the determination of the degree of degree of fitness of the model, has been studied and analyzed. This study was conducted among the faculty members, with the degree of assistant professor and above, of the universities of medical sciences of Fars and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces, with about 800 as a statistical population and 260 individuals as a statistical sample that were categorically sampled according to Krejcie-Morgan-sample-size-table. The instrument of the questionnaire was a researcher-made questionnaire developed by faculty members of all groups, using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0. 947) for collecting data. The results showed that all of the identified components had an impact on the growth of intellectual capital among the faculty members of universities of medical sciences. In the dimension of organizational factors, the component of perceived organizational support with factor load was 0. 79, in the dimension of human factors, professionalism with factor load of 0. 88, and in the dimension of environmental factors, the component of scientific and trade associations with factor load of 0. 84 had the highest impact. Among all the components that affect the growth of intellectual capital, the component of trade unions and academia in the environmental dimension with a factor of 0. 84 had the utmost significance in influencing the growth of intellectual capital among faculty members. This pattern shows that the most influence on the growth of intellectual capital is the organizational factors dimension with the factor load of 95/0, then the environmental factors dimension with the factor load of 93/0, and finally the human factor dimension with the factor load of 92/0. Model fitting indicators suggest that the pattern of compliance indicators are satisfactory.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study isto investigates the effects of the Information and Communication Technology on Environmental literacy of elementary school students. This study is based on semi-empirical, pre-examination and post-examination methods. In the study, the statistic society is the total population of primary school male children in sixth grade of Sarchahan which includes 185 men and 120 cases whoselected as samplesbyrandom cluster sampling methods. Measurement instruments of data are questionnaires which are designed by the researcher to evaluation Knowledge, attitude and skills of environmental in sixth grade elementary school students. Reliabilitythrough Cranach's alpha of this testis 0/87. Ability of the study is confirmed by five education and Environmental Education experts. The data collected in this study using T-test and are analyzed by SPSS software. Results confirm the hypothesis of the main research findings indicate that the information and communication technology increases environmental literacy of students. Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship of organizational trust and organizational silence with job satisfaction of the employees of Islamic Azad University of Isfahan, Khorasgan branch. The study method is descriptive-correlation. The study population is the employees of Islamic Azad University of Khorasgan branch (Isfahan) as 340. 180 employees are selected by simple random method and sampling Table (krejcie & Morgan, 1970). The questionnaires of organizational trust (Ellonen et al, 2008) and organizational silence questionnaires and job satisfaction (Bouradas & Vakola 2005). For analysis of study findings, Pearson correlation coefficient, step-by-step regression and multiple-way variance analysis were used for data analysis. There was a significant relationship between organizational trust and its components with job satisfaction. Also, the relationship between organizational silence and its components with job satisfaction was inverse and significantly. The results of step-by-step regression showed that the best indicator of job satisfaction was institutional trust and lateral trust (trust among staff). The results showed that the best indicator of job satisfaction were supervisor’ s attitudes to silence, Top management attitudes to silence, and communication opportunities.

Abstract: 

Background: Occupational burnout refers to a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion resulting from involvement with people in emotionally demanding situations. Emotional Intelligence is one of the components that can affect on occupational burnout and lead to development of interpersonal and professional competence. Objectives: therefore, the aim of this study was to integrate the results of the relationship between Occupational burnout and Emotional Intelligence and to investigate their effect sizes by meta-analysis method. Method: For this purpose, 10 accepted researches were selected and meta-analysis was performed on them. Research instrument was checklist of meta-analysis. Findings: Findings indicated the amount of the relationship between Occupational burnout and Emotional Intelligence effect size was 0/62 ) p ≤ 0/001). Conclusion: according to cohen, s chart, the effect size of the relationship between Occupational burnout and Emotional Intelligence is great.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to gather a comprehensive list of duties and job descriptions for department chairs in public universities affiliated with Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran, so that it can be used as a basis for performance evaluation of the head of department in humanities. It was a combined qualitative-quantitative research conducted heuristically using Grounded Theory. The required data was extracted from the related resources through library research. The gathered data was analyzed in MAXQDA software. The analysis was done through open, axial and selective coding; the 1297 extracted open codes were classified into 26 components (axial codes) and 6 main categories (selective codes). In addition, views of higher education experts were gathered through a total of 17 interviews. By implementing, analyzing and coding interview texts, 1503 codes were extracted and classified into 31 components and seven main categories. The data sampling method was purposive sampling. The two job description patterns obtained from theoretical data and data from interviews were combined to form the final job description model consisting of seven main categories and 42 components. The main categories of a job description for the heads of departments are: leadership, qualification acquisition, interactions, mentoring, executive management, creating change and diversity, and quality improvement. To test the goodness-of-fit, a peripheral study was performed in which 40 heads of department from public universities were selected to complete a questionnaire. The process consisted of three phases and resulted in the elimination of seven items, giving a final model with 113 items. The proposed instrument can be used in reviewing job descriptions of department chairs in university regulations or to assess the status quo and self-evaluate the performance by other department chairs.
