Abstract: 

The main goal of this research was modeling sustainable human resources development in effects of knowledge management channels and Organizational factors. Method of this research was descriptive with analysis of correlation and structural equation model. The statistical population included all employees of Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan province, that 228 people were selected as statistical sample of the research by Cochran formula. Measurement’ s instruments are three kinds of questioner on human resource development, Organizational factors and knowledge management process, which their reliability are calculated by Cronbach’ s alpha method and are reported as, in order, 0. 91. 0. 98, 0. 93. Validity of questioners is based on Confirmatory Factor Analysis that indicated good validity of structure. Data are analyzed by SPSS 20 and Liseral8. 54 software. Results indicated that Organizational factors had a positive, direct and meaningful effect on knowledge management process. Knowledge management process had a positive, direct and meaningful effect on human resource development. Organizational factors had a positive, direct and meaningful effect on human resource development., Organizational factors had a positive, indirect and meaningful effect on human resource development with mediator of knowledge management process. So, resulted experimental model is in accordance with conceptual model of research. General conclusion of this research was existence of relation between Organizational factors and human resource development with role of mediator of knowledge management among staff of Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan.

Abstract: 

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، مدل یابی توسعه منابع انسانی پایدار در راستای اثرات کانالهای مدیریت دانش وعوامل سازمانی بوده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه های آزاد اسلامی هر مزگان بودند که از بین آن ها با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد228 نفر انتخاب شدند، ابزار اندازه گیری سه نوع پرسشنامه توسعه منابع انسانی، عوامل سازمانی و فرایند مدیریت دانش بود که پایایی آنها بوسیله آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد و به ترتیب، 91/0، 89/0 و 93/0 گزارش گردید و روایی پرسشنامه ها براساس تحلیل عاملی تاییدی نشان از روایی مطلوب سازه بود، داده ها پس ازجمع آوری توسط نرم افزار Spss20, Lisrel8. 54تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که عوامل سازمانی بر فرآیند مدیریت دانش تاثیر مثبت، مستقیم و معنادار؛ فرآیند مدیریت دانش بر توسعه منابع انسانی تاثیر مثبت، مستقیم و معنادار؛ عوامل سازمانی برتوسعه منابع انسانی اثر مثبت، مستقیم و معنادار؛ و عوامل سازمانی به واسطه فرآیند مدیریت دانش برتوسعه منابع انسانی تاثیر غیر مستقیم، مثبت و معناداری دارد، لذا الگوی تجربی بدست آمده منطبق بر الگوی مفهومی پژوهش بود و نتیجه گیری کلی حاکی از ارتباط عوامل سازمانی با توسعه منابع انسانی با نقش میانجی فرآیند مدیریت دانش در میان کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی هرمزگان بود.

Abstract: 

In recent years, quantitative and qualitative attention towards pre-school education has increased significantly. One of the critical aspects in this area is the educational administration. Considering the large number of centers in Iran, it seems that the role of this level of educational administration is not taken into account seriously. This study aims to provide a model for professional competencies of pre-school administrators using a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). In qualitative section, via targeted sampling, twelve pundits in this area were selected and interviewed. Consequently, the components of professional competencies in pre-school administrators were investigated using Grand Theory Method. In quantitative section, which was based on qualitative section, 210 pre-school administrators were selected using a survey method and by benefiting from questionnaire, we investigated the current situation and examined the proposed model. Our resulted model has six main components comprising general knowledge, specialized knowledge, general abilities, specialized abilities, general skills and specialized skills which are categorized in 50 subcomponents The next component factor analysis, principal component consisted of the following 40 components remained. in Finally, the validity assessment of the proposed model was carried out.

Abstract: 

The aim of the current exploratory mixed methods research was to investigate basic competencies of the graduates of educational administration. In the qualitative phase, population was consisted of all the educational administration experts. With purposeful sampling and snowball sampling, 15 graduates and professors of educational administration were interviewed. In the quality phase, data were gathered using semi-structured and deep interviews. The results of content analysis and coding of interviews revealed 40 indicators and 5 dimensions including psychological traits, professional ethics, human relationships, English language skills and ICT literacy. In the quantitative phase, the statistical population was included all the Educational Administration graduates at Tehran public universities, who 126 graduates were selected by convenience sampling. Using the identified indicators and dimensions, a valid and reliable questionnaire was developed as Basic Competencies questionnaire. In the qualitative part, the data of the research were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, one sample t-test, ANOVA and independent-samples t-test. First, by implementing exploratory factor analysis, indicators were decreased into 37 indicators and 5 factors (psychological traits, professional ethics, human relationships, English language skills and ICT literacy) were identified. Then, the results show that the English language skills were below-average people, and the psychological traits, professional ethics, human relationships and ICT literacy were higher than the hypothetical average of the research. The results of analysis of variance didn’ t show a meaningful difference in terms of the basic competencies among graduates of public universities of Tehran. Furthermore, there were no differences in the basic competencies level of five dimensions among the male and female graduates.

Abstract: 

According to the significance and necessity of the present subject, researchers have investigated the attitudes of employed teachers in education towards job equality in employment and placement. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the employed teachers at the Center of Farhangian Campus in Sanandaj during the years 1392 to 1395. The research method was descriptive-analytical and a random sampling method was used to select representative sample., a sample including 285 participants was considered. Data gathering tool in this study was Wind Creek (1999) standard questionnaire, which included 8 main components and 38 items approved by Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results demonstrated that teachers did not have a good attitude towards job equality in their employment and placement, and also there was a significant difference between the attitudes of four educated teachers about the main components Prediction, Luck, Careers, Feedback and Appearance, Stability, Flexibility of Questions, Behavioral Anchors, Bilateral Communications, and Specialized Content Questions. Finally, there was no significant difference in the viewpoint of teachers towards gender and equal job opportunities

Abstract: 

The aim of the research, manufacture and standardization Inventory " Attitude questionnaire child's mathematical talent " by parents. in the same way, mathematical aptitude assessment questionnaire was prepared by the parents to determine the validity and content of educational psychology specialists were consulted, and items that have been agreed and approved more than %75 as statements was chosen. In the first questionnaire, on a sample of 293 students was conducted first year of high school. After collecting the data, reliability test, 0/80, respectively, and with respect to each question with the total test correlation, the correlation is less than 0/3 the total number of 6 questions were removed and re-test reliability coefficient was calculated Mesa 0/89 percent. By performing factor analysis of the questionnaire was extracted eight factors that 54/48 percent of the variance fractions related questions. To obtain the operating questionnaire factor analysis was used. Using factor analysis Varimax rotation and taking into account the special size was more than one., creativity in solving mathematical problems, and track awareness of the child's ability in solving mathematical problems. Finally, we can measure this questionnaire to measure mathematically talented children (by parents) used in various studies.

Abstract: 

This study explored the Consequences of applying Mentoring in order to empowering new faculty members. As a qualitative study, this research utilized analyses content approach beside semi-structured interviews for data collection. It is a qualitative descriptive study using qualitative content analysis of semi-structured interviews with 20 professors and key informants of Faculty Mentoring. The sampling method is purposive using a snowball sampling technique. Interviews continued to get saturation. Then contents of the interviews were analyzed using open coding and axial coding method to get categories. Finding showed there are consequences of using mentoring for new faculty members. The consequences are in 2 Major categories, 6 Minor categories, and 23 subcategories.

Abstract: 

This study aims to describe the relationship between spiritual intelligence and perception from organizational climate using staff intellectual capital. The research method is descriptive method, type of correlational. The statistical population of research includes 170 staff of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch, 115 of them were selected via stratified random sampling method based on Kerjesi and Morgan table. All data were collected through spiritual intelligence questionnaires of Abdollahzadeh et al (2008), Perception from Organizational Climate of Sussman and Deep (1989) and Intellectual Capital of Bontis (1998). The reliability tools were estimated 0/79, 0/85 and 0/87 using Cronbakh’ s Alpha Method. Pearson and Regression correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. The results show no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and staff intellectual capital but a positive and significant relationship exists between perception from organizational climate and intellectual capital. Other results suggest that perception of organizational climate has a relationship with staff intellectual capital. Also, among predictor variables, perception from organizational climate variable can predict intellectual capital variable.

Abstract: 

Planning to manage intellectual capital for creating added value is a new approach which appealed to the managers of the state and private sectors. However only few organizations attempted to measure and manage intellectual capital. In this paper the goals of HR development according to intellectual capital measurement in auto-manufactures has been determined and some approaches have been presented. An exploring-descriptive method has been applied to investigate intellectual capital components (human, structure, customer). The population was 2200 and 219 of which has been selected as sample. Stratified sampling from different organization ranks has been opted. To gather data, Benits' questionnaire was used. Data has been analyzed with SPSS software using inferential and descriptive statistical method such as t-test single sample and ANOVA test. Results indicated that there is a considerable gap between current and intended situations. Thus it could be argued that human and structure capitals in current situations are higher than standard one but inferior in customer or relationship capital.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was analysis of technology. The study involved all the Directorate General of Education Employees in the academic year of 2013-2014. According to Morgan Table. and by using stratified sampling, 165 people were sampled. In order to enhance the statistical power, 188 questionnaires were distributed and collected. . In order to collect data, Technology acceptance questionnaires were used. The validity of questionnaires according to the experts' ideas and its reliability according to the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient were considered and approved(0/896). In order to analyze data, Structural equation modeling techniques were used. The findings indicated that perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness, attitude to affect and attitudes to use and decided to use as mediators can influence the acceptance and use of technology. Based on the data analysis, the proposed conceptual model in this population is appropriate based on the goodness of fit. Consequently it is applicable to the population under study.

Abstract: 

This study aims to present a framework for e-HRM impact on organizational effectiveness in Golestan Province's Department of Education. This study is to collect data, subject matter, purpose, data collection tools and data, method of selection and access to the population, subgroups of subjects, as well as a descriptive survey. The study population consisted of managers, deputies and experts from the Education Department of the city of Golestan province in the 1394-95 academic year, 763people had formed. Using stratified sampling method and Cochran formula using the calculated sample size of 256 people Grdyd. bray data collection, library and field method was used. In field research, questionnaire with 65 items and five-item Likert been set. Spss classified data collected in the environment and its reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 97/0. To analyze the data descriptive level and frequency tables were used for index calculation. To present a pattern of LISREL modeling software used in the description and analysis. So according to the results confirmed by previous research and theory available, it can be concluded that the proposed framework supported by theoretical, empirical and sufficient credits and has recommended its implementation to enhance the effectiveness of the organization.

Abstract: 

The Organizational success is depends on managerial investment. The purpose of present research is Identification and Verifications of identifying managerial talent for managers in Disabled Ministry of education of Qom. Research is mixed method. It's combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative data collection tools are interview with Managers and their assistants. Quantitative data collection tools are questionnaires. Sampling method in qualitative study is Snowball technique and sampling method in quantitative section is random sampling. In the quantitative study among 180 teachers and managers, 120 persons were selected with using random sampling method and Cochran formula. Qualitative data analyzed with Themes Analysis and quantitative data analyzed with Smart PLS Software. The validity of the Quantitative research was confirmed by the content validity. The reliability calculated for the multiple choice items through Cronbach's Alpha. The validity of the Qualitative research was confirmed by External audits. The reliability of the Qualitative method is approved reliability between coder. The results of the research identified 39 indicator for identify managerial talent in Disabled Ministry of education, in 12 major themes that include: Leadership skills, Position Survey, Believed to the work, Activism, problem-solving ability, Emotional Intelligence, perfectionist, specialized knowledge and experience in the field of Disabled education, Recognizing different groups of Disabled students, Special comprehension skills, The ability to manage specific conditions, Special communication capabilities.

The purpose of current study, Explanation the relationship between perceived organizational effectiveness, teacher Trust in colleagues, openness of the school Climate components and Organizational Citizenship Behavior or Explaining why the impact and effectiveness of each these components on the formation, growth and development of OCB principals and teachers in primary and secondary schools Citizen of Ahwaz. in this regard, had been used mixed method approaches (quantitative and qualitative). the population consists all of the Principals and teachers elementary or secondary schools, Citizen of Ahwaz. due to a mixed method survey, were selected 256 members in quantitative Section of stratified sampling methodand by used Morgan table. in qualitative Section using purposive sampling continued sampling process was achieved theoretical saturation and as long as were answered questions research. the data were collected from using both Scales OCB and impact components from formation in the School Dipaola, Tarter and Hoy (2005) respectively with reliability coefficients 0/84 and 0/89 in quantitative section and semi-structured interviews in qualitative section. the results showed in quantitative section impacting perceived organizational effectiveness and ineffectiveness, teacher Trust in colleagues, openness of the school Climate components on the formation, growth and development of OCB principals and teachers in the case study schools. the pursuit of results, in qualitative section, has been explained the reasons for ineffectiveness and impacting of each the components.

Abstract: 

Introduction: Managers in organizations or educational centers are a part of life-giving that provision, design and maintenance work, have crucial role in training human resources efficiently. The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the efficiency of Vocational technical and Kardanesh schools administrators, and transformational leadership style. Methodology: This research is a descriptive-correlation, and its population of 916 trainers in vocational technical and Kardanesh schools in Mazandaran province. The sample size is 270, according to Morgan table, a multistage cluster sampling method was chosen. Two types of questionnaires were used to collect data: Bass & Avilio transformational leadership questionnaire and another questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of managers. Transformational Leadership Questionnaire reliability, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient / 89. And efficiency managers Questionnaire, 90 /. Were estimated. Results: The results indicate that, from the perspective of trainers, managers have, middle and high effectiveness, and, in general, between transformational leadership and principals, and their efficacy, a significant relationship exists. Between all the components of transformational leadership including: the desired mental persuasion, motivation, inspiration and personal considerations, and efficient management, the statistically significant relationship exists. Conclusion: Thus, managers with low transformational leadership style led to lower efficiency, and consequently managers with high transformational leadership style, which is high efficient management.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to validation the model of educational supervision in selected countries, including: (America, Japan, Canada, Australia, England and France) in order to the characteristics of educational supervision models in those countries where education is currently underway based onavailable documents from previous researches findings, upstream regulations and structure and educational site. The Mixed research method was used in order to answer the main question of this research. The participants consisted of all selected countries that have advanced educational system and theschool principals and educational groups. By dividing of the country into five regions which finally led to only10 provinces with random cluster sampling method andsample-size of 380 people (of the principals and educational groups) based on Morgan table and using factorial analysis Level I& IIwho were selected randomly. based on the results obtained from the research, educational supervisionmodel was approved and found valid and reliable and it is able to be implemented it in education system of the country. This model was designed with 42 itemsand six parameters (Educational leadership, educational management, quality of education, teaching and learning, research and social support). These 42 items actually were the consideredsubcomponents, designedin supervision models in the form of a researcher-made questionnaire presented to the sample statistic population. Teaching – Learning as a highly-approved parameter and social support as a lowly-approved parameter were verified in a significant range from strong to weak.
